14/08/2025: Good food at truly great prices! It's nice to be able to help yourself to a wide selection of side dishes, prepared daily with fresh, seasonal vegetables. The owners, Francesco and Massimo, are friendly. This is a great place for anyone in the Susa Valley who wants to eat well in a family-run restaurant at truly affordable prices.

02/09/2025: A very atmospheric restaurant with a delicious menu featuring truly local dishes. Authentic Italian cuisine with superb pasta and delicious panna cotta. Not a tourist trap, but an authentic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, even to our two young children. All in all, a real highlight!

23/07/2025: We had a truly enjoyable dinner at Acqua Sale in Alba. A charming, well-maintained, and welcoming location, with a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the culinary offerings. Excellent food, quality ingredients, and authentic cuisine. We really appreciated the Salento/Piedmont duo, an original and well-executed idea that combines flavors and traditions in a balanced and never forced way. The service was courteous and discreet. The only small point: a complimentary liqueur/coffee at the end of the meal would have made the experience truly perfect. It's not mandatory, of course, but it's that gesture of kindness that often makes the difference—even just asking for it. In any case, we'll gladly return: a wonderful discovery in the heart of the Langhe.

15/10/2025: Having worked for the Port Authority of Savona, this name had always intrigued me, also because it had already been recommended to me by friends, finally, I managed to visit it, as I imagined, typical setting of Savoy Turin, type of menu that I prefer, overall, I was satisfied, if I have the opportunity, I will return.

17/09/2025: Great views of the Borromean islands. Comfortable chairs. Friendly, helpful service. Surprisingly good selection of good draught beer: Spaten from Munich, Leffe from Belgium. A stone's throw away from the jetty where you can travel by boat to the islands, Verbania and Stresa.

10/09/2025: Unfortunately, we drove there for nothing, as the opening hours stated that it was open from 9:00 a.m. to midnight. But unfortunately, we found ourselves in front of locked doors and shutters.

Real Italian food, funghi porcini and spezzatino di cinghiale, vitello tonnato, lasagna, tagliatelle ragu, the whole family enjoyed it, the desserts are homemade, we really enjoyed the tart. I highly recommend this restaurant!

14/10/2025: Disappointing! I don't know if they changed pizza chefs, but on Saturday night the pizzas hadn't risen at all. I make it much better at home. The ingredients on top were good, though... On the other hand, the atmosphere was very nice, well-restored.

05/10/2025: Rarely have I experienced such lousy service. They don't like children. On Friday, October 3rd, I was there with my wife and two children. Although there was still room inside, we were directed to the smelly outdoor tent. The waiter threw the menus in a pile on the table. After a minute, he wanted to take our order. The pizza was okay, the rest of the menu was cafeteria-standard. While my wife was still eating, the waiter cleared everything and asked for dessert/coffee... I was visibly annoyed and asked if he was okay with my wife finishing her meal first. He left without saying a word. We ordered coffee afterward and played cards with the children. Most of the tables inside and outside were now free, and it was an hour before closing time. Five minutes later, the waiter came and said he needed the table—it was "reserved." As an Italian, I was ashamed of this child-hating restaurant. Good luck.

06/08/2025: Dopo il pranzo consumato il 14 luglio scorso, nel locale, non posso che confermare le 5 meritate stelle con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto molto favorevole. Il contesto e l'ambiente sono accoglienti, il servizio è buono e la cucina è ottima. Il menu è tradizionale e ricco ma, soprattutto, fatto con ingredienti selezionati con cura ed altrettanto sapientemente preparati (niente di eccessivo o "coprente). Tutti i piatti sono stati molto apprezzati, c'è sempre un tocco di personalità. Ho trovato spettacolari i primi che consiglio di assaggiare prima di aggiungere il formaggio. Della nostra piccola comitiva faceva parte anche un'addetta ai lavori, che è sempre severamente critica. In questa occasione ha riscontrato che: qualità e preparazione erano ottimi e, lo ha fatto con soddisfazione, consumando tutte le portate ed anche con parecchi bis (cosa per lei assai rara). Altra cosa molto apprezzabile e che dopo questa gran bella mangiata, nessuno ha avuto problemi di pesantezza (tranne la mia bilancia). Pensando che tra non molto, la nostra amata terra proporrà nuovi frutti e che il contesto si tingerà di altri colori, torneremo senz'altro e con maggior tempo a disposizione, a far visita a "La Mesa Verde".

22/06/2025: Siamo venuti in questo agriturismo per il nostro anniversario spinti dalle ottime recensioni ricevute. Devo dire che non siamo rimasti assolutamente delusi ma le cinque stelle le meritano tutte specialmente per la qualità della cucina. Gli antipasti tutti ottimi, ma su tutti uno eccelleva ovvero l’insalata di pollo con sedano, formaggi e nocciole veramente ottima. Due primi, uno più buono dell’altro: dal plin burro e salvia ai tajarin al ragù. Di secondo un ottimo stracotto accompagnato da patate al forno e zucchine fritte. Per il dessert un semifreddo alla nocciola buonissimo e una macedonia fresca, concludeva la cena. Da notare che per ogni portata chiedevano se si voleva il bis. Noi abbiamo pernottato in una loro stanza e la mattina ci ha aspettato un’ottima e abbondante colazione. Senza contate che i proprietari sono disponibili e molto accoglienti. Torneremo senz’altro.

02/10/2025: I was invited to this place for my birthday on Sunday. It's really a charming old rectory converted into an inn. It's furnished with old-fashioned peasant objects. The outdoor garden is also very beautiful. They serve a single, surprise menu for everyone. Appetizers, first courses, second courses with side dishes, and desserts. They always come with second helpings. Everything is delicious and authentic, all homemade. Excellent raw meat and roast beef. Reservations are a must; otherwise, it's difficult to find a table. I don't know the price because they paid for me.

14/09/2025: The food is good, nothing to complain about. The only flaw of this place, and especially of the owner, is that they only accept cash or Satispay for payment. They don't have a POS, but I think it suits them that way. What a shame.
