Nice place, well-kept and clean. Excellent food and friendly staff. The only downside: too long a wait for the food. We sat down at 8:00 PM and received our first course at 9:15 PM. I can't imagine when all the outdoor tables will be available in the summer!

They're incredibly kind; even though we were super late, they seated us right away and served us in less than 10 minutes. Friendly, polite, and highly recommended. Every time we pass by, we always stop there for an aperitif or a meal. The quality of the food is always excellent, and their kindness is a huge plus.

11/04/2026: If you manage to get a table, especially without a reservation, you can consider yourself lucky. Booking in advance is definitely recommended. We often combine our visits to Borgosesia with a dinner at “Moro,” where traditional Piedmontese dishes meet modern creations. Simply fantastic!
