04/04/2025: A TOTAL disappointment.... business lunch, pasta only with ricotta and pepper, or tomato, salami and pecorino, in parentheses malluredus, very particular pasta that not everyone likes. Main course or grilled sausage or omelette, served with carrots thrown on the plate, without any taste, in fact we asked for a little oil. The ladies who served at the table were cold and unfriendly, without even a smile. I'm sorry that I brought friends, because I went other times and had eaten well, but this time REALLY NO, well the price was €15 but in that area, going towards Cassine, I found trattorias with business lunches for €12 MUCH BETTER.......another place at least for me to cancel.

15/02/2025: No paper menu, menu said verbally... prices that are discovered when you pay. No receipt. Trio of starters: a vegetable flan with cheese fondue, a slice of omelette, two spoonfuls of chicken salad with vegetables. Tagliolini with farmyard ragù with offal, rabbit in a casserole with non-quality olives, a measly saucer of baked potatoes that would have needed a little more cooking... a quarter of wine (Chardonnay) hot and not good, water brought in a bottle of a well-known brand with an open and unsealed cap... therefore clearly microfiltered... No dessert and coffee €48.00. The food itself wasn't bad. But in 2025 it is impossible not to have an à la carte menu to be made available to the customer (given however that it is also limited) for transparency and correctness. Regardless, don't get a receipt just because you pay in cash, I don't find it ethically correct. If you decide to use microfiltered water, it is advisable to use neutral bottles or jugs, not bottles that make you think you are drinking packaged water.

09/02/2025: Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa pizzeria molto rinomata in città. Siamo arrivati alle 20,00 e il loro parcheggio privato era già strapieno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze, essendo in periferia non c'è problema nel trovare posto. Dopo circa 10 minuti abbiamo ordinato una pizza e un piatto di agnolotti al sugo di stufato alla piemontese, birra, acqua (non minerale ma del loro distributore). Nonostante che il locale fosse pieno dopo circa mezz'ora ci hanno portato tutto velocemente. La pizza era passabile, solo un po' troppo ricca di mozzarella ma nell'insieme come gusto sufficiente, gli agnolotti buonissimi e saporiti cotti al punto giusto. La birra era passabile. Preso due caffè macchiati che erano caldi e perfetti. I prezzi sono nella media. Il personale è gentile, giovane e sveglio. Consiglio di prenotare perché é facile non trovare posto specialmente al sabato.

28/12/2024: Peccato perché la pizza non era male. Attesa di almeno mezz'ora per l arrivo delle pizze. Pizze che risultano abbastanza sottili e nettamente più piccole rispetto a tempo fa. Ingredienti di qualità media. Insomma c'è stato un peggioramento generale notevole. Noi siamo sempre venuti vari anni in questo ristorante ma abbiamo notato un calo preoccupante. Consiglio di rivedere soprattutto la pizza per dimensione e qualità Non lo consiglio

26/12/2024: Andati in estate approfittando del Dehor abbiamo trovato la pizza molto buona e piatti di pesce con discreta scelta. Prezzo qualità adeguato e cameriere molto educato.

22/12/2024: Il ristorante è ben curato con tanti riferimenti molto siginificativi e festosi della Costiera Amalfitana! Sono deliziosi sia i primi che la frittura di pesce che la stessa pizza! INiente male anche la delizia al limone che mi ha ricordfato quella mangiata ad Amalfi anni fa!

02/12/2024: Locale dove spesso ci fermiamo per un aperitivo o cena, d'estate all'esterno o in inverno in una delle sale interne. Per questa cena una piacevole sorpresa è stato il piatto degustazione, ottimo in tutto. Anche la scelta del vino, molto apprezzato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Prezzi in generale allineati, ottima la materia prima. Ci si torna sempre con piacere

26/02/2025: The chocolate was excellent, I ate the very good classic panettone at Christmas, not excessively sweet and just the right amount of softness, the other day my mum had the fruit plum cake, splendid. Highly recommended

21/01/2025: Servizio e proposta non sono minimamente all’altezza di una location elegante e ben curata. Menu da metropoli con 15 primi e altrettanti secondi e già mi sorgono dubbi..la carbonara che dovrebbe essere la loro specialità è liquida. Chiedo il tonno molto poco cotto e arriva una suola alta mezzo cm completamente cotta. Per finire i broccoli di contorno diventano spinaci arrivando 10 minuti dopo il secondo. giustificazione? dalle loro parti (Roma?) si chiamano broccoletti…bah

02/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve at Tenuta Valdorso, we had a great time, a great welcome, good food and we appreciated the superior room Rubino with its double shower. The entire structure is very clean, the staff welcoming. We spent a good evening with musical entertainment.

15/04/2025: Al di là della qualità della pizza, tutto sommato decorosa, non è stata un'esperienza positiva. In presenza dei clienti, il gestore ha continuato a imprecare contro la mancanza di personale e l'impossibilità di trovarne. Sembrava quasi ci facesse un favore a cucinare. Anche il suo aspetto e abbigliamento non davano certo l'impressione di pulizia e professionalità. Lo stesso può dirsi di quello che credo fosse il suo socio. Il locale da un'impressione di grigiore e sciatteria.

14/03/2025: Una buona cena con tanta scelta, primi, carne, pesce e la pizza, anche da asporto. La materia prima è buona. Personale disponibile. Pur con grandi numeri il locale dà un servizio di qualità.

26/02/2025: La pizza fatta in forno a legna è ottima. Rispetto a qualche tempo fa molto digeribile e condita il giusto! Non è sullo stile Napoletano, ma sottile con poco cornicione (cosa che apprezzo). Il locale è affollato nel week end ed è apprezzato per i primi e le specialità di pesce, anch’esse molto valide. Consiglio come una delle migliori pizzerie di Alessandria anche come rapporto qualità-prezzo! Ottima scelta di menu pranzo di lavoro.

24/01/2024: The venue is beautiful. The food is good, but not excellent (so the prices are perhaps a little high). The service was cold and lacked a bit of attention (we took the menu and the waitress left the plates for us without a word, when it was time to pay we had to go to the kitchen because no one had been there for more than 10 minutes in the room). Plus they put us at a table at the back of a completely empty room.
