We had three first courses, and honestly, each one was better than the last: the incredibly flavorful agnolotti with ragù, the fresh pasta with zucchini, speck, and saffron, truly delicate yet delicious, and then the artichoke carbonara... wow. Alessia (kind and friendly!) recommended this one, and she was absolutely right: creamy, different from the usual, but truly delicious.
Overall, the atmosphere is great: everyone is very friendly and approachable, and the osteria-style atmosphere is refined but not "stiff," making you feel at ease.
All in all, a wonderful dinner. We'll be back! 🍝✨

I'm unsure how to rate it, because the place is charming, the staff extremely kind and attentive, and the typical Piedmontese dishes are beautiful and, I think, delicious...
I say, "I think," because a couple of hours after dinner I felt... let's say a little off, but I'm not sure if it was the food; it could be due to other pre-existing circumstances. I ordered the €35 tasting menu and I must say I enjoyed everything except the vegetable flan, which I didn't appreciate. When I return to Turin, I'll definitely go to L'Ostu again.

Excellent food, a wide selection of daily specials and an à la carte menu. The small interior space hinders the work of the talented waitresses and prevents a meal where conversation is possible with other diners. Excellent wine selection.
