22/06/2025: I took a real seafood appetizer, completely raw and unseasoned... when I complained asking if it was normal for it to be raw like that? They told me; madam, no one has ever complained! so they didn't even fix it!! Crazy... not recommended

11/07/2025: Pizzeria/Restaurant in the center of Valenza. Very welcoming place, excellent quality. We tried the pizza, which was tasty and light. The homemade tiramisu was also good. The staff were friendly and professional. We'll definitely be back.

Si vede che la materia prima è di un ottimo livello, accompagnata da un servizio attento. I prezzi nella media e assolutamente adeguati alla qualità che viene servita. Se siete in zona non potete perdervelo!

11/05/2025: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

05/08/2025: A great opportunity to go out for dinner. We were here on the recommendation of the owner of B&B Cascinetta32 in Invorio. The restaurant has an extensive menu with a great selection of dishes. The food was delicious, well-flavored, and more than enough, especially thanks to the appetizers. The staff was super friendly; we ate here twice. A big thank you to the entire staff; you're fantastic. Perhaps we'll see each other again in the future.

20/07/2025: We spent a Sunday lunch time here and felt as if we were in paradise! Ivan - the most gracious host. We had not booked properly by accident but, despite being fully booked, he accommodated us. The service was impeccable - Ivan was attentive, knowledgeable and funny without being overbearing. The atmosphere was dreamy. Relaxing music on a beautiful veranda with spectacular views of Lake Maggiore. The food really was so delicious- we had three courses on the a la carte menu. Each dish seemed well balanced and imaginative but at the same time like comforting home cooked Italian food! Several/maybe all the dishes were created with local produce. The perfect blend of creativity and comfort. A very local dish in this part of Italy is ‘Vitello tonnato’ (veal with a tuna sauce). Being British - this is a strange combination to us and so I was a little apprehensive to try it but as they say - ‘when in Rome!’. It was so delicious and according to Ivan it really is made the ‘proper’ way at Villa Pizzini’. Suffice to say - top restaurant and made for the most magical afternoon. Can’t wait to return one day. Thank you Ivan!

19/07/2025: Ottima ed interessante esperienza in questo magnifico ristorante, circondato da boschi e pinete ad oltre 1200 mt di altezza.Piatti molto curati,saporiti e magistralmente spiegati dal titolare.Cantina più che soddisfacente.Prezzo un po'alto,ma ne vale la pena.

08/07/2025: Haha, a joke! In the middle of summer they only had hot drinks, and at a table of 10 they only had 3 cold bottled beers to serve. Hahahaha. Obviously, we got up and went somewhere else... they should close... plus, my dear friend who worked as a waitress during COVID was never paid... not even when the market resumed its natural cycle... Thieves and incompetents

31/07/2025: We found and booked this cozy restaurant by chance in Prea, a typical Occitan village. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the village and the Ellero Valley. Traditional Occitan-Piedmontese dishes are carefully prepared by chef Edo, a friendly and welcoming person. The service is friendly and helpful. The blueberry and currant ravioli are a must. Excellent value.

06/06/2025: Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di assaporare un piatto che, nella sua semplicità, rasenta la perfezione: le tagliatelle al sugo di ortiche con burrata. Fin dalla presentazione, il piatto si è rivelato un piccolo gioiello. Il verde intenso e rustico del sugo di ortiche avvolgeva morbidamente le tagliatelle, ruvide al punto giusto da trattenere ogni goccia di condimento. A completare l'opera, una burrata freschissima, adagiata al centro come una perla bianca e cremosa, pronta a fondersi con il calore della pasta. Al primo assaggio, l'esplosione di sapori è stata sorprendente. L'ortica, spesso sottovalutata, ha rivelato un gusto erbaceo, delicato ma persistente. Un sapore autentico, che parla di terra e di tradizioni antiche. La vera magia, però, è scaturita dall'incontro con la burrata. La sua dolcezza lattiginosa e la sua consistenza incredibilmente cremosa hanno smorzato la nota quasi selvatica dell'ortica, creando un equilibrio sublime. Ad ogni forchettata, la stracciatella filante della burrata si mescolava al sugo, dando vita a un condimento avvolgente che ha trasformato un piatto potenzialmente semplice in un'esperienza gourmet. Le tagliatelle, rigorosamente fatte in casa, erano il veicolo perfetto per questa sinfonia di sapori. La loro porosità e la cottura al dente hanno esaltato la consistenza del piatto, rendendo ogni boccone un piacere tattile oltre che gustativo.
