Casa Baladin In Piozzo

A wonderful place and idea, delicious food, excellent beers, excellent non-alcoholic options, but... many vegan things, yes, compostable things, of course, but it would also be appropriate to truly respect animals, and not just because "vegan" is cool. Three poor alpacas parked, because tied up like that, they really are parked next to the speakers all day, waiting for some spoiled soul to take them and use them for their own entertainment. Animals are not objects available for entertainment, because "they don't die anyway," they may have a nice stable and good food (you wouldn't know it by looking at them), but that's not fair!

Everything was good, but strangely my sandwich with so much fondue had very little... well...

Spectacular place, very good food, highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat surrounded by nature and enjoy some cool air on summer evenings. We'll definitely be back!!

Very cute place both inside and out. There are even alpacas 🤩 I recommend booking the guided tour. It's worth it.

It was a pleasure to finally discover Baladin Open Garden for the first time. Discovering that Teo Musso is often present at his company and activities was also a great pleasure and gives me hope for the future growth of this venture. The farmhouse is stunning, and on designated days, you can tour the modern production facilities. The food is excellent, and above all, there's a vast selection of carefully selected beers. A small note here concerns the option of serving these beers in glasses. It's also a great place for families, as there's plenty of space for children to run around. I'm sure the Baladin team is also planning a dedicated outdoor area for them, with a few more games (slides, swings, etc.) to keep them entertained while their parents happily sip their beer. Very relaxed atmosphere. Large, comfortable spaces. Only the service is a bit slow and there's a lack of signage (which line should I follow to use the restrooms?).
