15/02/2025: A place with typical Piedmontese cuisine, with top quality meats. The starters and meat main courses were excellent, but almost everything was good. Good service and choice of wines. Highly recommended

01/03/2025: Once you enter this place, wow! I loved the decor. You can actually take a nice break and detach your mind a bit! Everything I tasted was delicious and plentiful. I was struck by the tajarin with ragù, really tasty and the venison which was worthy of applause. The veal with tuna was very tender and even my "Michelin guide assistants" liked it a lot 😊 Congratulations also to the staff, very kind and attentive in following up with the customer. We will definitely be back!

21/02/2025: Extremely positive experience from almost every point of view: impeccable service, splendid, clean structure... a true luxury hotel, with a capital T. More than abundant breakfast, discreet restaurant, competent staff always available to satisfy any type of request. I didn't love the spa being so crowded (but it's understandable since we went on Valentine's weekend and there were a lot of people) and overall I didn't find it to be great for the services it offers. The only flaw, if I really have to find one, was the check out: we asked the receptionist (a gentleman, I dare say, not very young) if we could pay by instant bank transfer and, despite being very annoyed, he replied with a sad "yes", he presented us with the POS to pay by card, pretending nothing had happened... an unprofessional and I would even say impolite attitude given that by now in 2025 we should understand that both payment methods are similar for security and speed of reception... in short we felt a little uncomfortable, but it doesn't matter. For the rest, it is absolutely worth staying there at least once in your life.

06/03/2025: That was some of best ‘bistro’ food we have ever tasted. Parmentier Cream, Smoked Pasta and Morone fish all delicious and refined. Not surprising as the kitchen is shared with the One star restaurant. Waitress was excellent. Small comment. Glass of house white wine was very good but way too expensive for such a small amount. Primi delicati buonissimi e direi anche porzioni generose che non ti lasciano la fame e il pentimento di esserti seduto. Dalla Toscana quando ripasseremo dall'autostrada sicuramente al casello usciremo per concederci un'altra sosta pranzo. Un buon vino rosso della casa. Prezzo onesto

02/03/2025: A magical place lit by candlelight. A cozy and gentle atmosphere enhanced by beautiful Italian music. It's typical and the boss Roberto conveys his passion for the place. This house which has belonged to his family for generations. The dishes are tasty and cooked with care. The vegetables are sublime. We feel that these are real local products. 27/02/2025: What can I say...always a guarantee!! Truly delicious and rich fish menu for €36! The octopus, courgette and coconut skewer is exceptional, but so is everything else!! Their redvelvet is fabulous!!! The land menu is also very good with seasonal products!! They also make pizza!!! You leave the table satisfied and full!! 😄

18/11/2024: Location fantastica, vista stupenda e servizio al tavolo ottimo. Perfetto per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Tuttavia, siamo rimasti delusi dalla qualità del cibo (abbiamo preso il menù degustazione). Gli ingredienti erano ottimi e di prima qualità ma, per gusto personale, nessun piatto ci ha fatto esclamare “wow” ma erano tutti “ok”. In aggiunta a fronte di un conto oneroso (221 euro in due) sono rimasto stupito che non sia stato arrotondato a 220: chiedere l’euro aggiuntivo su un conto del genere mi è sembrato un po’ ridicolo

10/02/2025: Excellent service, a professionalism that is almost no longer found. Truly fantastic in the kitchen. High quality wines and desserts. Even the coffee. Of course the restaurant is not cheap, but you are happy to pay for the quality - when it is there.

08/02/2025: ¡Gran noche! Una cálida bienvenida del personal encantador, que realmente hizo todo lo posible para producir una increíble comida vegetariana para nosotros. Un restaurante tradicional con un toque siciliano. Muy recomendable, especialmente la caponata!
