A beautiful place to ski, and go bobsledding, possibility to rent equipment. There is a restaurant service on site. Parking under the cable car for 5 euros.

Great ski area, big enough for a few days of fun. Inexpensive and good options for renting ski equipment. However, the parking situation at Barzio is bad. Unfortunately, the shuttle bus runs too rarely. The paid parking space at the gondola at €5 makes it rather unattractive, especially if you drive 30 minutes further and pay €36 discounted in Madesimo. It is also cheaper to rent skis there, which makes the overall price cheaper. Bobbio needs to become cheaper or offer more service to keep up with Madesimo. ✌️

10/10/2025: We stumbled upon this bar by chance, looking for a place to grab a drink in rainy Lecco. The positive atmosphere was a big draw. The owner made us feel welcome. I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: Tables shaded by trees, nestled in the garden. The owners are incredibly sweet. These are the places you remember years later.
