12/11/2024: The place is nice and has an excellent location, it would have even deserved the 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that after I had paid for my entire table, the "gentleman" at the cash register was about to make another person at the table pay again . To my report he replies: "well but if you give me the money I will take it". I advise customers to be careful, perhaps they think they are the smartest.

01/03/2025: Io Birrificio San Michele is a historic brewery under the Sacra di Sa Michele, in an ancient factory, but furnished in a modern and tasteful way. The menu is extensive, there are sandwiches, burgers, salads, pinsas and a wide range of craft beers made by them. The service is fast and courteous, great importance is given to the top quality meat. Guided tours of the brewery and themed evenings are also organised. The prices are a little higher than average, but the portions are generous. Advised

02/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per due sere durante il nostro soggiorno a Macugnaga nel periodo di capodanno. Una sera abbiamo provato la raclette e la chinoise ( attenzione da prenotare prima di arrivare ) entrambe davvero buonissime la carne si scioglieva in bocca mentre il formaggio davvero gustoso il tutto accompagnato da patatine, salumi, sottaceti e salse. L’altra sera abbiamo provato sia dei primi che dei secondi di carne accompagnati dalla polenta con i formaggi tutto molto buono ! E per concludere consigliamo la torta Lyskamm. Prezzi nella media. L’unica pecca è che si fa davvero fatica a prenotare ma se riuscite a trovare un tavolo ne vale davvero la pena.

12/02/2025: Locale americano pulito accogliente personale gentilissimo e cordiale cibo squisito la carne si scioglieva in bocca e il dolce era veramente spettacolare lo consiglio vivamente e da vedere il posto grazie allo staff e al tutto il personale per la loro disponibilità e cortesia nel scegliere i piatti consigliandoci

13/09/2024: Tout est parfait de l’accueil à l’assiette. Rapport qualité prix est plus que correct. L’ambiance est chaleureuse. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins de leurs clients et de leur compagnon à 4 pattes nous concernant.

06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner. I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good.. However, I expected more from the dish I chose.

01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

04/01/2025: Nella piazza principale del paese, possibilità di tavoli esterni nella bella stagione, locale accogliente e ben curato. All’ingresso un bel banco salumi e formaggi, parecchie le etichette proposte. Menù propone un vasto assortimento di taglieri con affettati e formaggi, poi qualche piatto del giorno e solo qualche piatto di cucina, ma comunque sufficiente. Abbiamo scelto due zuppe (cipolle e zucca) e poi un tagliere, porzioni corrette buone materie primi bei abbinamenti coi vini. Un buon posto dove fare un abbondante aperitivo o un pranzo informale.Prezzo nella norma.

18/01/2025: Siamo arrivati tramite prenotazione the forc e abbiamo trovato la porta del locale chiusa, ci è venuta ad aprire una signora che con molta leggerezza ci ha detto che il locale era chiuso per influenza del cuoco….inizialmente abbiamo pensato ad uno scherzo ma la signora senza nemmeno chiedere scusa ci ha chiuso la porta. Siamo rimasti increduli e senza risposta. Subito dopo si è preoccupata di chiudere la prenotazione non permettendoci di lasciare recensioni. L’abbiamo presa sul ridere, dopo circa 40 Km per raggiungere il posto, e abbiamo ripiegato su un agriturismo nel paese vicino, La Biula a Carpignano Sesia. Dobbiamo solamente ringraziare l’acquila nera per la loro maleducazione e per averci dato modo di conoscere La Biula dove abbiamo cenato divinamente con prodotti a Km 0 e siamo stati accolti da personale educato e gentile.

28/12/2024: The food is excellent, I go there every day for work and when it's closed I struggle to get used to other cuisines. Delicious and fresh first courses, second courses always of high quality, from the Milanese roast beef which is a spectacle, to the braised meat, to the real one cooked at a low temperature and then different dishes every day. Greetings to the staff Davide and Lina in the kitchen, to the legendary Rosy in the dining room who is always on point and then to the legendary Maurizio who works hard and gives us sympathy every day!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

04/03/2025: Really terrible managers. I agreed on the price of lunch for a group of people by phone with a first course, second course, side dish, water and coffee. Then I go to the cashier to pay and I see that this complete meal right at the cashier, they advertise it at 6 Euros less. 30 people for 8 means that they ripped me off of 180 Euros. Do we also want to talk about the fact that if I didn't ask for a receipt he pretended nothing had happened and that many of my friends who didn't ask for one weren't issued one? What do you tell me about this? That it must be an oversight I imagine... I know the tactic perfectly!

20/10/2024: I recommend a stop in this place. The food is excellent (I do not recommend vegetarians) exquisite pieces of meat and cooked in the right way. Trained, polite and friendly staff. The wine list is a little expensive, I'm not aware of the prices for meat but, I repeat, we found it well done. The dessert is also good. Our lunch: Fassona steak, ravioles, 1.36 kg of red Fassona Florentine steak, Barbera (small bottle), 1 apple pie with ice cream and 2 coffees, total €120.
