09/07/2025: Great place run with love to cooking 😍 they advised us typical plates that we should try and everything was very fresh and tasty. They make fresh pasta all the time.

06/07/2025: DELICIOUS! 100% recommended. We were lucky enough to have our Airbnb right next door, and imagine our surprise when, nursing a hangover, we went downstairs and chose the closest place, where they served us the best tortellini (ricotta and spinach) I've ever tasted! Everything is handmade and artisanal, and the people are very friendly and kind. And at a very good price.

29/07/2025: A little corner of paradise on the lake! The lido is meticulously maintained, perfect for both relaxing in the sun and taking a dip in the clear water. The atmosphere is tranquil, the view breathtaking, and the solarium truly comfortable. But the real surprise was the food: fresh, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. From the starters to the main courses, everything was excellent—perfect for those seeking a fine dining experience, not just relaxation. I will definitely return, whether for lunch overlooking the lake or for an afternoon of pure relaxation. Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: I've only tried the restaurant. The atmosphere is refined, with excellent cuisine, including both meat and fish dishes; the veal with tuna sauce and the spaghetti with mussels and clams are both excellent. The service was impeccable, and the wine selection was also good. Highly recommended.

12/06/2025: Basic, spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. We have not tested the restaurant but the impression is that it could be worth a next visit.

26/06/2025: In a period where everything is standardized, usually downwards, where the term excellence is often overused, you find yourself one day in a small delicatessen with a pretentious title: King Agnolotto. If you call yourself that, expectations are definitely high. I swear that agnolotti so delicious, delicate and faithful to the traditional taste have perhaps been eaten for many years in traditional trattorias in the Langhe. Not to be overlooked is the sincere availability and kindness of the two girls who advise you and explain their products with passion. Well done!!!

29/03/2025: Agnolotto buono??? .....ma non scherziamo!! La pasta è accettabile ma il ripieno no....completamente insapore E neanche a buon mercato direi!! Bocciati mi spiace...ho provato...non ci torno

03/08/2025: Ho soggiornato e cenato al Cavallo Bianco….. peccato, una delusione! La ben nota fama del locale, mi ha portato a prenotare un soggiorno e una cena al cavallo bianco. Le camere sono trascurate, nonostante gli affreschi al soffitto che erano apprezzabili. La parte peggiore è stata la cena con menù degustazione: Antipasti misti freddi e caldi: due assaggini per piatto, miseri e scontati! Risotto al castelmagno: riso precotto con bollitura e finito in padella con salsa di formaggi (anche altri, non solo castelmagno) Tagliata ordinata e portata al tavolo in tre minuti netti: era tiepida, ma tenera, probabilmente precotta e ripassata sulla piastra. Non va….. 180 euro per una notte, un menù degustazione e due piatti, non va proprio!

28/06/2025: Ristorante nella media, un po' sotto le aspettative rispetto alla media delle recensioni. Risotto alla castelmagno buono nel sapore ma decisamente scotto, filetto di maiale con tartufo nero filamentoso e un po' stopposo. Buono il dolce. Non abbiamo preso la pizza che sembra gustosa vedendo i tavoli attorno a noi. Personale disponibile ed accogliente.

22/05/2025: We were there today as a business lunch, a welcoming, clean place, excellent service too. I tasted the agnolotti with ragù, they were delicious, as was the second course, the raw meat and exceptional baked potatoes, with wine on tap and coffee for 15 euros, incredible. I will definitely go back to taste the mixed fried food.

13/07/2025: I ate at midday today, actually I knew it as a restaurant, but only as a place and fame and name, but today I went in, I must say that the owner is very kind, friendly and professional, the food is excellent, I recommend everyone to try at least once in their life their wonderful cuisine and the vintage but very welcoming place, I'll be back
