Piedmontese food and interesting organic wines.
Unfortunately, the service was very slow and confusing to the point that, after ordering a trout, it arrived freezing cold. Cold fish only if you order it otherwise it's not good. Good guinea fowl, rabbit tuna too, nice lamb meatballs.

17/12/2024: A magical long ride, where you immediately feel welcomed and pampered. We had dinner there for my husband's birthday, a triumph of food and wine. Everything excellent! We stayed there overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back. Thanks to Nino and all the staff.

€55 euros for the Alba white truffle tasting, it tasted like nothing! No flavor!
I ate a simple pasta with butter.
Another negative flaw is that if it hadn't been for the chef's welcome I wouldn't have given even one star. I saw too many gender preferences, those who wanted staff were treated with kid gloves, others were treated like rags. They didn't worry about anything!!

Excellent service, appetizer menu + 1 dish (first or second), barbera and water included, €38 each. Then dessert and coffee. Starters: mixed cold cuts, carpaccio, veal with tuna sauce, cotechino, vegetable flan, peppers in bagna cauda. Encore of first courses risotto with artichokes, and agnolotti with braised meat sauce. 2 seconds of mixed fried food. Then semifreddo and coffee. Capello's Barbera 14° is good. We will be back.
16/02/2025: Posto carino e cibo discreto, vino della casa pessimo, tutto sicuramente migliorabile ma d'altronde non si trova molto altro nel Monferrato Casalese

Unfortunately it's a bit cramped inside, and the queue for the bathroom makes it difficult to move around.
On the food they should do better: the meat on my burger was not cooked properly.
28/01/2025: What can I say, the location is offered by nature and it is wonderful, once you arrive in this place, which offers a snowmobile shuttle service, so already cool, you will find this cute hut where they cook delicious typical dishes and the service is truly fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and nice.

13/02/2025: We ate there for lunch on a Thursday and loved it! Both to the taste and to the eye everything satisfied our palate very much! We will be back! I recommend it during the week because the chef manages to give the best of himself with his attentive eye!

20/02/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten at this place. The place is always very well looked after down to the details. The service is friendly and welcoming, attentive to customer needs. Very good food, varied proposals, with two satisfying tasting menus. The wine list is complete and meets the customer's needs. The desserts are an excellent ending to the meal. A place definitely worth trying, highly recommended.

19/02/2025: Excellent cuisine in a very suggestive and spectacular context, which if the dam next door were opened forming its usual waterfall, you could really taste these beautiful flavors surrounded by the magical shades of the rainbow and find yourself in the magical scenery of Valchiusella.

We ordered three types of cocktails. Except one type, all of them had a taste that we were surprised at and could not imagine. I recommend this place to those who don't want something delicious but want to try something new.

Il menù proposto rispecchia il meglio della tradizione culinaria.
Noi abbiamo scelto lumachine fritte e vitelle/tonnee; tajarin al ragù e gobbi "ris e con". BUONA LISTA DEI VINI
