The staff stood out for their kindness and helpfulness, always attentive without being intrusive. The dishes were all excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, showcasing traditional flavors. Another strong point is definitely the value for money, truly excellent and hard to find elsewhere. 20/05/2026: We are tourists visiting Turin from Dublin, and our lunch at Trattoria Conserva di Superga was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to the young woman who looked after us throughout lunch: she managed the timing between courses perfectly and described every dish with knowledge, elegance and genuine passion. We especially appreciated that she spoke fluent English, which made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy and understand the experience. Another detail that impressed us was the wine recommendation: not only was it explained with enthusiasm and expertise, but it was also perfectly paired with each course, enhancing every dish and making the entire lunch even more memorable. What touched us the most was the patience and wonderful attention she gave to our little boy. She was always kind, smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. 20/05/2026: We chose to celebrate my daughter's confirmation at this trattoria. I've always been drawn to the look of this rustic and delightful place when I've been driving up to Superga. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the kindness of the owner and the staff, and the aromas emanating from the kitchen. They are a working couple who work very well together; they're friendly and professional, and they guide us and advise us on the menu admirably. We tasted excellent dishes that, to our pleasant surprise, weren't too heavy for any of our guests. I was very impressed with the crispy asparagus, but equally impressed were the warm focaccias, the preserves, the platters, the risotto, the tagliata, the rabbit... everything!!! The ingredients in all our dishes were excellent, and the cuisine was excellent. Despite the limited space, we managed to enjoy a wonderful family evening, served by delightful staff and enjoying excellent food. Thank you so much.

What's truly impressive is the value for money: you eat very well for absolutely average prices—in fact, considering the quality, even lower than you'd expect. 12/03/2026: This hotel and restaurant, a historic local landmark, is easy to reach from the highway exit. Welcoming and especially suitable for business trips and groups. Parking is limited, but there's always space in the square in front of the church. Prices are absolutely reasonable.

01/06/2026: Nice place, we booked the pool and lunch package. You can arrive at 10:00 AM and it closes at 6:00 PM, but at 5:30 PM they start taking away all the available loungers. The male owner was quite rude, and he rudely reprimanded us because my wife had brought two apricots and two taralli for the children's snacks. He said YOU CAN'T BRING OUTSIDE FOOD, THIS TIME IT'S ALL RIGHT! And keep in mind that there's no bar where you can buy anything. This is an objection and a rule that wasn't communicated to us and isn't stated anywhere! But the way we were told is definitely not typical of a good host who cares about his customers; we felt more like UNWANTED! The pool was small compared to the number of guests present, the lounge chairs and umbrellas were a bit dated and not top-notch, and the garden could use some more maintenance. At my house, it's definitely tidier. Lunch, on the other hand, was a great surprise. The portions were small, but since there were plenty of them and they sometimes changed, in the end, the food was good and filling. The owner, unlike the landlord, was very kind, courteous, and attentive to the meal. Prices were €50 per adult, including use of the pool, full lunch, drinks, and coffee; €35 for children (ours were 12-13 years old). At 11:30, they ask you if you want an aperitif, which isn't included in the package. Two adults and two children spent €172. There was no outdoor shower available, only one inside the bathroom used by everyone... Honestly, given the price-performance ratio and the owner's rudeness, we'll very likely return.
