22/11/2025: The place has gotten much worse. It's cold and unheated, especially on Friday nights during karaoke. The menu is the same, even though they have heaters and heat pumps, they never turn them on, so you're freezing. They've even removed the €25 Friday night menu. There's disorganization between orders and table deliveries, even though they have PDAs. They don't know who gets what. Service is very poor, even small children serving at tables. They even get the bill wrong. You pay for drinks you haven't consumed. Luckily, they order with PDAs if they actually know how to use them. Check your receipt carefully before paying. Let's hope they improve the service and everything else by working more attentively and professionally towards their customers, if they want to keep them. The only positive thing about Friday nights is karaoke, with Giulia, who manages to keep the guests entertained.

10/08/2025: Bad experience. We booked Saturday, August 9th at 8:30 PM, table 47 for 4. We got off to a bad start when we asked to move our table from the children's area. The response was that there were only a few children today. When we took our orders, the waiter who had been waiting for two main courses today left. We ordered pizzas at 8:35 PM. At 9:20 PM, I called another waiter and the owner. I asked how our pizzas were going. The owner replied in an annoyed tone that they would arrive. The pizzas arrived at 9:40 PM. They were good, but made in a rush. When it came time to pay, the owner rudely told me the price without even apologizing or offering a drop of bitter for the inconvenience. When I pointed out that he could at least bring some chips or something else, he said goodbye. He said if I don't want to wait, come during the week... they've gotten the wrong dishes at the table next to ours twice.

06/07/2025: We came to eat at this restaurant recently, having already been there I had high expectations that unfortunately were not exceeded. I will start by saying that when I came to eat it was already summer and I ate upstairs with a view of the pool while this time downstairs. The service was very slow we waited after almost an hour for the pizzas, even though it was not yet hot inside it was cold. The pizza was nothing special, small and dry, it did not fill me up. A coffee was a mistake, realizing only once we had drunk it that instead of being barley it was normal. Near our table there was the play area for children, very noisy for the whole evening. I do not recommend it.

Your professionalism and kindness, as well as your profound respect for the patient, were a true source of comfort and hope for us during a particularly difficult time. You are an example of how medicine can also be a life mission. Allow me to extend a special thank you to Dr. Angela Maria Di Matteo and Dr. Marco Vecchia for their exceptional expertise and availability. Furthermore, we cannot forget the promptness and timeliness with which the condition requiring hospitalization was identified: Dr. Mara Bonardi (Diagnostic Radiology 2 Unit - Neuroradiology) MRI on September 23. And the entire STROKE UNIT. Thank you again for everything. Treatments will have to continue, but this no longer worries us, because we know we are in good hands. PS: I would just like to point out to those in charge that the quality of the meals could be improved. I know this is a hospital and resources may be limited, but I believe a more appetizing and varied meal can make a big difference for patients. 06/10/2025: Dinner with friends and children, fried calamari remade on the second attempt, edible, good cutlet, slow service, not very welcome children who do not sit down €33 cutlet with potatoes, calamari, coke and water

18/01/2026: A place where time stands still. The owner and all the staff welcome you as if you were part of the family, and the food is as it once was: the roast meat melts in your mouth, and the ragù is pure poetry! Even the lamb and all the appetizers, which are even more numerous on Sundays! Wide selection and excellent quality.

26/12/2025: For goodness sake, never again, how is it possible to keep a place like this open, poor food not to mention the venue, I'm not a fussy person but this is too much.

04/01/2026: I make crepes better at home... Get €6.50 for a hard, dry crepe, with chocolate passed off as Nutella but which isn't Nutella (you could be charged) and an exorbitant price for the quality that is absolutely lacking. Totally disgraceful. This city is increasingly in disarray in the hands of incompetent entrepreneurs.

23/11/2025: We stopped here for a snack and had two slices of cake, three cappuccinos, and two teas. The drinks were excellent, but the cakes were a bit too sweet and sugary. The atmosphere is very nice, perhaps just the music on the radio was a tad too loud. The service was really friendly.

21/12/2025: Excellent food, so-so wine... I didn't like the restrooms outside the restaurant, and to get to the dining room you have to go outside, which is inconvenient.

20/09/2025: Fantastic location, we celebrated my daughter's confirmation, top service, excellent food quality, a true farmhouse with products from the farm. Excellent wine from the farm without limits, so even for the food they stopped by to ask who wanted more. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. TOP

21/08/2025: Too bad I've taken it in person several times, always good. Unfortunately, on Monday, due to a back problem, I ordered three pizzas at 8:00 pm for home delivery for 8:30/8:45 pm. At 9:20 pm they still hadn't arrived, I called back and they assured us that they would deliver by 10:00/10:10 pm, apologizing because they had a lot of orders and to make up for it, they gave us a free Coke. I was ok, no problem. At 11:00 pm the pizza still hadn't arrived, in the end I had to order from McDonald's. If you had delivery problems, you could have told me when I called back the second time so I wouldn't have to wait for you for 3 hours...

18/08/2025: I placed an order for a pizza, but it was never delivered...I'm speechless.

29/12/2025: A mediocre experience in every way. Cold atmosphere, old and worn glasses, questionable cleanliness, and rude service. I'm sorry, but with a bill like that, you'd expect much more! (The cherry on top... "The Paradiso cake is sold out and will arrive tomorrow." It's a shame that's one of the reasons tourists visit this place. Perhaps it would be better to warn them.)

28/12/2025: Sunday, December 28: We arrived at the pastry shop at 2 PM, but it opened at 3 PM. So, just to try the renowned Torta Paradiso, we took another stroll around waiting for it to open. It finally opened, and as we were about to buy a cake to take home, we discovered (from a rather annoyed waitress) that they weren't selling cakes until Tuesday! The waitress explained, as if it were a perfectly logical excuse: "We were closed on the 25th and 26th, so there aren't any cakes today." Oh, damn it, put a piece of paper on the door and write it down... I'll never try the cake at Vigoni, not even when it's available!

16/03/2026: The products are good, but it's a shame about the closing time, which doesn't meet the posted closing time. It says closing time is 11 PM, but unfortunately, at 10:10 PM they're already closing, with coffee or ice cream service possible. What a shame.

20/02/2026: La Torrazzetta isn't just a farmhouse: it's a true experience that revitalizes and pampers you. ​The place is enchanting and meticulously maintained, but the real stars are their products. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and every bite reveals a deep connection to the land. In my opinion, their organic wines, jams, and honey deserve an honorable mention: they are artisanal products of a different caliber, reminding me that in Italy, excellence can be found in every corner. ​What makes everything perfect is the service. The staff is incredibly kind and exudes a contagious passion and gentle care for the place and their produce; they truly make you feel at home. Recommended for those seeking quality, passion, and a pleasant atmosphere away from the city.

16/01/2026: Despite frequenting this establishment for over 10 years, it's clear that it has been a downward spiral, both in terms of quality and cleanliness, and in the staff's attitude. This is especially true of the son, who crosses all acceptable lines. His behavior is arrogant, hateful, provocative, contemptuous, haughty, and much more. I strongly advise against going to this establishment where they are capable of selling you bottles of wine without labels or taxes for exorbitant prices. I wonder if this gentleman is even acting legally by selling such products. Ultimately, this gentleman is capable of calling you dishonest and a thief, even though we have always paid the bills without question. I have a strong feeling that he is the dishonest one, and I think it would be good if one day he were held accountable for selling bottles without labels.

26/04/2025: Honestly, it's a rather disappointing place. It presents itself as an excellent place with fried foods and ingredients that are not only local and local, but also high-quality. But after eating there, I had to change my mind. Aside from the enormous number of dishes on the menu that are unavailable (at 1 pm, you can't have more than three dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting, it was so sweet) along with 7 euros for two fries is, I think, bordering on a rip-off. To give them a point, some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes didn't live up to the price, especially the quantity, which was so meager it was almost like a gourmet restaurant. I won't say anything about the sweet salami, which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a half-centimeter diameter, warm and buttery, all for 5 euros). Almost poor but with a lot of room for improvement. I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as their quality is very high, but poorly used.

26/04/2025: The atmosphere is very charming, with a 1960s Italian feel, making it very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices. A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. The service is okay.
