31/05/2025: Arrivati in questa via sotto il castello, incontriamo questo locale con tavolini all’esterno colorati e incuriositi decidiamo di fermarci! Nonostante la molta affluenza in quel momento, riescono a trovarci un posto. Abbiamo preso la proposta menù comprendente antipasto, primo, calice di vino, acqua e caffè per un totale di 25€ a persona! Cibo ottimo e abbondante Personale cordiale Prezzo giusto Ritorneremo!!

31/05/2025: This restaurant in the heart of Ivrea is a wonderful discovery! There's plenty to choose from, and everything is truly delicious! We opted for pasta. The tiramisu is enormous! Excellent place! Vegetarian options are available, but perhaps not vegan (the pasta is egg-based). Remember to make a reservation. The day we visited, it filled up quickly!

11/05/2025: Excellent pizza, finally a place where the toppings are plentiful, super friendly waiters. We absolutely must return!

06/06/2025: Spontan zum Mittagessen eingekehrt, freundlicher Empfang, man sitzt gemütlich im Schatten im Garten eines Palazzo. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen fein, Preis/Leistung stimmt hier absolut, auch bei den Weinpreisen.

25/05/2025: Ausgezeichnete, variable Küche Chefin zählt jeweils in Deutsch, französisch oder englisch auf, was es Besonderes - auch ausserhalb der Karte - gibt. Supergute Speisen. Preis-/Leistung top! Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

08/06/2025: Locale nella media, cibo buono (direi anche sopra la media con la ricercatezza dei piatti), servizio lascia molto a desiderare soprattutto per l'atteggiamento scazzato e maleducato del (penso) proprietario all'ingresso...ci sono modi e modi di accogliere le persone in un locale, visto e considerato che non c'è solo quello in zona e la ns tavolata era formata da un numero consistente di persone... Consigliato da amici per la nomea, sicuramente mangiato bene ma da non tornare se bisogna avere un trattamento così!!

07/06/2025: A pranzo di Sabato. Avevo prenotato con una telefonata e poi confermato con un messaggio da loro ricevuto, tutto molto semplice . Location molto carina e servizio gentile. Cucina tipica piemontese ben fatta. Ottimo vitello tonnato e raviolini del plin ai tre arrosti semplicemente buonissimi, avrei fatto il bis, un buon calice di nebbiolo e... cosa vuoi di più dalla vita ? Magari tornarci

19/05/2025: If rustic quality is what you are after, and a deviation from pasta etc, this restaurant meets the requirements. We were first there on a Monday night (when many restaurants are closed) and promptly seated, thinking we would be the lone diners for the evening. We were wrong. Within half an hour the place was full. And the food, service (thanks Giancarlo) and prices did not disappoint. We shared the risotto special, which was made with Bra sausage, and it was superb- great taste and very filling despite being shared. For the main meal we ordered the lamb cutlets with lentils and the wild boar. Seriously, the flavours were incredible, both served with mash and peas. Great comfort food which was much needed after 6 weeks away from home! Wine options were also solid, including half bottles for some varieties. If you are craving home style cooking in Barolo, this is the place.

26/05/2025: Positive experience only regarding the menu and the dishes served. Terrible service, if the owner wanted to be ironic he failed in his intent. Waitress hasty and almost aggressive when asked for clarification of some typical dishes (the irritated response was seasoned with a "droplet" of saliva on my daughter's face). Crowded environment, very hot and noisy. Very small outdoor space, there is only room for two tables. After paying the bill we pointed out the rude responses: the owner apologized, we will not return anyway.

18/05/2025: Location molto spartana, personale gentile e simpatico, servizio professionale. Menù abbastanza vario con larga presenza di piatti tipici piemontesi. Tonno di coniglio molto buono e particolare, battuta al coltello di fassona gustosa e ben equilibrata nel condimento. Agnolotti del plin ai tre arrosti e la loro riduzione buonissimi. Dolci da rivedere, sia la ganache al gianduia con sale di Maldon e pepe di Timut che il bonet si presentano bene ma non lasciano il segno. Prezzi nella media. 4* quasi piene. Consigliato!

04/05/2025: Typical Piedmontese trattoria restaurant with Piedmontese mixed fried specialities. Large outdoor parking. Clean and well-kept environment. I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance especially if there are many of you. Friendly, fast and professional staff. Exquisite and abundant dishes.

27/05/2025: Con l'occasione della festa della mamma mi sono recato con la famiglia in questo locale che già conoscevo. Come sempre ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per l'offerta dei piatti (tutti buonissimi) che per il conto sempre onesto. Anche la titolare e le cameriere sempre attente e cordiali. E' ormai per me un punto di riferimento intoccabile.

26/05/2025: Arrived by chance (google map). A place with convenient parking nearby. Restaurant with a particular but pleasant atmosphere, clean, free of cooking smells. Very fair quality-price ratio. I would gladly return.

02/05/2025: Easter Monday at the top!! In this place we enjoyed excellent and abundant dishes chosen from 🤣 a varied menu suitable for everyone. The staff is really kind, helpful and friendly! We'll be back!

23/05/2025: Locale nuovo, curato e di un certo livello. Ho assaggiato farinata e pizza, materie prime di buona qualità e ben preparate. Fascia di prezzo medio/alta ma giustificata. Unico aspetto da migliorare, a mio avviso, il servizio a tratti un po' invasivo ed assillante.

20/05/2025: In the heart of Monferrato in a finely furnished period building with a spectacular view! Kind, welcoming and friendly staff! Typical Piedmontese dishes cooked by expert hands, everything truly excellent from appetizers to desserts! Highly recommended!!

07/05/2025: Il paesino e' molto bello e la cornice e' senz'altro curatissima. Pero', in un ristorante che punta molto sull'eleganza e la formalita', e' strambo che il personale di sala dia del "tu" ai clienti, chiamandoli "ragazzi". Alcuni ospiti si accomodano nelle terrazze, i cui tavoli pero' a noi non vengono proposti. I camerieri devono dilungarsi per spiegare che quello che compare a menu non e' tutto disponibile: variazioni qui e la'. Peraltro, alcuni piatti, essendo nel Monferrato, ci risultano discutibili: perche' i tagliolini con cozze e pesci? Non siamo in Piemonte? Perche' tutte queste salse? L'impressione, anche guardando al portafoglio, e' che il posto guardi molto ai gusti medi e alle tasche di francesi, svizzeri, tedeschi. Peccato.

06/04/2025: We went to this beautiful and characteristic restaurant on Friday evening. We tried the 35 euro tasting menu which I highly recommend. Everything EXCELLENT, COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF AND THE VERY KIND WAITRESS! We will definitely be back
