24/03/2025: Excellent and very well-prepared dishes. Sliced ​​steak with melted gorgonzola, truly superb. Abundant desserts. The only shame is the lack of heating towers, being outdoors. Kind and helpful staff. Average prices.

05/03/2025: Germano and his wife, as well as all the staff, are very kind, attentive and punctual to every customer need. In this restaurant you won't go wrong with any dish you choose: from the starters to the first course, from the second course of meat or fish to the pizza, right up to the desserts, everything is excellent. The wine cellar is also well stocked and, what's more, the price is worth the price. If the restaurant were located in Turin it would deserve to be paid double! Chapeau!

18/02/2025: A truly fantastic experience! I attended one of the cooking classes and was thrilled with it. Each evening has a different theme, which makes each meeting unique and always interesting. The environment is welcoming and convivial, perfect for relaxing and having fun while learning something new. The owner is a kind and friendly person, capable of putting everyone at ease and conveying his passion for cooking in an engaging way. You really learn a lot, but without ever losing the pleasure of being together and experimenting. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their cooking skills in an informal and pleasant atmosphere!

03/05/2025: Locale estremamente caratteristico, con un’atmosfera calda, arredato con tantissimi cimeli della vita contadina. Si respira tradizione in ogni angolo meravigliosi pizzoccheri, sublime il petto d’anatra e lo stinco di agnello anche la cotoletta alla milanese che ha mangiato nostro figlio era eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!

20/05/2025: A truly intimate and exclusive place at a very honest price in my opinion, in 20 hours of overnight stay, with the help of the nectar of the Langhe in the blood, it felt like being at home. Intimate and exclusive, with the view of the vineyards directly from the bed of their splendid and renovated rooms. Another note of merit goes to the cuisine and to the chef ALE, who after eating also took us aboard a magnificent vintage vehicle, around the vineyards. 22/05/2025: Il Nuovo Ciarlocco è una di quelle rare gemme che lasciano il segno. Fin dal primo momento si viene accolti con un sorriso autentico e una cordialità che mette subito a proprio agio. Il personale è estremamente attento, disponibile ma mai invadente – un equilibrio impeccabile che rende il servizio davvero eccellente. Ottimo cibo e dettagli decisamente curati. Assolutamente consigliato – per una serata speciale, o semplicemente per riscoprire il piacere di mangiare bene e sentirsi a casa.
