Here, the tasting menu is a must to truly experience the chef's vision and skill. We chose the 7-course 'Stile Libero' menu. From amuse-bouche to dessert, every dish followed a clear line of quality and creativity. The standout was the scallop “club sandwich” with grilled bone marrow and caviar: unforgettable. The wine list is extensive, as expected from a restaurant of this standard. Prices are fair for the setting and consistent with a fine dining experience. 06/07/2025: My sister and I chose Dolce Stil Novo to celebrate our mother's birthday on June 25th. I had received excellent reviews from a couple of friends, as well as knowing the fame of the place, so I couldn't wait to try it. Expectations were even exceeded! First of all, it's a magical place, you take the elevator up to the fourth floor and an elegant terrace opens up with a view of the gardens of the Reggia di Venaria. We were welcomed and pampered right away by all the staff and chef Russo came to greet us and tell us something about the menu. There were 6 of us and we chose the surprise 7-course tasting menu with matching wines. We enjoyed delicious, balanced, exciting dishes! Finally, knowing it was a birthday, they prepared a cream and fruit cake especially for the birthday girl. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu. It was a wonderful experience!

16/07/2025: A wonderful experience. We were welcomed by the owner, who immediately made us feel at ease. She catered my 18th birthday party, and despite our large number, she managed to make it an unforgettable party. The food, location, music, entertainment, decorations, and helpfulness were top-notch. A generous appetizer, a delicious first course, and amazing cocktails, all accompanied by the beautiful music played by the DJ. A huge thank you to Valentina and her fantastic team ❤️

16/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Valentina's, and she gave me the party I'd always dreamed of throughout my long and arduous journey through college. She's incredibly kind and attentive; you can tell she loves her job and she's thought of every detail. She recommended a DJ everyone loved, and overall, all the guests complimented me on the beautiful party and location! I absolutely recommend Valentina and her venue for any event that's important to you; it will be important to her, too.

04/06/2025: Fantástica cena en Langotto. Elisa dirige el frente de la casa y Otto dirige la cocina. Comimos platos tan buenos el domingo que regresamos para la segunda ronda el viernes. Los panes dulces de ternera y el plato de champiñones morcilla fue una de las mejores cosas que he comido. Y he estado en muchos restaurantes de clase mundial. No es un restaurante grande, así que reserve su reserva. Novello se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de las ciudades de Barolo y La Morra.

22/04/2025: Chocolate is a journey through time, every bite takes you back to when you were a boy, but finding such sublime quality assembled with the skill of a master pastry chef is a rarity. My travels through time with the Fagiolo Piero pastry shop and chocolate shop are quite frequent and are an alternation between chocolate and wonderful cakes. The owners know how to satisfy all tastes with extreme professionalism, even those of the most demanding palates. Highly recommended pastry shop.

A very warm welcome and an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. The service is attentive, kind, with a touch of charm that never hurts. To start, we tried their thin and tasty farinata. Then we tried their famous "Soffio di Grano," a cloud that transports you to an explosion of flavor and emotion. You'll be surprised by the impact in your mouth: from crunchy to soft, and from soft to crunchy. Our choice fell on: LASAGNETTA: with the first bite, you can taste all the flavors of a Sunday lasagna. An enveloping fragrance and flavor. ANTICHI MEMORI: a bold yet delicate flavor that immediately takes you back to Piedmontese tradition. The vegetables and potato chips add that unique crunch. The ingredients are high-quality. It's not your average pizza, but an experience you absolutely must try.

21/07/2025: E’ una certezza. Ho pranzato almeno venti volte in questo ristorante negli ultimi dieci anni. Perfetto per un pranzo di lavoro come per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia. L’ultima volta era giugno e si mangia all’aperto, nella corte piena di piante e fiori. I piatti variano a seconda delle stagioni ma con costanti deliziose. Il servizio prevede una serie di importanti amouse bouche cui seguono i piatti scelti da ogni commensale e, dopo il dolce, una elaborata serie di pasticcini. Sommeiller è responsabile del servizio di rara simpatia. Tutto il personale è in ogni caso cortese.

12/07/2025: 2 stelle per un 2 stelle. Premetto che questa recensione è in linea con le aspettative che uno ha quando va a cenare in un ristorante 2 stelle Michelin. Sabato 5 Luglio siamo andati a mangiare per festeggiare il compleanno di mio papà e di mia sorella Sul cibo niente da dire, molto buono e ben curato, forse non troppo innovative le preparazioni, però tutto abbastanza in linea con un ristorante di questo livello. Passiamo al servizio: TOTALMENTE INADEGUATO. Il servizio è stato peggio di quello che si può ricevere in una trattoria di basso livello. I camerieri, parlo al plurale, perché siamo stati serviti praticamente un po’ da tutti, per niente professionali. Il burro è quasi stato letteralmente lanciato sul tavolo anziché adagiarlo con garbo. Una cameriera che pareva quasi infastidita nel servire i tavoli, con tanto di sbuffi e bonfocchi. Inoltre quando abbiamo preso l’ordinazione, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile ordinare i secondi in un successivo momento e ci è stato detto che non c’era nessun problema. Finiti i primi, al posto di chiederci se desideravamo un secondo, ci è stato sparecchiato l’intero tavolo portando via condimenti e pane. Quando abbiamo detto che volevamo ordinare il secondo, ci è stato concesso ma ovviamente né il pane né i condimenti sono stati riportati E infine ciliegina sulla torta, quando la cameriera è venuta a dirci dei dolci, ha detto a mia sorella che non avevano dolci senza latte , mia sorella però è celiaca e non intollerante al lattosio, quando le abbiamo ricordato la cosa, ha smadonnato per ben due volte. Per un ristorante due stelle Michelin il servizio è totalmente inadeguato

01/09/2025: We ate wonderfully, everything was delicious. The value for money was truly WOW!! The staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I digested everything and woke up the next day feeling well-rested and free of bloating.

01/08/2025: Please skip touristy establishments with unfriendly staff like All'Antico Vinaio and go here! Fantastically delicious sandwiches, freshly filled, and a huge selection. Friendly staff and an English menu. We ate it in a park; the sandwiches are neatly packaged.

31/07/2025: I used to go there when I first started college, and I still go there now, years later, and the quality is always top-notch. The sandwiches are nice and filling, and the prices are fair.
