22/01/2025: I discovered this pastry shop recently and I must say that I was amazed by the goodness of their pastries. They were very good. Furthermore, the staff was very kind: they were looking for a dessert for the lactose intolerant for a friend of ours and the pastry chef made us a single dose on the spot exclusively for our request. Really very happy with the service and quality!

27/01/2025: Ottima esperienza! Sono stata a cena con mio marito e mia figlia. Cibo subliminale! Apprezzata anche l'accoglienza di tutto lo staff e soprattutto quella della titolare. A maggio mia figlia celebrerà la sua prima Comunione e La Rava e La Fava potrebbe essere la soluzione per noi e per i nostri ospiti.

27/01/2025: Dopo aver visitato il Castello del Valentino tornando verso Porta Nuova ho trovato questo piccolo locale molto carino, arredato super particolare che offriva il Brunch a 20 euro. Ottima scelta. Piatto molti buono, con una bevanda fredda e una bevanda calda più il dolce. Personale gentile e simpatico. Lo consiglio se siete in zona qualcosa diverso.

21/02/2025: The « Bar Trattoria La cooperative » is a small jewel of hospitality and authentic flavours. The two owners, with their overwhelming kindness, welcomed us like old friends, surprising us with a delicious bagna cauda, ​​expertly prepared according to the Piedmontese tradition. Followed by the maltagliati with a homemade ragù that seemed to have come straight from grandmother's recipe books: an explosion of genuine and comforting flavours. Each dish told a story of passion and love for home cooking. The family and warm atmosphere made the evening even more special. If you are looking for a place to feel at home and savor heart-warming dishes, this restaurant is a must!

04/02/2025: Truly wonderful restaurant in Valle Maira: location with attention to every detail, which creates a warm and welcoming environment, which takes you back in time. Definitely very rich and abundant fixed menu which, from what I understand, varies often. In our case, it was made up of 3 starters (vegetables in dip, platter of cured meats and raw meat cut with a knife) followed by 3 second courses (scaramella, roast lamb and stew), each accompanied by its own side dish (above all, note of merit to tanning polenta). The desserts are also good (not on the menu). Attentive and courteous service
