The only restaurant in town. We wanted to stop for a quick lunch during an excursion to Usseaux. Unfortunately, it was full. In the afternoon, after doing the two-hour circuit, which I highly recommend, we returned still hungry for refreshments. We ordered platters of cured meats and cheese. They were very expensive for the quantity, but the quality was excellent.

We went there to eat a Sunday lunch. Gorgeous food. Amazing place. Very busy but service still attentive and kind. Fair price. Definitely book to avoid disappointment.

I've now found myself dining at this restaurant quite often. It's incredibly quiet, far from the bustling city, and offers a breathtaking view of the valley. It offers traditional game and other dishes, with an excellent selection of wines for even the most discerning wine lovers. The prices are fair, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. The gnocchi with fondue are highly recommended; I'll be back soon!

We had been to Usseaux many, many years ago, and I remembered the restaurant, but we had never managed to go there. From the first call with Mrs. Elisa, I sensed a very friendly person. We found a typical mountain restaurant, but with young, helpful, and very well-dressed staff. We ate very well; my venison and polenta dish was divine. It's best to book.

We had a delicious meal here. The location in the middle of the beautiful village of Usseaux is top-notch. Do make a reservation, though. We hadn't and had to wait outside for an hour. It was worth it. It was warm and we were able to order drinks outside and use the restroom. Friendly, attentive staff.

We went for lunch during the day and it turned out to be the right choice! Excellent dishes with quality ingredients in a charming Alpine village that's definitely worth a visit! Very friendly staff and quick service! Highly recommended! Best to book, even during the week!

It's primarily a restaurant, so I can only review the food.
We ate well, obviously traditional Piedmontese fare. The homemade gnocchi were very good, and everything else was good. The service was friendly and attentive. You're still in the mountains, so you have to adapt to the slightly more relaxed pace, except in the kitchen, where you can hear them rushing non-stop. 😉
