28/09/2025: On Sunday, returning from the Carabinieri holiday in Fossano, we stopped for lunch at Cate and Maria. A simple place, but well-prepared cuisine, from the cold cuts platter and fried gnocco (abundant) to the tagliatelle with pork rib ragù (the sauce also included a delicious rib) to the borage ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, truly excellent. The desserts were excellent! If you're passing through Fossano, stop by—you won't regret it.

05/10/2025: The day was blessed with splendid sunshine and unexpectedly summery temperatures, making the trek between Roddi and Verduno a true pleasure. Walking through the Langhe hills immersed in the vibrant autumn colors was refreshing for the eyes and the spirit. The landscapes are simply breathtaking. To crown this day, we chose the "La Volta Rossa" restaurant in Roddi. We opted for the menu featuring mushrooms, a true celebration of autumn flavors. The quality of the dishes was excellent: everything was carefully prepared and of the highest standard. A culinary experience that reflected and enhanced the authenticity of the area. Thanks to the Chef!

05/07/2025: Sono stata a cena senza aver programmato nulla,semplicemente un giro in moto nelle Langhe.Ho trovato questo ristorante sull'applicazione AIC,abbiamo preso le cozze e un fritto di pesce.......che dire,siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpito dalla freschezza e dal fritto asciutto tutto veramente ottimo.Tornetemo questa sera con famiglia.lo consiglio di ❤️ alle persone celiache come me e a tutti.

22/06/2025: Essendo celiaca da anni, esprimo un'opinione al riguardo: l'attenzione è alta e la scelta dei piatti è ampia. Molto buoni sia il fritto misto che le pizze. Hanno anche le birre, di buona qualità, non solo quelle del supermercato. Che dire se non bravi e grazie per l'attenzione, non è da tutti!

10/10/2025: I discovered it a few years ago, by chance, during a motorcycle ride, and was completely satisfied. Today I purposely returned—again, by motorcycle. What can I say? My memory was not only confirmed, but even surpassed. The ingredients are always excellent and expertly enhanced by the chef's elegant touch. The desserts, made by the hostess, are also excellent! A very elegant place in the Langhe, without being overly elaborate. I won't dwell on the wine because that would be reductive. Excellent value for money and impeccable service. In my opinion, and on my palate, one of my favorites.

10/10/2025: We booked for four people. Two friends contracted COVID and couldn't attend. The owner charged us €80 for the two absent guests, even though their website doesn't allow changes to the reservation. We ordered two tasting menus. The food was average. The owner was rude and unhelpful. Not recommended.

19/08/2025: There were six of us there. The service was excellent and helpful. It was relatively dark inside. We had burgers, and you shouldn't expect a traditional burger here. Flat bread with sesame seeds and a pre-made patty. Everything tasted okay, though.

12/08/2025: Delicious pizzas. Don't be fooled by the outside; just step inside, sit down, and be amazed by the wide variety of pizzas available. Enjoy!

22/09/2025: We stayed two nights and ate at the restaurant twice (very good). The staff were very friendly, definitely recommended.

27/08/2025: A very nice and well-maintained restaurant, extremely friendly staff, and excellent food. Highly recommended. To those who say the prices are high, I'd say there are also cafes and snack bars for those. If we were to return to the Langhe, we'd definitely stop by again.

24/05/2025: I went to Giulia and Anna's winery for an aperitif and I had a really good time: welcoming atmosphere, excellent selection of wines and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

12/07/2025: A friend and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent. Paolo was an attentive and thoughtful host, and the waiter was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
