26/10/2025: My husband and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. It was an absolutely positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. The dishes are excellent, with refined flavors and top-quality ingredients. Great attention to intolerances, and the gluten-free bread is delicious!
Compliments to the chef and all the staff. We'll be back!

The two-faced outdoor setting: you arrive in a secluded spot, welcomed by a pleasant parking lot, and you find yourself in a sort of farmhouse. Then, you enter the restaurant and discover a refined and elegant atmosphere.
The food is top-notch, the wine cellar excellent, the service impeccable.

05/11/2025: Spectacular location, welcoming and well-maintained. Truly delicious food, a traditional menu with local ingredients. Prices are average. The focaccis are truly amazing.
The only negative is that the staff is a bit distracted; they forgot the side dishes. However, the welcome dishes were often served.

28/09/2025: I went for lunch today at the suggestion of my partner and her mother (big fans of Billi, who followed E’ sempre mezzogiorno). The staff was fantastically friendly, and Filippo was incredibly personable. Both Filippo and his twin were also available for a photo. We had a wonderful meal in a simple, elegant setting. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Well done everyone!

14/10/2025: I had the opportunity to appreciate the restaurant as a guest at a wedding. The location is evocative and the menu excellent, not to mention the fantastic wines paired with the meals. A hilltop village characterized by tuff houses.
09/09/2025: I ate at the restaurant on a Sunday lunch. I had high expectations, but they were a bit disappointed. The entrees were poorly balanced, with peppers overpowering the food; the agnolotti were mediocre; the octopus was good; the ribs were as salty as the bill. The bathroom was dark and dangerous. The courtyard was hot and full of bees and flies. Still, a very beautiful place.

26/10/2025: The best trattoria in Alessandria by far. The menu is concise, featuring the most interesting dishes in the city, but each has its own unique character, making it incredibly difficult to choose. The house specialty is the Orecchia di Elefante (elephant ear pasta). All this is topped off by the knowledge and friendliness of the owner, Piero. Recommended.

01/11/2025: I ate here with some colleagues, and I must say I had a really good time: the dishes were all very well prepared and carefully crafted.
We had several different dishes, including the delicious white truffle (and not that expensive, I must say), and the 63°C egg.
Aside from the wines, we had an excellent magnum bottle of Bricco dell'Uccellone, divine.
Recommended!
22/10/2025: A restaurant with excellent value for money. Service is perhaps a little cold, but still very professional, while in my opinion the setting calls for something warmer. We opted for some off-menu dishes, based on porcini mushrooms, without asking the price, and we didn't have any unpleasant surprises, a sign of their professionalism. Everything was very good, well done.

17/11/2025: Lunch with a group of friends from Vercelli. The atmosphere was lovely, the owner was very kind, and the food was delicious. The bagna cauda was excellent, as a Cuneo native. Highly recommended.
