24/08/2024: Il posto è incantevole peccato che l acqua sia torbida e senza cloro...con una patina di creme solari e foglie....nessuno la pulisce...piastrelle piene di erba e tante mosche e vespe... docce da rifare..peccato perché la posizione è magnifica!!!

09/03/2025: I've been to Operetta 3 times, nice places with lots of choice and excellent prices. However, the service needs to be reviewed and let me explain… The first time everything goes well, but I ask for a beer that would never have arrived and I find a waitress who was unable to tell me what type of meat was in the burrito (understood as pork, beef, etc.) Second time everything ok, we get to the dessert and I ask the same waitress for information on what was in the Oreo dessert... I'll limit myself to that. She arrives and brings me the sweet Oreo, which I hadn't ordered, I tell her and instead of bringing it back she tells me that I ordered it, so I get it right, I eat a little and pay for it (you make no mistakes in life). Tonight I come back, and the same waitress voluntarily avoids us, I look at her to get her attention without raising my hand or anything else so as not to cause annoyance or anything, she looks at me but doesn't come... then I see that she says something to her colleague and they both look at me. At this point, thinking that maybe he wasn't understanding that I needed a waiter, I raised my hand to avoid misunderstandings, he nodded to me that he understood, he approached the table 3 times in the following 15 minutes and never asked us what we wanted. I hope that it improves in this aspect because the place deserves…

11/10/2024: We ate at this restaurant on a Monday evening and did not need to book, very varied menu offering classic pub food such as burgers but also bruschetta, first and second courses. Very good and elaborate bruschetta, as for the rest we got we had to wait 45 minutes before it arrived, my plate of sausage, egg and hamburger was good except for the hamburger which was the driest thing I have ever eaten, I don't think it's an experience I can recommend to others.

27/03/2025: Very dated pizzeria, it would need at least a whitewashing of the walls because the signs of the radiators make the place look old and not cared for. Particularly tasteless beer, and, in my opinion, dry pizza with low quality ingredients. Very unhelpful staff and not inclined to satisfy the minimum needs of their customers. I must say that the chips were fried very well, that's why I gave it 2 stars, but it's not enough to make me want to return to this place. Too bad because it's a historic place in this city

25/02/2025: Historic pizzeria in Alessandria. One of the best ever, their pan pizza "primavera" is delicious. Buy for a song.

30/12/2024: Quando è festa e non hai voglia di stare sui fornelli , e decidi che magari c’è gente che ti può far cenare semplicemente e farti stare beve . Ecco stesti d quello che ho potuto vivere la sera della vigilia di Natale, Ambiente caloroso , intimità , accoglienza d vino di buona qualità …il servizio è stato ottimi la ragazza sempre sorridente, poi quando è uscito il cuoco è stata una bella sorpresa .. cheddnficibse tutto andava bene! GIA il *NANNINI * un cuoco semplicemente autentico Grazie poi per avermi fatto mangiare e bere i ravioli nel vino ..dopo una mia richiesta, Quindi se vi trovate a novi e dintorni Fate la mitica Lomellina e dopo pochi km trovate *la tenuta marchesa * vale la pena fare una piccola tappa …

29/12/2024: Cascina immersa negli ulivi probabilmente nel periodo invernale molto più suggestiva a pranzo, quando si può godere del panorama esterno. Vini di loro produzione buoni, delle diverse portate sicuramente i ravioli sono il piatto forte. Staff non sempre cordiale.

18/01/2025: Farinata un po stopposa e senza quella crosticina tipica che questo poatto dovrebbe avere....Brasato cucinato bene . Il pane servito sarebbe ottimo se caldo ma è arrivato freddo e gommoso. Pizze ottime, sottili e ben farcite.Personale gentilissimo . Prezzi ok

15/12/2024: Asegúrate de tener una mesa afuera, es mucho mejor que adentro. La pizza fue una de las mejores que he tenido. Y las camareras hablan todos los idiomasdel mundo, al parecer.

16/03/2025: Paella asciutta e con tantissima salsiccia,pesce scarso e non di qualità altrettanto per la zuppa solo pomodoro e poco pesce, dei gamberi solo le teste. Sangria calda con tanto zucchero e senza frutta. Locale rumoroso e i servizi sono ubicati in un cortile. Conto esagerato. Mai piu.
