04/03/2026: Farmacia dei Sani is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Castellanza. It can no longer be called an osteria (as its historic sign says), both for its attentive and professional service (like a high-end restaurant), its table setting (white tablecloths and glasses suitable for fine wines), and, above all, its prices (all dishes average around €18-20 per course).
In short, if you're looking for an excellent restaurant with medium-high prices that are still proportionate to the quality of the offerings, this is the place!
16/02/2026: This was our second visit to this restaurant. I must say my husband and I had a truly wonderful time. The food was excellent, made with quality ingredients. The color combinations in the dishes were also beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining room was warm and welcoming, with a fireplace. The wines were perfect. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

31/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Many dishes are prepared fresh to order. They have outstanding meat dishes as well as fantastic pasta dishes. Very friendly staff. We'll be back.
30/03/2026: For me, it's the go-to cuisine in the province. I've tried practically the entire menu, and it's all delicious. It's carefully prepared, and above all, consistently consistent; the same dish is always served with the same quality. Hands down, the best food and service in the area.

06/03/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Castigo. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with a very authentic Italian vibe that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent 🫶🏼🫶🏼 fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and full of flavor. You can really tell there is care and passion behind each dish.
The staff was also very friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great food, and have a memorable evening.
Definitely a restaurant I would happily return to when in the area. Highly recommended!

Superlative cuisine captivates your senses with a beautifully integrated and delicious blend of tradition and fresh modernity. 21/03/2026: There were six of us at Viro, and the experience was truly amazing. I had the tomahawk steak and it was simply spectacular: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and top-quality meat. You can really see the care taken in selecting the ingredients and preparing them.
Besides the food, I want to give a special compliment to the head waiter and all the staff: extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made the evening even more enjoyable with their friendliness and professionalism.
The atmosphere was lovely and the service impeccable.

They took their time and respected our every request, from the table setting to the menu selection (the egg with truffle was amazing), quality meat, and an excellent wine selection! 07/04/2026: A lovely tavern near the lake where you can eat delicious traditional dishes, suitable for couples, families and small groups.
05/04/2026: The meat was tough and everything else was very dry: a disaster. The burger cost €16 and the meat wasn't even fresh! We didn't even finish half of it, and when we asked if it was good, we answered with a clear "No," and the waiter didn't even ask us why! He didn't take us seriously! I highly recommend everyone avoid it!

14/12/2025: A fantastic experience at Cherì, a seafood restaurant I absolutely recommend.
We started with a mix of raw and hot appetizers, all delicious: the raw seafood was incredibly fresh and of the highest quality.
This was followed by a spectacular pan-fried dish with whole lobster, scampi, corn on the cob, and prawns: a rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked dish.
To conclude, spaghetti with clams, scampi, and bottarga—simply exceptional. A balance of flavors that made the whole experience unique.
Definitely worth repeating. Kudos to the staff and the kitchen!
13/12/2025: A refined and quiet place, but equally suitable for anyone who appreciates good seafood. The rosemary scampi are exceptional, without detracting from the rest of the dishes.
The portions are large... compared to other restaurants. Something to keep in mind when ordering.

The location is simply beautiful, a true enchantment that left all our guests speechless. But what really makes the difference is the staff: they are exceptionally kind, always attentive to our every need. The waiters were impeccable, professional, and incredibly sweet.
Every detail was taken care of with extreme attention, and the food was delicious; our guests gave us so many compliments. Thank you so much for making our dream come true and for making us feel so pampered.
