A traditional Piedmontese restaurant typical of the Langhe region. A wide selection of wines in the €35-€500 range. The menu features traditional Piedmontese dishes (tajarin/agnolotti). There aren't many dishes, but it's a choice, and those that do exist are excellent. I would have appreciated a set menu around €50-€60 per person, but everything is à la carte. The location is beautiful and evocative. Perhaps they could improve the exterior. Inside, however, it's absolutely beautiful.

We had a great time. There were two of us and we were truly treated very well.
The dishes were shared equally when we mentioned we'd be sharing the starters.
Chatting with the waiter, it emerged that it was my birthday that day, and dessert was served with a candle without us having to ask. A very welcome and appreciated gesture on our part :)
The dishes were truly excellent, nothing more to add. The bottle recommended by the maître d' was absolutely appropriate for the dishes.
The price was fair for the service and the location. After all, you're in a beautiful village in the Langhe.

We had lunch at this osteria during a stay in the Langhe. The appetizer consisted of Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, and Fassona beef tartare. Exceptional. For the main course, we had taierin with ragù. This was also very good. Service was a bit slow. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Kudos to the wait staff, Claudio, for their attention to detail in serving the dishes. Recommended.
