My experience was excellent, both for the delicious and refined food (jabon serrano as an appetizer, for example), but above all, as I mentioned to the owner, for the kindness and sensitivity of the staff, who contributed to creating a wonderful festive atmosphere that permeated the entire restaurant. And on Easter Sunday, with so many courses and so many people to serve, that's not a given...

04/05/2026: A great option that everyone loves: from a group of students to a couple of attentive foreign tourists touring Italy. Wines, cured meats, tigella, gnocco fritto, and a variety of sweet and savory sauces to try with tigella. And a friendly atmosphere that can never be taken for granted in Pavia. Definitely worth a try.

21/12/2025: An elegant restaurant with attentive and professional waiter service. The appetizers are excellent, well-presented, colorful, and plentiful. Some areas for improvement: the first courses are good but not exceptional; in my opinion, the portions are also disproportionate, with only two shrimp tails for every 100g of pasta. The bread is a bit dry, but the final taste of the passito wine was appreciated. Overall, I recommend it.

07/05/2026: Excellent traditional cuisine is served in a pleasant atmosphere. The process for reserving a table is a bit cumbersome. But I'll be back.

17/01/2026: I ordered a takeout pizza with spicy salami and fries, specifically asking for a generous serving and paying the appropriate surcharge. Unfortunately, despite this, the pizza only had about five counted slices of salami and very few fries. Furthermore, the pizza was rather bland, lacking salt, and the tomato sauce was also flavorless. That said, I'd like to emphasize that the staff was friendly and helpful. I hope this feedback helps us improve the service in the future.

18/04/2026: The cod dishes are excellent. The typical dessert from Pavia is exceptional (margherita cake with potato starch and zabaglione).

29/03/2026: The perfect place to spend a relaxing and peaceful evening. A wide selection of quality beers, both on tap and in bottles. Excellent cuisine and a meticulously maintained atmosphere. Special mention also goes to the music selection, which is much appreciated and perfectly suited to the atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!

24/06/2025: Il locale è molto bello, curato, dentro e fuori, pulito e ben arredato. Ogni tanto io e il mio collega abbiamo cenato o pranzato, ci siamo trovati bene anche per la qualità e la varietà dei cibi. Però dopo ieri sera non credo che ci torneremo. Porzioni scarse: due antipasti, gnocchi alla romana fuori menù veramente miseri, due dolci ( che fatica seguire il modo in cui il cameriere lì elenca, glieli ho fatti ripetere tre volte), due calici di vino servito aperto, senza nemmeno assaggio. Il totale di 99 euro è stato veramente il colmo. Ho mangiato pesce di alta qualità in località marine di livello e non ho speso mai questa cifra. Mi dispiace, si può fare di più nelle porzioni, di meno nei prezzi e parlare un italiano comprensibile.
