11/05/2026: We had a truly wonderful time at this restaurant celebrating our First Communion. The welcome was wonderful, the food excellent, and the service truly excellent. We felt pampered from start to finish, right at home. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, the kitchen, and the pastry shop for their professionalism, kindness, and attention. We will be back with great pleasure!

19/05/2026: Safe to say, this is probably the cheapest pizza you can get in Northern Italy, being one of the few pizzerias near Milan with prices comparable to Naples, and it certainly doesn't disappoint! Freshly made and ready in 5 minutes, with a light airy crust and thin base, so you can enjoy the whole thing guilt-free, just how Italian pizza should be. €5-6 for an entire 12" pizza is a steal, especially when you're this close to Malpensa airport. You are also spoilt for choice on options, so there's something to suit everyone. The service is excellent, with very friendly people that will happily serve you even 10 minutes before closing time. This is just a 5-minute walk from Gallarate Station, which itself is just 2 stops away from Malpensa Airport, so it's well worth stopping by during a layover or before/after a flight.

16/05/2026: Help, the pizzas have shrunk. They used to be large and satisfying, but now I'm left with a pizza that's half the size of the box. What a shame.

04/05/2026: They're the best! Once you go here, you'll see that no other kebab will ever be as good as theirs. They're so kind, as if you were a friend or family member, polite and precise. Everything is incredibly good, a must-visit at least once a month 💪🏻

01/07/2026: A christening lunch. The restaurant lives up to its excellent reviews. The appetizers are exceptional and creative, yet still classic. The roast veal with Madeira and morels was one of the best I've ever had. The Piedmontese peaches were also top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and appropriately discreet. The organization and timing between courses were excellent.

09/05/2026: Dinner with a friend. Nice place with music by a pleasant violinist. The service from the girls at the tables was good and friendly. I didn't particularly enjoy the dinner, however; the appetizer offered wasn't much to write home about: 1.10 kg of Irish Angus beef (just decent) with a side of baked potatoes and mixed vegetables (€12, both very reasonable). A glass of Merlot, two beers, and a water. All for over €130. The quality/price ratio was very poor for us; we didn't eat anything special. I rather enjoyed the music and the friendliness of the girls at the tables. Furthermore, all the knives we used, even when asked for more, didn't cut well and weren't even slightly sharp. Finally, the bill was two really opaque receipts, each listing a fixed menu for €65.50... well, if there was anything left, tip the girls.

03/05/2026: I went for lunch on Valentine's Day. No complaints about the food, but I was particularly annoyed by the service. Once we sat down, they didn't even ask if we wanted water first, and we waited 20 minutes, thirsty and impatient, for the waiter, who had taken too long to take an order from the table next to us. Funnily enough, I also saw a colleague of his complaining about his slowness from across the room. As for the meat, my companion said she wanted it a little more rare, but they did as they pleased. In the end, the bill of 170 euros didn't seem appropriate for what I wrote.

10/08/2026: A pleasant discovery in Florence! A truly excellent experience at Angolo del Gusto! Tasty dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service impeccable, and the quality/price ratio excellent. A restaurant I absolutely recommend and one we'll gladly return to when we're back in Florence. A well-deserved five stars!

10/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, but it's a truly great place for lunch... I wanted to try all the sandwiches (except the overly commercial ones). They seem like high-quality burgers. I recommend trying it at least once.

27/07/2026: The waiters were very kind, the service was impeccable and fast. The chickpea hummus was good, which I had never had before. The mussels with pepper sauce were average, and they tasted fresh. The paccheri also tasted average, in contrast with the fresh ingredients like the shrimp, which were present, and bad with the squid rings and the tiny octopus, which tasted like frozen products. Both dishes were made with a sauce that was good at first glance, but not very fresh, and after a while it became acrid. My pasta dish consisted of 6 paccheri and 6 mussels, a tiny handful of rings and tiny octopus, and I feel that for the quality of the ingredients and the quantity, it is absolutely not a 20 euro dish. In short, 300 euros for 6 first courses of calamarata and 5 mussels with pepper sauce, including water, wine, and table service seems a bit excessive to me...

14/07/2026: We stumbled upon this gem and were so pleased! It had excellent food, wine and service. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff attentive! We were treated to hoerderves along the way! The risotto was my favorite! But all our meals were presented beautifully! We ordered 3 different desserts to share and they did not disappoint! If you have time, take a taxi and check it out!!
