16/07/2024: Trattoria Ressi is hands down the best restaurant in Pavia, hidden away in a quiet alleyway near the city hall, lies the best local restaurant the city can offer, with food, warmth, and hospitality out of this world. Very highly recommended to everyone looking for a place to dine in.

09/07/2024: Located a bit off the main tourist area and busy mainly for dinner, we chose this place for a lunch. It was nice, quiet (as we were the only guests), and cool in the summer heat. We shared an appetizer, shared a primo (excellent Risotto), and had two main dishes, with water and two glasses of wine. All was done very well, and we really enjoyed relaxing with some good meal.

27/08/2024: The food is always very good and the service is perfect. The place is a bit small and very noisy unfortunately but for a pizza with family or friends it's perfect!

25/08/2024: Perfetto per qualsiasi occasione, qualità, professionalità e rapporti qualità prezzo sono le priorità che caratterizzano il posto,lo chef e lo staff sono di un altro livello,per questo consiglio di provarlo. Se volete assaggiare i risotti sono un cavallo di battaglia. La pizza poi è di una leggerezza che ha pochi paragoni.

30/07/2024: The concept is simple: Choose your favorite menu from cured meats, cheeses or vegetables, fill it with tigelle and fried gnocchi (both with no limit on request) and create combinations with the set of 12 sauces included in all menus. Good quality cold cuts, the only flaw is the cooked meat (shoulder). I opted for the vegetarian menu requesting only grilled vegetables and I was satisfied. I found a simple, courteous service, at times pompous and distracted but which remains suitable for the context. The proposal is fun and the environment is convivial, certainly a pleasant group experience. Good value for money.

28/07/2024: Let me start by saying that I have been going to this place for years and the last two times it has totally disappointed me. Tigelle hard as marble and black cold cuts. I don't think I'll go back....

16/08/2024: Ottime pizze napoletane ma anche tanti altri piatti della tradizione. Per ferragosto ordinato un asporto. Piatti abbondanti, cucinati al momento, di qualità eccellente. I fritti, sono leggeri e digeribili, non si avverte l'olio. Personale simpatico, gentile e professionale. Un riferimento, per chi desidera gustare tante specialità, preparate a regola d'arte. Lino

21/07/2024: From Naples I spent a few days in Pavia with my family, I found the pizza very good and the staff really friendly.

23/07/2024: By far the restaurant with the best quality/price ratio in the entire province of Pavia (if not in the entire Lombardy region). The quality of the raw materials is excellent, the service is excellent, professional and courteous, the location is excellent and super comfortable. The prices are very honest. Worth trying for both lunch and dinner. Tried dozens and dozens of times, never a disappointment. In summary: mandatory to try it.

16/08/2024: Il locale per la ricorrenza era pienissimo, probabilmente questo fatto ha determinato una situazione di ritardo sulla durata del pranzo: 5 ore a tavola, praticamente un matrimonio. Ciò detto il menù era molto variegato con tanti piatti diversi di carne e di pesce (maialino allo spiedo cucinato al momento, gamberoni). Quasi tutti i piatti di buona qualità, salvo il risotto "scotto" i vini piacevoli. Prezzo corretto.
