26/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Pizzeria La Fazenda wasn't a positive one. The place, at first glance, appears welcoming and well-decorated, but the welcome wasn't the best: the lady who greeted us wasn't particularly friendly. We ordered two specialty pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. The wait was short, but the pizzas were a disappointment. In my case, the gluten-free dough arrived practically raw and, for me, completely inedible. We reported the problem and the pizza was remade, but the second version was even worse than the first. The situation didn't improve when it came to the bill: we reported the problem to the pizza chef, but instead of listening to the criticism, we received an unprofessional response. My friend was even told that she was "used to frozen pizzas," a comment we found inappropriate and completely unjustified. In the end, we paid the full amount—€19 each for a pizza that, in my case, was undercooked, and a simple bottle of water. Considering that at 7:30 PM the place was completely empty, I now understand why. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

21/11/2025: Exorbitant prices.... ATM payment impossible, they say there is no connection. Too bad that on the receipt for the negative result it says "device not connected". Fiscal receipt? Unknown!

03/09/2025: I celebrated my birthday at this place. The atmosphere was great, the aperitivo was fantastic, there were 16 of us, and the food was amazing. What can I say about the staff? They were so friendly and welcoming, we had such a great time that we're celebrating another birthday this Saturday. Thank you for making my birthday a truly amazing one!

16/07/2025: If I could, I'd give it zero stars and reserve legal action. I visited this establishment a few years ago with two friends and three female friends, and the experience was so bad that it remained etched in my memory. From the moment we entered, the security staff, particularly a bouncer who was always present and accompanied by the owner, became extremely offensive, hurling completely gratuitous homophobic insults at us. Despite what had happened, we tried to remain calm and sat at a table on a mezzanine level. After just a few moments, just enough time to pour ourselves a drink, the owner came up with the same bouncer, aggressively and completely unfoundedly accusing us of throwing glasses downstairs. He even threatened to kill me, only to leave after a customer confirmed that nothing had happened. Throughout the evening, the same bouncer continued to return to our table, hurling homophobic insults and constantly taunting us, clearly trying to get us to react. Later, as I was escorting the girls from the group to the exit, we came across a disturbing scene: the same bouncer, along with the owner, was brutally beating another customer outside the club. One of the girls ended up with blood all over her car. Another very serious incident occurred near the bathroom. My friend, with his arm in a cast, had been waiting in line for a while. I accompanied him only to help him carry his things. A few seconds later, the same bouncer violently broke down the bathroom door and entered to subject us to an unauthorized, completely unjustified search, accompanied by further insults. A shocking experience, surreal to say the least. The place is dangerous, poorly managed, dirty, and the staff, especially that bouncer, are aggressive, intimidating, and profoundly disrespectful. Absolutely not recommended.

The aperitif with a platter (pictured for three people) was, to say the least, but also quite a lot, jovial and gargantuan. Nothing to make you say "hello, man, try this, the best thing in the world," but still, the delight isn't under the sidewalk. A wave of compassion. Wait. Recommended.

11/10/2025: I went this morning for breakfast. I'm sorry to say that the girls are incompetent and rude! Behind the counter, they were talking loudly and badly about a customer who was sitting in the restaurant. I felt uncomfortable. Customers may not be to your liking, but you should never talk badly in front of other customers. Not to mention the service... I asked for breakfast to go; they didn't have the proper transportation equipment. If I had known in advance, I would have avoided ordering. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! I had to drive with a tray containing three coffee mugs in my hand to avoid dropping them. A few small touches would be more appreciated.

18/11/2025: Terrible service... staff minding their own business and people waiting at the register to pay. Then he brings my glasses to the table, slamming them almost as if he were doing me a favor... embarrassing.

12/10/2025: Five of us stopped for a quick aperitivo after shopping at the Fiordaliso shopping center, where the bar is located, and we were greeted warmly and helpfully by the staff despite the busy crowds and the fast pace. The bar may be small, but the aperitivo was truly magnificent. We spent €34 between five of us, and received five drinks and two huge trays loaded with cured meats, focaccia, olives, chips, sandwiches, and more. Everything was very tasty and good quality; I especially loved the seasoned focaccia and the sandwiches. You can only dream of an aperitivo like this anywhere else. We were very, very pleased and will definitely be back. The service was friendly and fast, a prime example of high-quality hospitality, which is not easy to maintain in a packed shopping center on a Saturday afternoon. Truly excellent! I recommend them to everyone!

23/11/2025: Given that you pay for quality... here you just pay. Unfortunately, as a Turin native, I'm too accustomed to a quality coffee maker and pastry/praline shop at decent prices. Honestly, Biffi's reputation doesn't deserve the quality... good toast, but it arrived barely warm, and above all, exorbitant prices... It's true that we're in Milan, but it's exaggerated... the €1 cover charge for bar napkins and a glass... even too much... plus, the reservation time was "missed."

11/11/2025: What's left of the pre-restoration Biffi? Very little, prices are now literally outrageous. Maybe the ownership has changed, maybe not, maybe they've lost their minds. Many are saying this now, but Biffi doesn't seem to care. P.S. For the record: 1 toasted sandwich, 2 cocktails, and a tomato juice: 32 euros. Need more?

27/05/2025: Not possible for lunch. By lunchtime, the glow sticks were already sold out, and I had to wait at the checkout, staring into the clerk's eyes! The preparation took forever... and it wasn't crowded at all (and now I understand why).

09/05/2025: After choosing several piadinas via the interactive totem, the only lady at the checkout informs me that there are no more alert disks to place the order and that I therefore have to queue at the checkout. All this despite having seen us ordering for over five minutes at the totem.

07/11/2025: Hotel Villa Del Conte – CONFIRMED SCAM – NOT RECOMMENDED We made a reservation for several rooms at Hotel Villa Del Conte for our group, in connection with our stay in September 2025. It is worth noting that, as a company, we had been regular clients of the hotel, coinciding with a biennial trade fair held at Fiera Milano (Rho). The booking was handled directly with the hotel’s new management team, as they themselves confirmed by email on June 19, 2025. We agreed on the dates and terms, and made an advance payment of €1,120 via bank transfer on July 11, 2025, as a deposit and confirmation of the reservation. On July 21, the hotel confirmed via WhatsApp that they had received the payment correctly, using the same contact number listed on their website and social media accounts. However, on September 10, just five days before our scheduled arrival, they informed us via WhatsApp that they would not be able to host our group due to alleged heating issues—without offering any rebooking options or refunding the payment made. On September 11, they promised that the manager would contact us by phone, but no one ever did—neither by phone nor by email. To this day, they refuse to acknowledge the payment and have not refunded the €1,120 deposit. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful, showing a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to their clients. - In summary, the irregularities with this establishment can undoubtedly be classified as a SCAM, as they include: - Confirmation of the booking and receipt of a €1,120 payment by the hotel. - Unilateral cancellation without providing any solution, compensation, or refund. - Total lack of communication from management. - Refusal to take responsibility as a hotel business. We have all the supporting documents and proof of payment, which were sent to the hotel but have never received any response. This conduct is unacceptable and demonstrates an absolute lack of professionalism and respect toward customers. We feel defrauded, as the hotel kept our money without providing the service or offering any alternative. ⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: Do NOT trust this establishment under any circumstances. Do NOT make advance payments, and most importantly… if you value your money and peace of mind, AVOID Hotel Villa Del Conte at all costs.

30/03/2025: We went to this restaurant on a Saturday night... nothing to complain about the karaoke, but as for the service and drinks, I wouldn't go back. You order two types of red wine and you get two equally different ones, undrinkable! When you point this out to the waiter, he responds with a flat, "We have these!" Another note about the waiter... totally rude and incompetent! He marked down several incorrect pizzas, and it was never his fault, responding rudely and making annoyed gestures when you asked for something. Never again...

30/11/2025: Traditional and elegant atmosphere. The staff was very professional and helpful. It was my first time here and I had a wonderful meal. The dishes were generous but of high quality. Excellent quality and price. I'll gladly return.

The food was divine! From the appetizer to the dessert. It was a great shame that we only discovered the restaurant on our last day of stay. When we return to Milan, we already have a good address! 11/12/2025: Typical Milanese "wanna be" spot. The area near the cloakroom smells like a restroom. The smoking area is non-functional and the staff is rude. The bathrooms are in terrible condition. The only positive is the drinks, which are well-made.
