I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Pavia

12/01/2025: I went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening by reservation with a group of friends. As soon as you enter it seems that time has stopped... The service is of a trattoria (e.g. they don't change the plates/cutlery) and very classic. The food is of medium quality, some dishes very good (risotto), others without praise (ravioli) and others poor (stew). The prices, however, are not restaurant-style, on the contrary they are expensive in relation to location, service and quality (with €40 per person I go elsewhere to eat more refined and less "banal" things served with more care. It's not a bad place but I don't think I will go back. They accept amex and issue a regular invoice (if you don't pay in cash and don't ask for it).

04/01/2025: Locale dal sapore anni 80 in tutto e per tutto. Una volta chiarito questo, voluto ed accettato, i piatti, semplici ma ben fatti, ed il prezzo finale, €35 per un pasto completo con vino sfuso, a noi ha più che soddisfatto.

10/03/2025: Siamo arrivate con mia figlia verso le 10 di un sabato mattina. Abbiamo aspettato circa 10 minuti che si liberasse un tavolo anche se ce n'era uno vuoto ma che non ci è stato proposto, forse una prenotazione quindi nessun problema. Solo una cameriera peraltro a mio parere non molto veloce con il locale pieno di gente. Abbiamo aspettato altri 10/15 minuti per fare ordinazione e le brioches erano praticamente finite. Rimaste solo all'albicocca e due vuote. Scegliamo le vuote. Altri 10 minuti e la cameriera dice che non ci sono nemmeno le vuote. Al mio disappunto molto seccata dice che ci sino le torte e i biscottini se vogliamo. Sono venuta per le brioches. Ci siamo alzate e siamo andate via. Penso sia veramente vergognoso che un locale così alle 10.30 abbia finito le brioches. Molto osannato molto deludente per me.

12/04/2025: You complain and you are right, even if there is a general manager he doesn't care either...absolute indifference...I had the experience at San Matteo in Belgioioso...the rudeness and home, aside it's a disgrace they have construction sites all devastated dust to no end, how come they keep it open and until the work is finished they transfer them like they did with the subacute ones for renovation? My mother is undergoing oncological DH exams...there are no parking spaces because the concierges if that's what they can be called I invite you to see how they present themselves to the public, obscene...they don't look at who comes in and who goes out, they play on their cell phones, and if you ask for information they turn around rudely one rude in particular...Director do something

09/04/2025: What should I say about the San Matteo Pavia hospital! Welcoming friendly staff, both at the Dea where I gave birth to my two little girls, very clean, serious staff, always available, then the pediatric emergency room which I must say makes me feel at home, it's a hospital but it's unique, I started to cry when I heard it, because I get along very well with everyone... the school inside the section on the 3rd floor is really very sweet and friendly. San Matteo thank you thank you thank you

08/03/2025: Quiet environment, very friendly and fast service, plentiful and good cold cuts starter, the other courses were also good. In my opinion the price of the latter is a bit excessive.

24/02/2025: During the pregnancy, we went often and they always found suitable and never banal alternatives...but how much I would have eaten my husband's sandwich with seasoned carpaccio, rocket, parmesan flakes and a sauce that looked delicious... Today I finally ate it 😍 and it was really super... like all the sandwiches I've tasted! I called first and the owner was very kind!

12/03/2025: Very bad. Food not included in the price of the cocktail. They ask you €6 for each saucer in which they put 3 cold and tasteless things. Almost limited choice. Background music at the beginning of the evening only for jazz lovers

23/02/2025: Sunday evening aperitif with a group of friends. Since we are all vegans, we warned them in advance and they really prepared everything!!! Everything was really excellent and plentiful. The perfect drinks. Only note: it would be nice if they included fixed vegan dishes in their aperitifs, however they are healthy and really tasty

08/03/2025: The pizza was also good but the service needs to be completely reviewed! Arrived at 7.45pm, menus brought after 20 minutes.... drink arrived an hour later having requested it several times Last pizza served at 9.20pm We had kids and their food arrived last when it should be the other way around (the longer you keep kids waiting the harder it becomes to keep them quiet) No one took the dessert to speed up and leave Tip: if you have little staff, take fewer reservations

12/01/2025: Luogo dove pranzare velocemente, frequentato da persone che hanno poco tempo per la pausa pranzo. Cibi buoni e vari, locali puliti e personale gentile.

24/02/2025: Come da titolo ottimi pranzi avuti in questa pizzeria /tavola calda durante la mia breve vacanza a Voghera. Cibo buono, e ottima l'offerta del menù a prezzo fisso. Personale di sala gentile e professionale. Consigliato

13/02/2025: I celebrated New Year's Eve 2025 here. I hadn't been to the place for a long time but my son always goes there and he likes it very much, also due to the lack of alternatives since I hadn't booked anywhere, I went back. Excellent choice! I ate well, the place was clean and the staff were very kind. In the end they did everything to celebrate 2025 with customers with toasts and a lot of happy bangs. Definitely recommended.
