04/02/2025: I went to the White Rose for the first time despite having lived in Chieri for decades. It was a very pleasant dinner, excellent raw materials, a very good chef, excellent service and an elegant environment. I will definitely be back!

26/01/2025: In questo ristorante ho potuto mangiare una cucina tipica piemontese di buona qualità e varietà. Io ho scelto un antipasto misto che comprende, tra gli altri, peperone con acciughe, insalata russa buonissima, tomino, vitello tonnato e carne cruda. Poi ho proseguito con dei ravioli con blu e nocciole molto buoni e poi la finanziera che non mangiavo da tempo e che non è facile trovare. In chiusura crostate con more di gelso e genepy. Pasto innaffiato con una barbera del Monferrato frizzante. Prezzo più che onesto e personale gentile completano l'esperienza!

04/02/2025: Located on the Via Francigena, it is a stop nestled in the infinite expanses of Vercelli's rice fields. The place is well kept, clean, with extremely welcoming and friendly staff. As a couple, we took the menu of the day, consisting of an excellent risotto with toma cheese and hazelnuts, truly of a high standard, and a splendid chicken leg with paprika, accompanied by delicious sautéed "croissants" (green beans). Apparently a minimal menu, but the difference is made by the excellent flavor of the dishes, and the WONDERFUL pair of desserts that we added at the end of the meal: one of the best hazelnut cakes we have ever tried in our lives, and a bunet with typical Vercelli cinnamon biscuits instead of the more famous amaretti biscuits. Truly two gustatory excellences. Without asking, a bottle of delicious house red arrives on the table, which, looking closely at the labels that are beautifully displayed inside the room, is certainly a wine of excellent quality, really good. An experience to be repeated, if only for the desire we still had to try the panissa, made upon reservation or in any case presented on the menu every Tuesday. It is considered among the best in the area.

02/02/2025: A fireplace lit with the scent and noise of crackling wood would have made me give 5 stars to the environment😂 but on the food and above all on the impeccable service, a sign of dedication and love for this type of (difficult) work, the dutiful and well-deserved tips . (We are the Ligurians of Sunday 2 February)

16/02/2025: I had already been to this restaurant a few times years ago and I gladly returned because I had kept good memories. I actually confirm my positive opinion! It is a very popular place and this should make you understand why!

28/12/2024: Tuvimos el almuerzo ligero en Villa Tiboldi antes de nuestra cata de vinos en Malvira. Para empezar, compartimos pimientos asados con salsa de tonnato y verduras a la parrilla con mozzarella de búfalo fresca. Para la alimentación principal compartimos una sartén - pizza Margarita cocida (corteza muy gruesa — como focaccia) y tajarin (fideos de huevo piamonteses, muy estrechos como espaguetis planos) con ragu. De postre, John comió panna cotta con miel y yo tiramisú. También disfrutamos de un par de vinos diferentes por copa de la bodega. ¡Excelente!

02/11/2024: Villa Tiboldi non è solo un posto bellissimo, ma offre anche una cucina davvero all'altezza delle (alte) aspettative. Il servizio gentile e cordiale, dona quel tocco in più che trasforma un ristorante da ricordare, in un ristorante nel quale voler ritornare. Davvero consigliato!

21/02/2025: Dopo alcuni anni siamo tornati al Moderno un tempo locale preferito da noi a Carrù. Mi pare che gli attuali gestori possano tornare ai successi di un tempo. Bollito ben cotto salse adeguate .Anche la guancia ci ha sorpreso. Da provare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

15/02/2025: Sono stato invitato da un'azienda a cena presso questo ristorante e devo dirvi che ho mangiato benissimo dalla Tartara spettacolare al resto. Ottimo servizio. Il personale , il cuoco ed la moglie vi fanno sentire come se foste a casa. Ci sono ritornato l'indomani a pranzo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

11/02/2025: Historic place, on the walls you can admire some extracts of this historic place and its family tradition, you can find, in addition to people deeply in love with their traditions and good Piedmontese cuisine, a rich choice of foods and gastronomy products (also take-away) and pastries (dry if I remember correctly) which has maintained that "village" atmosphere. It's worth dropping by, maybe on a motorbike 😉

02/01/2025: I didn't want to be too critical, but after the owner's comment...I had to comment. New Year's Eve dinner, very interesting menu but everything too salty, the fish was not exceptional, to say the least. The inedible octopus. The Fassona tartare sauce: very salty. The rolata and lentils are excellent. Even the dessert was nothing interesting, the whole table had it left over. The waitresses were very helpful and kind. Cobwebs in the scale on the scales. I didn't want to be so detailed but when the owner doesn't accept the evidence and says fake... oh no. I'm sorry I didn't keep the receipt. Are all negative comments Fake?

Professionalism, passion, quality of service, excellent food, customer care, friendliness, availability, an immense variety of services and events aimed at different types of customers. I think it's truly the TOP!

16/02/2025: We had dinner, we had fried artichokes, veal entrecote with artichokes, a gluten-free pizza, lamb kebabs and chiacchere with raw ham and burrata. For each dish there is the possibility of having it gluten-free as it is an AIC restaurant. All very good, the girl who served us very kind and friendly. We will be back
