03/08/2024: Finally an aperitif as God commands....not the usual Varese aperitifs all ice and no tea substance....well done...every now and then someone who knows how to work well comes along....

03/09/2024: I went to dinner last night at this very good restaurant. The risotto de la Mer was very good, very well garnished with seafood.
The service was perfect.
Jazz was played allowing for a very pleasant cozy atmosphere.
In short, I highly recommend this very good restaurant.

27/02/2024: La qualità indiscutibile dei piatti proposti dallo chef e la cordialità del personale hanno reso ancora più magico il precorso degustazione a tema tartufo che ci è stato proposto domenica a pranzo. Cantina ben fornita e risotto al castelmagno strepitoso, torneremo sicuramente.

24/08/2024: We stopped today for lunch, there were four of us.
We ate four first courses (cacciatora ragù and matriciana), four second courses (2 roast pork, vegetable crispy, cheese platter), 2 side dishes, three desserts, two coffees, two bottles of water, 1/4 of wine.
They welcomed us with a smile, the service was fast, the bill very honest.
The quality of the raw materials is very good.
Congratulations, keep it up!

28/08/2024: Ce fut un tel coup de cœur qu’à l’unanimité, nous avons décidé de revenir le lendemain. Les deux repas ont été excellents du début à la fin, d ne ce cadre de cave voûtée chaleureux. Risotto, gnocchis, antipasti, desserts, ils nous ont tous ravis. La carte des vins est riches et permet de découvrir des cépages italiens, ne passer pas à côté. Le service est rapide. L’accueil est TOP.
27/08/2024: Costoso e di qualità discutibile dal momento che gli gnocchi non sono fatti con le patate fresche ma con i fiocchi di patate( praticamente come quelli mediocri dei banchi frigo dei supermercati ) ed il riso utilizzato per i risotti sembra tutt’altro che un carnaroli o vialone nano, sembra piuttosto un riso che non scuoce.
Ma se è “premiata” , perché non fare gnocchi artigianalmente? L’ho domandato alla cassa e mi è stato risposto che costerebbe troppo in termini di tempo fare gli gnocchi! Da non credere.
Sono stata nella sede di Cantello, molto delusa! Però vedo che il ristorante è molto frequentato e me lo spiego solo per via della non cultura alimentare della città di Varese, dove è comunque difficile mangiare bene e spendere il giusto.

13/08/2024: We had dinner in this wonderful place, excellent food and very attentive staff.
We also appreciated the new menu.
The only precaution is that at 30° at 9pm it would have been appreciated to be able to dine inside in an air-conditioned environment.
We also sweated the water of baptism.
11/08/2024: We ate well, good service, beautiful location, nothing to say, in fact we will be back!!

28/08/2024: Excellent food, excellent service and excellent location..I will have to return for the famous saddle...
12/08/2024: The food was good, but the service could have been better. We did not get any bread for the antipasti, but the other table did. After we've finished we had to ask for the dessert. Splitting the bill was not possible. Somehow we had the feeling that the service around us at the other tables was better. I had the filter Di cinghiale. It was very good. The dolci tasted also very good. There is a parking lot with 10 cars, but only very few parking lots available. If the service would have been better, we'd had a better dining experience for sure.

27/08/2024: Excellent location to impress! Elegant and spacious! Convenient for groups, families or dinners for two! Delicious dishes to be savored in the bright lounge in the Ticino park or restaurant in the style of a renovated old farmhouse!
27/08/2024: Now I can no longer count the times I chose the Fontanili. For a romantic dinner or with friends, it is always the best choice for the quality of the raw materials, the service and the location.

20/08/2024: Very nice swimming pool with slides, almost compact in the sense that you can follow the children even from the sunbed. It has an area with shallow water for children, a nice restaurant and bar area, changing room and showers..if I really have to make a criticism "the music is a little loud"

Da Diversi anni frequentavo questo locale..i momenti piacevoli e allegri dove i soliti volti ..che ogni fine settimana erano li ...e amaro sapere che dopo l ultima volta neanche un saluto il 13...Aprile dopo 31 anni chiude un locale che ha fatto la storia del karaoke e stato il PRIMO karaoke a fare la storia..e nessun evento per un saluto di. Chiusura e Amaro dover stare in silenzio dove un microfono era la voce di noi Amici in un locale Storico
Grazie comunque per il periodo vissuto...
