20/07/2025: Not at all satisfied. I've already ordered delivery once and thought I'd give it a second chance and place another order to give a concrete review, because sometimes mistakes happen. They went to the wrong address even though I was very clear about the directions, but the guy on the phone during the order seemed rushed and careless, in fact he then got the wrong address and was left looking: moral of the story: cold pizza!! Now let's move on to the pizza itself: no crust... flat on the edges and not properly risen, the dough is not at all light and feels like chewing on a rubber band. Both times we ordered three pizzas for a total of six, truly inedible pizzas. The only positive thing worth giving one star for is the man who delivered the pizzas; he was smiling and very kind.

13/07/2025: The best pizzeria ever! I've been to tons of pizzerias, but this one beats them all! The pizza is simply perfect: light dough, super-fresh ingredients, and impeccable cooking. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and meticulously crafted, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a family evening. Every time I return, it's a confirmation: quality, flavor, and passion in every dish. Highly recommended if you're looking for real pizza made with love!

10/06/2025: I organized my daughter's baptism party here. The owners were very kind and super available to satisfy our every request. The baptism banquet menu was excellent and plentiful. The outdoor room was reserved just for us for the event. Highly recommended!

09/06/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. A restaurant run by Chinese people that had nothing to do with Italy. The service was friendly, but the food was unfortunately unacceptable.

19/08/2025: Like every year in August, we returned for dinner and, as always, we had a great time. The tapas were always excellent, the ingredients were top-quality, the service excellent, and the service was courteous. 17/08/2025: Compared to previous years, the place has improved. Having shed the pride of having invented the ultimate cool place, it now offers good food at fair prices. The pan pizza is excellent, and the cocktail list is decent.

Nothing is left to chance...the freshness and composition of the dishes, along with the stunning view of Lake Varese and the swimming pool, create a relaxed and cutting-edge setting. Compliments to all the staff.

13/08/2025: Villa Cocca is a culinary experience not to be missed. Located on the lakeshore, it offers a magnificent view and excellent service. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I had the fish and it was excellent. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: Celebrated my mother-in-law's 60th birthday, everything was excellent... from the food to the service, even if the waiters weren't very well trained, but these are minor details. The owner Jenny was very nice and friendly with everyone. I will definitely be back.

02/06/2025: Leo and Jennifer are very kind, the starter is excellent and especially the fillet with a side dish of porcini mushroom cream or grilled, soft and excellent quality meat.

07/08/2025: After a while, I tried a work lunch. Simple but freshly cooked, and the price was more than fair.

30/07/2025: Used the bar service. A couple of aperitifs, just to understand that it's not a good thing: botched spritzes, stale appetizers (solicited, served sparingly). An experience not to be repeated. P.S.: If you don't want bad reviews, learn how to be a bartender/restaurateur, not complain about bad reviews. And throw out the stale food. Because you're the ones who don't put much seriousness into your work, yet you make the bill seem good.

12/08/2025: I went this morning for a cappuccino, but I'll never set foot in this place again. The rudeness is gratuitous, the dirty sponges under the coffee machine they use to clean the cappuccino. The barista has artificial nails and is very flashy, not to mention long, and she probably hasn't had a HCCP! I don't recommend it.

30/06/2025: My wife and I decided to celebrate our wedding in this wonderful location. What can I say... I would do it again. The owners are very kind and take care of you in everything. Exquisite food, very competent staff and a very well-kept location. I recommend everyone to get married in this location (legal recognized ceremony). Thanks again to Michelle and the staff.

04/09/2025: After a while, I returned to this place. The thin-crust pizza is always excellent, the salads are imaginative, and the desserts are excellent. The new staff is a plus; Laura, with her warmth and friendliness, will be able to recommend the best options for a pleasant lunch! See you soon!

03/08/2025: Truly excellent pizza, one of the best I've ever had. You can choose between the crispy thin crust, like I like it, or the softer regular thickness. Average prices. I'll definitely be back.

13/09/2025: Good croissants, plenty of seating, but the atmosphere is too noisy; some barriers would be useful to reduce noise between the open spaces on the ground floor and the first floor.
