22/04/2026: It's impossible to find a flaw, even if you tried. From the intimate and welcoming atmosphere to the kindness and professionalism of the wait staff, and the dishes (from appetizers to dessert) are meticulously prepared, exquisitely crafted, and made with top-quality ingredients. I personally will long remember the melt-in-the-mouth vitello tonnato. The option of taking home a bottle of wine if you don't finish it during the meal is also excellent. Reasonable value. Definitely recommended.

21/04/2026: Opposite Visconti Castle, in a very quiet town, while transiting through Malpensa Airport waiting for my flight, I found this beautiful restaurant with incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a Michelin-starred menu. The interior decor is fantastic, with 17th-century stone walls and wooden beams on the roof; it was once the castle's barn. The menu was fantastic, and the chef was very talented. I tried a true Milanese saffron risotto that wasn't even on the menu. The best ever. Great selection, and I'll be back.

06/03/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Castigo. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with a very authentic Italian vibe that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent 🫶🏼🫶🏼 fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and full of flavor. You can really tell there is care and passion behind each dish. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great food, and have a memorable evening. Definitely a restaurant I would happily return to when in the area. Highly recommended!

06/05/2026: I celebrated my birthday here with my family a couple of nights ago. We were all delighted with the location, the food, and the professionalism. The hostess greeted us warmly and, before we left, surprised us with a plate decorated with the words "Happy Birthday" and a candle. I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you all!

19/05/2026: Safe to say, this is probably the cheapest pizza you can get in Northern Italy, being one of the few pizzerias near Milan with prices comparable to Naples, and it certainly doesn't disappoint! Freshly made and ready in 5 minutes, with a light airy crust and thin base, so you can enjoy the whole thing guilt-free, just how Italian pizza should be. €5-6 for an entire 12" pizza is a steal, especially when you're this close to Malpensa airport. You are also spoilt for choice on options, so there's something to suit everyone. The service is excellent, with very friendly people that will happily serve you even 10 minutes before closing time. This is just a 5-minute walk from Gallarate Station, which itself is just 2 stops away from Malpensa Airport, so it's well worth stopping by during a layover or before/after a flight.

16/05/2026: Help, the pizzas have shrunk. They used to be large and satisfying, but now I'm left with a pizza that's half the size of the box. What a shame.

09/05/2026: Dinner with a friend. Nice place with music by a pleasant violinist. The service from the girls at the tables was good and friendly. I didn't particularly enjoy the dinner, however; the appetizer offered wasn't much to write home about: 1.10 kg of Irish Angus beef (just decent) with a side of baked potatoes and mixed vegetables (€12, both very reasonable). A glass of Merlot, two beers, and a water. All for over €130. The quality/price ratio was very poor for us; we didn't eat anything special. I rather enjoyed the music and the friendliness of the girls at the tables. Furthermore, all the knives we used, even when asked for more, didn't cut well and weren't even slightly sharp. Finally, the bill was two really opaque receipts, each listing a fixed menu for €65.50... well, if there was anything left, tip the girls.

03/05/2026: I went for lunch on Valentine's Day. No complaints about the food, but I was particularly annoyed by the service. Once we sat down, they didn't even ask if we wanted water first, and we waited 20 minutes, thirsty and impatient, for the waiter, who had taken too long to take an order from the table next to us. Funnily enough, I also saw a colleague of his complaining about his slowness from across the room. As for the meat, my companion said she wanted it a little more rare, but they did as they pleased. In the end, the bill of 170 euros didn't seem appropriate for what I wrote.

04/05/2026: They're the best! Once you go here, you'll see that no other kebab will ever be as good as theirs. They're so kind, as if you were a friend or family member, polite and precise. Everything is incredibly good, a must-visit at least once a month 💪🏻

26/04/2026: A charming, charming, and welcoming place. The staff is very friendly without being intrusive. A wide variety of food and drinks, for all budgets. The food is high-quality, well-cooked, and plentiful. It's nice that there's no cover charge. The Chianina rib-eye steak with side dishes and the large mixed grill are excellent. Fair prices. We'll be back to try other dishes. Worth a try.

14/12/2025: A fantastic experience at Cherì, a seafood restaurant I absolutely recommend. We started with a mix of raw and hot appetizers, all delicious: the raw seafood was incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. This was followed by a spectacular pan-fried dish with whole lobster, scampi, corn on the cob, and prawns: a rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked dish. To conclude, spaghetti with clams, scampi, and bottarga—simply exceptional. A balance of flavors that made the whole experience unique. Definitely worth repeating. Kudos to the staff and the kitchen!

13/12/2025: A refined and quiet place, but equally suitable for anyone who appreciates good seafood. The rosemary scampi are exceptional, without detracting from the rest of the dishes. The portions are large... compared to other restaurants. Something to keep in mind when ordering. Congratulations to everyone.

22/05/2026: This is our second time staying at this campsite. Very friendly welcome. Not suitable for very large motorhomes. The bathrooms are very modern and clean. The nearby Lido restaurant is highly recommended.

20/05/2026: The sanitary facilities are good. The grounds are good. Lake Maggiore is just a few meters away. Everything is very small, the pitches and especially the paths are extremely narrow.
