10/01/2026: Quality, courtesy, and friendliness! Found by chance years ago, little publicized, Kapuziner offers quality food, both on the regular menu and in various off-menu options, especially the meats, which are delicious and perfectly cooked. Excellent cocktails and beers. The friendly and welcoming manager offers interesting advice and always makes us feel at home, even though we only see each other every few months. Highly recommended!

31/03/2026: I can only take a photo of the box, because I didn’t have time to take a photo of the pizza, it was so delicious)))) The dough is superb, lots of cheese, everything is perfect!

06/02/2026: The photos speak for themselves... Thin-crust pizzas, and most importantly, no toppings... There was only tomato, TOO MUCH! Very disappointed... the only positive note was the delivery guy, who was very kind!

25/05/2026: Last night we chose to order four pizzas through Deliveroo, partly inspired by the name of the pizzeria, "Bella Napoli." It seems incredible to even tell the story, but four pizzas arrived in boxes without tops, so the pizzas were uncovered and stacked WITHOUT A COVER. This is completely UNHYGIENIC, and obviously the pizzas had all the toppings stuck to the top boxes. We promptly reported the matter to the owner, who simply raised his voice and blamed Deliveroo. We would have at least expected an apology and not a "you don't know who I am" response... which is quite a threat!!! As I already told them... DELIVEROO DOESN'T PACK THE PIZZAS, THEY ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORT. It seems crazy to have received the pizzas in boxes without lids. PS: They didn't send us the fries, nor did they refund us.

24/03/2026: I frequent this restaurant with my family every time I visit Casale because it has fast and courteous service and good, not too heavy dishes. We especially order the first courses, which are delicious. The pizzas are also excellent. The prices are more than reasonable and even lower than other restaurants. Highly recommended!

28/03/2026: A good place for dinner and seafood, reasonably priced, and a reasonably priced set menu, but since it's a fixed menu, you don't have a choice of dishes. I recommend the à la carte menu with a wide selection.

04/05/2026: An experience not to be repeated. The mushroom fettuccine was embarrassing: two pieces of defrosted stems, no tomato sauce, and cold. Roast beef...never again.

01/05/2026: I had a cappuccino and a slice of chocolate cake. I must say that this café has made quality its hallmark. The cappuccino was well-structured, the milk foam was like thick cream, the milk had a distinct flavor, and the coffee was good quality. A textbook cappuccino. The chocolate cake was not burned, it was perfect, the texture was just right, and the flavor was fresh and pleasant.

17/05/2026: A truly disappointing experience in many ways. I went to this bar expecting a minimum level of courtesy and customer service, but unfortunately, it went far from well. I had politely asked for my drink to be served with the can/bottle, a very simple and completely normal request for someone who wants to see what they're drinking. Not only was my request ignored, but when I asked for clarification, I received annoyed looks and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I felt uncomfortable the entire time, almost as if I was being inconvenienced for simply expressing a preference. Politeness and respect for customers should be the foundation of any business, but here I only perceived rudeness and a lack of willingness to work with the public. I don't expect special treatment, but at least kindness and attention. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on me, and I don't think I'll return. I hope they learn to treat customers better and listen to such basic requests without being rude.

02/05/2026: Good portions. Dry fried food. Excellent pizza. Quick, friendly, and accurate service. Extensive menu. Small but unique wine list. Reasonable prices. Central location in Piazza della Bollente, just steps from the parking/motorcycle parking area and the rest of the city center. Indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent.

12/04/2026: The pizza here is always a guarantee, and so is the fish, still cooked in the traditional home style. The desserts taste like they're made at home, and they even make excellent artisanal limoncello. Since I prefer substance to appearance, I won't give the place any importance. It's certainly a bit vintage, but sometimes you can have less fashion and more quality!

26/04/2026: We tried this restaurant and were really pleased. The bruschetta is excellent, made with excellent, quality ingredients; you can really taste the difference. The wine is also worth it: if you know how to choose, you can find some truly excellent bottles. The service was impeccable, with great availability and friendliness from the staff, always attentive and welcoming. My only advice: it's best to make a reservation, as the place is quite small and fills up quickly. Overall, a very positive experience!

26/04/2026: A very charming and well-kept location. Quiet and private atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner. The menu is suitable for all tastes, and both the food and wine are excellent. I return as often as I can and highly recommend it.

27/03/2026: We stopped for an aperitivo, around noon. We went in: the lady invited us to sit outside and wait for her to take our order. I specified that we were there for a drink; she was keen to clarify that they don't serve food to accompany an aperitivo before 6 pm. I noticed we were the only ones sitting outside; inside, I didn't see any customers. I asked for a draft white beer: it was sold out. She offered me a red. It turned out to be less than mediocre. We asked if they made non-alcoholic fruit cocktails: yes. In fact, they'd serve us a glass with a mixture of industrial Bravo-flavored syrups, and tons of ice cubes. Cost: five euros. We asked if we could at least have some chips with our food: the request seemed difficult to understand. When the drinks arrived, I noticed she'd added an order of chips to the order. I asked her to decline it. Let's just say it didn't seem like a good place for a drink, and they needed to improve their communication and service.

13/01/2026: It exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, the food, it's truly a gem. A TRUE family-run business with enviable quality.

01/04/2026: A family-run trattoria and pizzeria, perhaps a little dated but recently renovated, with a clean and welcoming dining room, "a truck driver's opinion." But let's get down to business 🥸 Homemade cooking, like being at home, the welcoming lady, and we're all her children... no need to say anything else... for us truck drivers, it's like being at home. I forgot the price: €17 for a first course... the second course with side dish, 1/2 cup of wine, and a strong espresso seems like a fair price. Enjoy your dinner everyone.
