Momenti Gourmet In Alba

It's now a regular stop when I come to Alba. I've been lucky enough to eat here several times, on several occasions. Honestly, it's a restaurant I found by chance on The Fork, because I'm not familiar with Alba, but it's highly recommended. The staff is WOW! The dishes are meticulously prepared and superb. If you're passing through, I highly recommend it. Even just for a treat, it's always welcome. Ten stars! Five is too few.

I recently visited Momenti Gourmet restaurant in Alba and had a truly satisfying experience. The cheek was exceptional: tender, flavorful, and impeccably cooked, with a texture that practically melted in your mouth. I also really enjoyed the vitello tonnato, well-balanced and especially prepared without mayonnaise, which I appreciated because it enhances the more traditional and delicate version. The ravioli del plin were also excellent, well-made and with a tasty filling, served perfectly cooked, enhancing their flavor. The service was equally positive: the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful, making you feel at ease without being intrusive. Overall, a very pleasant experience, with carefully prepared dishes and an atmosphere that invites you to return.

A truly worthy gem Excellent food, refined and beautifully presented Friendly and attentive staff; an experience we will treasure forever, congratulations! They also offered us a Bra sausage meatball covered in Piedmont hazelnut crumbs and a much-loved artisanal mayonnaise as an appetizer.

My partner and I went to dinner here, and were drawn in by the menu. We were greeted with a smile (not a given) despite the busy evening. The service was excellent. We shared two appetizers: salmon marinated in salt, brown sugar, herbs, and a truly delicate soy mayonnaise. Two first courses, one of which was fantastic, were also served, and the tagliatelle were exceptional. We highly recommend it for a relaxing dinner.
