Everything was very good. As a true Southerner, I didn't trust Piedmontese food, but I had to change my mind. I ate excellent handmade agnolotti with tomato sauce, and I tried fried frogs. An excellent Nebbiolo, and for dessert, their "Martin secc" (pears cooked in red wine). The owner is also a very kind person who carefully explained all the dishes they served to me.

Traditional cuisine from days gone by. The first courses are exquisite. The wine is fragrant and lingering. The young lady serving is very professional and kind. The stew wasn't as soft as I expected. The desserts are surprising. The final price is very low.
