We went for lunch today, everything was excellent from the service to the dishes, you can tell that everything is done with attention and passion.

Beautiful restaurant with incredible food and staff. I ate fish (to vary my carnivorous diet these days) and I must say that it was superb. Young and attentive staff; they were able to find the right wine to pair with meat and fish. Fantastic!

Located near the center, the external view does not do justice to the interior. Well furnished and tasteful, excellent for quiet evenings as a couple or with friends. Excellent dishes, top risotto. We asked the waitress (Marika) for advice on pairings of wine on the dishes and bitters on the dessert, everything was perfect, good and efficient, characteristics that are not found in many places.
Truly recommended....

.. what to say about the Entratina: my taste buds danced the Twist... followed by a waltz of tastes and aromas.

Ho trovato questo locale su Internet in occasione di una visita ad Alba. il ristorante è abbastanza moderno, essenziale. Accoglienza gentile e disponibile e menù abbastanza vario.
Abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione a prezzo fisso di 40 € che presentava alcune delle specialità tipiche piemontesi: particolarmente buoni i ravioli del Plin e la guancia brasata.Buona anche la cantina

Siamo stati ospiti di questo locale Domenica 15 Ottobre 2023, il locale è curato e carino, il personale gentile e disponibile, il mangiare è stato ottimo, abbiamo optato per il menù della tradizione che è completo di tutto, l'unica menzione che vorrei fare magari soprattutto nei primi piatti delle porzioni un pò più generose, grazie.
