09/05/2026: The carbonara tasted unpleasant, perhaps because of the old cheese. The chicken breast was burnt, but can you even mess up a chicken breast? Coffee and water weren't included in the €13 fixed menu, which raised it to €15. For €12 total, there are much better places in Lacchiarella. The staff and atmosphere were okay, but not enough to make up for the poor quality of the food.

22/03/2026: A light-eyed employee exhibits an unprofessional attitude: she mocks customers behind their backs and uses derogatory tones even in the presence of other customers, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. By contrast, the lady at the bar is kind, competent, and very professional: it's a pleasure to be served by her. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and lack of appropriate standing of some employees compromises the image of the entire establishment.

11/05/2026: Terrible product quality, almost comparable to that of large-scale retailers. Rude, unprofessional staff, and an outdated location with poor design. Furthermore, the fruit pastries on display are dated because the fruit has wilted, and the owner claimed they were fresh that day! Not recommended.

08/05/2026: Rude staff, limited breakfast selection. They tell us there's no table service because the waiter is sick. We take our cappuccino and croissant outside, and he tells us that if we don't bring the cups back inside, he'll charge us extra. I'm attaching a photo of the "pastry shop" croissant filled with jam (almost nonexistent). SO HORRIBLE, I'll never go back.

21/02/2026: The place is very cramped...to go downstairs, you have to rub shoulders with the people sitting at the table. For six people, they have a table for four. The food is quite good...the pinsa is very good, the pasta with tomato sauce is excellent. Speaking of karaoke, we put a song on the list but were never called...and then we couldn't understand anything because of the acoustics! I don't recommend it.

18/11/2025: Closed on Mondays. Good aperitif. Buffet every day. Real DOCG Prosecco, not Glera (for connoisseurs), extra dry and Brut. Excellent knowledge of the wineries. Fresh food, from fries to appetizers, pizzas, etc., all at the right price. Very nice 90s decor. Located in front of the station, very nice. TV, music, and Sky sports. Increased aperitif on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Discounted prices for students. Very knowledgeable and friendly Chinese management, really good. Slot machines available. Good croissants, average. Outdoor seating even in winter.

17/11/2025: The pizza is really delicious, and the service is very fast. They have already prepared kids (pieces) like in the picture and they heat them up nicely every time, so they are crispy and really nice to eat. The flavors are interesting and varied. I also tried the senca pomidori variant — without tomatoes — and it was quite good. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty bite. 🍕

16/11/2025: Total disorganization: at least a 10-minute wait for a coffee at the counter. The croissant was stale and low-quality.

09/05/2026: This place's great asset is its location: it's right in the center of Milan. Otherwise, however, I see no reason anyone would return, including the ants we found next to our table. I went for lunch with a friend and we ate what I would call fake Milanese cuisine. There wasn't a single dish that was truly good: we ordered a risotto, a pumpkin dish, and a stew. The mashed potatoes, which were supposed to accompany the dish, were forgotten in the kitchen, and the bread was a dry rosette. When my friend asked for the mashed potatoes, addressing the man in the suit—not exactly a waiter—with the phrase "if you can," he came back to tell us it wasn't polite to use that expression. A truly unprofessional attitude, especially considering the already poor service.

08/05/2026: I booked a table yesterday at 8:00 PM through The Fork. We arrived at the address and found everything closed! Rechecking on Google, the restaurant showed it was open at that time. A huge inconvenience.

05/05/2026: The food was good, but nothing life changing, and the price was absolutely atrocious for that portion. I would not go again, and do not recomend you do either. For the service that we got the service charge of 4.50€ was questionable at least.

31/03/2026: I frequent La Piadineria about twice a week during my lunch break. I have no complaints about the products or the quality, which remain consistently good. Unfortunately, however, the service often leaves much to be desired. The main issue concerns the cashier: it often happens that the discount I'm entitled to isn't applied, despite the fact that I point it out every time. On other occasions, I've been made to use a coupon without being clearly explained what it was, only to later discover that they were Piada points that I would have preferred to keep. When I asked for clarification, no explanation was given; I had the impression that the person present at the time had no idea what it was. It also happens that, if there are two of you, the bills are reversed, creating further confusion. Furthermore, in the area dedicated to picking up orders from the app, I've repeatedly been ignored while customers who arrived after me were being served, resulting in unnecessary and rather frustrating waits. I'd like to point out that this isn't a criticism of the cashiers, who often struggle, but rather of those who should be training and coordinating them better. The staff changes rapidly—there are always new faces—and they often seem inexperienced and left alone during peak hours. It would be helpful to have more experienced staff assigned to them, especially during peak hours when it's clear they're not yet comfortable with the job. I'll continue to be a customer, but I hope they pay more attention to service, because right now, the experience is too often marred by these issues. I don't have much hope, though, since I've read several reviews complaining of the same problems.

05/03/2026: Piadina as you'd imagine it to be. We waited forever, almost half an hour for a piadina, with all the various drivers coming in and taking orders online. This is no way. Close your physical doors and just use Deliveroo!

07/03/2026: A trattoria where you eat well and pay a fair price. It's increasingly rare to find places like this in Milan, with a small, friendly atmosphere that's all substance and no frills. The Venetian cuisine is excellent.

03/01/2026: Good pizza, sometimes good, sometimes terrible service, depending on the waiter. The last few times I've been, everything has been fine. Now the pizza chef has changed, and the quality of the pizza is no longer the same.

13/12/2025: We chose the Vac é Press restaurant in Magenta with high expectations, booking a table in advance on The Fork and then calling the restaurant to confirm that they had received our reservation. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were politely informed, but without any adequate solutions, that our seat was unavailable in the heated dining room, so we were rerouted to the unheated dining room downstairs. I find it frankly unacceptable that a reservation is handled this way, especially without an adequate solution or a concrete alternative. Eating in the cold is not an option, and in fact we were forced to leave without even eating. Embarrassing.
