15/07/2025: Thirty egg yolks per 1 kg of flour yield perfect tajarin, long-narrow-thin, rigorously handmade by the chef; the Bra sausage ragù was delicious and flavorful. I'm already dreaming of them in November with white truffle 😋 An excellent appetizer of raw Braiella fish preceded them. The dinner was rounded off by impeccable and pleasant table service: excellent!

05/06/2025: Davvero molto soddisfacente la cena in questo ristorantino in centro a Bra. Crudi braidesi molto buoni (si, la salsiccia di Bra si mangia cruda perché è prevalentemente fatta di bovino!) e uno stracotto al nebbiolo eccezionale. Le porzioni sono enormi! Personale gentile e prezzo molto concorrenziale.

22/07/2025: I had high expectations for this place, given the inviting photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, however, the experience was disappointing. Let's start with the sandwiches: the quality and quantity of the ingredients is good, indeed abundant and proportionate to the price, nothing to say about this. However, the final result leaves much to be desired. The focaccia, both the Bari and Piedmontese ones, was not well-grilled, resulting in softness and coldness to the bite. The flavors inside the sandwich were completely disconnected and not valued, with a general feeling of "anonymity". I expected an explosion of flavor, crunchiness and harmony between the ingredients, instead there was a complete lack of adequate heating that could have enhanced the flavors and made the sandwich really appetizing. Another negative note was the slowness of the service. Despite the kindness of the operators, the preparation times were inexplicably long considering that there were few customers. Overall, a place from which I expected much more. Disappointing experience and, honestly, I would not return.

26/07/2025: No menu, no vegetarian options We had booked by phone, attracted by the good reviews. There were ten of us. Upon arrival, they brought us only the wine list (no actual menu), two bottles of water, and some breadsticks. We waited a long time before a waitress approached us: she verbally listed the available dishes, without listing prices or providing any allergen information. When we asked for vegetarian options, we were told there were only flans and, perhaps, a couple of frittatas left over from lunch. A girl in the group, allergic to milk and dairy products (not contact allergies), asked if there was anything suitable for her: she was told that even the meat is sautéed in butter and that, at most, they could offer her a simple pasta dish. Faced with such uncertainty and the total lack of alternatives, we decided not to continue with our order. We did, however, pay the cover charge (30 euros total) for two bottles of water and the breadsticks. I can't judge the quality of the food, but the experience was disappointing. No one was rude, but the management seemed disorganized and inattentive to dietary requirements. A user-friendly menu and a little flexibility would have made a difference.

03/08/2025: I gave it 5 out of 5 because the appetizer had a pig-shaped piece made of mortadella with a cracker with pistachio cream underneath, a fake tomato with mozzarella inside with basil and tomato sauce, and a mini taco with veal in tuna sauce that was too good. The pasta with creamed shrimp and yellow tomato and basil 💯. For dessert, a revisited Sacker with apricot sauce 💋💋 And finally, they give you unlimited desserts like meringues with peaches, a biscuit with a fake raspberry with a lampione jelly inside. It's so good, I recommend it to everyone. And the chef is super nice.

16/07/2025: Business lunch. A restaurant surrounded by beautiful greenery, with spacious interiors and intimate rooms. The food was wonderful. I'll definitely be back.

06/08/2025: Where to start… You are greeted by the owner/waiter/chef (all the same boss) There was no menu card as it all came from the the chef’s head. All products and ingredients are all made from his own garden or local products. Each dishes was delicious. And after each dish, the chef asks you what do you want next…. An amazing experience, the chef is a genius! We didn’t know the price of our dishes as there was no menu card, but to our surprise, it was extremely cheap. We paid 83 Euros for the chef’s choice of: 4 anti pasti, primi and secondi. No space for dessert, so we skipped that one. And included we had; A bottle of his own wine (grapes), one red wine and lots of water! We were given very excited homemade grissini (chocolate, rosemary and onion taste) and the best vitello tunnato we have tried in the region! Please call for a reservation! And tips needs to be given cash 💰 Lots of parking and dog friendly.

Fin dal primo istante, l’ambiente colpisce per la sua eleganza: gli spazi sono incredibilmente ben curati, e ogni tavolo è apparecchiato con gusto e una ricercatezza che si percepisce in ogni singolo elemento, dal tovagliato alle posate, creando un’atmosfera davvero raffinata e accogliente. Il personale merita un plauso speciale: sempre attento, discreto e di una cordialità squisita, contribuisce in maniera significativa a rendere il pasto un momento di puro piacere. Ogni richiesta viene gestita con professionalità e un sorriso, facendoti sentire coccolato ma mai invadente. E poi, la cucina. Le portate sono non solo molto buone, ma anche splendidamente presentate. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro visivo prima ancora di essere gustato, rivelando poi sapori equilibrati e ingredienti di alta qualità. È evidente la passione e la maestria che si celano dietro ogni creazione. In sintesi, “La Rosa Bianca” è un indirizzo da segnare per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica completa: un luogo dove l’eccellenza si trova nell’estetica, nel servizio e, soprattutto, nel piatto. 11/07/2025: Our waiter was Sara and she did a very good job. Dinner outside was an amazing vibe. I went for the steak tartare and ribs. The menu said the ribs were slow cooked for 10 hours but they weren't. Still, a great experience 4/5

10/07/2025: Renovated a few years ago, the venue is very beautiful, especially the choice of furnishings. The cocktails are very good, and the food is also really high-quality and offers a wide variety. Recommended for aperitifs or dinner.

14/06/2025: After about 20 years since my last visit to the restaurant, now Agriturismo Mongioie, I can say that I have had another very pleasant experience. A place kept with care, preserving the appearance and details of the past and revisited today by the new young management. Traditional and appetizing cuisine, just the right quantities, flavors that we will remember. Excellent snails, lavender strudel much appreciated. A hearty meal at competitive prices. Excellent dining room service. If possible we will return. A group of friends Nurses and Oss of the Emergency Room of Sanremo.

Here you are sure to end a serene day in this wonderful location in style. Compliments to the managers!!

11/07/2025: I received a lunch for two at Il Tiglio Restaurant in Montemonaco as a gift for my birthday. Never was a gift more welcome! It was a truly unique experience! We ate wonderfully; the dishes were very unique, including some daring combinations, but they were perfectly balanced! We also ate a lot, and we left happy and satisfied. Looking at the online menu, I can say that the price is definitely justified by the quality of the ingredients, the planning, and the execution of the dishes, which are sometimes quite complex. I recommend everyone try an experience like this at least once in their lives. If we could do it more often, it would be fantastic. A lunch to remember!

12/07/2025: The location and venue are very charming, the staff are very friendly, and the menu is very unique, but in my opinion it's a bit pricey, at €102 for two.
