17/05/2025: Nice place with good food. Mainly friendly staff. Very nice owner. The place is very characteristic. It could perhaps be modernized a bit but it is not easy because it would perhaps lose that aura of an old trattoria. The risottos are good. The service in this case was very slow. But the place was super full so the delay in service was also justified

12/05/2025: Old-fashioned hotel, large rooms with wooden floors (very creaky) but well furnished, breakfast with little choice and little mark-up, but surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the lake and the Swiss border. Average price for tourist areas.

15/05/2025: I was there last night for my birthday, I admit I didn't know it and I let myself be taken by instinct..... Well.... What can I say if not compliments!! Everything perfect from the food to the service to the quality. Well done to the mother and aunt in the kitchen and well done to you for the idea. See you soon 🙃👏🏻🫂

06/05/2025: Great Atmosphere & Friendly Service! The restaurant has a wonderful vibe and the staff were exceptionally friendly, which really made the experience enjoyable. While the food was just okay this time, there’s definitely potential for improvement. One thing to note—if you’re a garlic lover, you might find the flavors a bit mild, as the chef doesn’t use garlic in Spaghetti a la vangole and was tasting too much olive oil / butter. Still, it’s a great place with room to grow, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the menu evolves!

31/05/2025: Very welcoming rustic place. Jerry super nice, makes you feel at home and tries to satisfy any need as well as food for vegans. Really excellent food! We chose a menu the same for everyone and it was all super good! Compliments to the quality of the food but above all to Jerry who goes out of his way putting passion into his work!

04/05/2025: Very good food, excellent welcome, shame he wasn't very honest with us. We didn't know that the place had neither menu nor prices, and therefore we didn't know that the menu costs 34 euros and includes starter, first course and second course. We only took a first course but he still made us pay full price, without telling us anything. We then found out about it from a friend. I won't go back again, it's a shame because the food is of high quality but honesty comes first.

Confermo la bontà di quanto proposto nel menu, servizio veloce e attento, prezzi convenienti: dove trovate un capretto a 9€ o insalata russa a 3,5€? Carta dei vini apprezzabile anche con mezze bottiglie, non perdetevi il limoncello della casa.

04/05/2025: This review is for the Osteria only. We had dinner in the internal courtyard, nice but a little messy. Good and well-executed dishes, you can see and feel that the chef knows what he's doing, informal but well-executed service. Medium-high prices, but justified by the quality of the products used. The table setting could be improved, wobbly tables, placemats and paper napkins on a dinner costing €45 per person, maybe not. And it would be useful to have a written menu with all the ingredients of the dishes, (someone might have intolerances) and with the prices of each dish, the menu is written on a blackboard inside the restaurant, the order is taken directly by the chef, who explains to you verbally what he could prepare for you, and half of the dishes he proposed to us were not even written on the blackboard. So you don't know the price until you pay the bill.

11/05/2025: One of the pizzeria bars with the best view of Lake Maggiore, the staff is very kind, excellent aperitifs and cuisine well suited to the price. Reservation is absolutely recommended

06/05/2025: It has now become my favorite restaurant. Too bad it closes at 11.30pm. Excellent fish. Good pizza. TOP cocktails.

02/06/2025: Returned after several years, the place has remained the same, good pizza, friendly staff, shame about the lady to whom I paid the bill, I don't know if she was the manager or the owner, not a very nice person or not in the evening because no good evening or goodbye, nothing, and moreover since they didn't give me a receipt or a receipt I don't even know what she made me pay for the courses. Shame, I would have returned to try other dishes, but I don't go back to places where I don't know how much I paid, the cover charge, the dessert, etc. and when you leave you feel like you've been a nuisance.

31/05/2025: A dinner, a really good asparagus and egg reduction and an "never satisfied" appetizer, land and sea together, I was fine, above all I had no digestion problems.

26/04/2025: Pizzeria found by chance while passing through Cassano Magnago. Amazing pizza, light, well leavened, well cooked, well seasoned. Friendly, smiling, professional, fast and extremely helpful staff, so much so that even if we hadn't booked they went out of their way to find a place for two. Excellent raw materials, expertly processed to obtain a fantastic pizza to be enjoyed in a young and fresh environment

30/04/2025: I have been a customer for years but lately it has been very neglected, insects on the flour shelves, the photos say it all.

30/04/2025: Evening, restaurant with 5 tables, the rest completely empty, the very rude lady tells us that first she will serve whoever is already seated then she will accompany us to the table even though my problem in standing is very evident. After 20 minutes of waiting I ask to sit down and once again I am told that I have to wait... he changes the checkout belt, sets up empty seats and we are still standing there waiting. After 30 minutes of waiting we left without eating. Really rude staff!

26/03/2025: Sono tornata dopo svariati motivi in questa pasticceria e devo dire che la cosa che me la faceva piacere non è cambiata e cioè il cibo è le bevande.Hanno apportato qualche modifica leggera al locale ma comunque è sempre molto carino,personale un pó vecchio e un pó nuovo,a mio avviso abbastanza gentile,prezzi sembrano rimasti uguali...
