23/08/2025: We went here today for lunch with the family. We had a great time, just like last year. We asked to sit on the terrace; the view is great and it lets in a bit of a breeze. The food is excellent! The service is friendly. We live an hour away, but we come back once a year.

29/07/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Passionate about perch risotto, we saw some photos online and immediately decided to try this restaurant. The atmosphere is truly enchanting: elegant, quiet, yet with a casual touch that immediately puts you at ease. We were greeted with a delightful welcome appetizer: cacciatorino, pieces of focaccia, and bread—a detail that immediately makes all the difference. The perch risotto is simply the best we've ever tasted (and we've tried quite a few!). We finished with a delicious berry cheesecake. The owner is kind and helpful, a truly lovely person. A truly positive experience. Highly recommended!

29/04/2025: My husband and I had an incredible experience at Bianca. The location is so stunning with the most beautiful views. We loved how it was out of the touristy areas, however be prepared to rent a car or pay $120 for a taxi if you plan on going to Como and Bellagio like we did! The service was amazing as well. We ate dinner for all 3 of the nights we stayed because it was that good! Thank you to the lovely staff Luiza, Seyna, Martina and extra thanks to Matteo! We will absolutely be back one day.

02/08/2025: Everything here was amazing. The rooms, the view, the service, the pool, the breakfast, and even the restaurant in the hotel are absolutely perfect. This is easily one of the BEST places to stay in Varenna and if I ever get a chance to come back I know where I'll be staying.

30/07/2025: Do not recommend if you have kids. They would not even take us because we had 2 kids with us and were incredibly rude. Thankfully a lovely couple at the restaurant who was appalled by what happened recommended a lovely restaurant down the street. We went in April and it wasn’t even busy they just didn’t want us. Our kids were silent and well behaved also so no clue why they did that.

10/08/2025: In my opinion, this is a historic restaurant in Introbio (it's been there for at least 30 years), located on a road leading to the center. The cuisine is refined, often featuring typical products from the valley (the cheese platter is excellent). The desserts are very unique but equally delicious. The prices are high, but fair enough for the quality of the ingredients and the efficiency of the staff. I should mention that there were at least thirty of us in the dining room, and the wait time never exceeded 10-15 minutes. The wide selection of liqueurs and grappas is also good. Recommended. The restaurant also has a small outdoor area with about ten tables...great in the summer, but not on particularly hot days.
