01/06/2025: I have been going to this restaurant for many years and over time I have noticed a decrease in quality (in the face of an increase in prices). I chose a chiscio as an appetizer, taken many other times and always good, but this time it was inedible, the dough was raw and the cheese did not arrive. The lasagnetta al sapori di lago, in addition to having the size of an appetizer and not a first course, despite the name was devoid of any flavor except that of the bechamel. The ice cream with berries was good. I have always loved this location, but this time I don't know if I will return.

06/05/2025: The location is sensational, nothing to say. But the service: terrible. Booked for 4 and confirmed via Google, we arrive and they didn't have a reservation. Luckily, even though it was May 1st, they let us sit; we choose a table outside, in the sun (because it was the only option they offered us outside). Although there were supports for the umbrellas, they were not mounted, so we remained for 40 minutes under the scorching sun and surrounded by wasps waiting for our friends (we were early). While we were waiting, no waiter approached our table. They don't ask us if we want to drink something while we wait, they don't even bother to bring us a little water or an ashtray and even though there were a lot of people eating on the terrace we turned around several times looking for a waiter, but we didn't see a single one outside. Once our friends arrived we were already baked in the sun and besieged by wasps, so we asked to be moved, and magically a table in the shade on the terrace became available which had been free since our arrival. I won't comment on the food because everyone has their own tastes. We order a bottle of white wine which is brought to us at room temperature and placed in an ice basket filled with only water and with 3/4 cubes floating... absolutely unsuitable for making a bottle that had been served room fresh. (Same thing for the second bottle, they didn't even add ice or change the bucket, they simply immersed it in the now lukewarm water in which the previous bottle was.) waiting times for each course of around 30 minutes, not to mention that there was always one person left at the table who was served at least 10/15 minutes after the others. We didn't complain because we assumed they had some big problem that day, after all nothing else could have justified such a service. And instead, to my extreme surprise, I read the reviews and find the same problems reported! It is therefore a dynamic reiterated over time. A place with a view like this certainly deserves better management!

27/03/2025: Very nice, intimate hotel, well-kept rooms (although we got a different room with a different standard that we ordered), slightly out of the way, so there must be a car, beautiful view from the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, the cleaning lady took care of all the chaos we had created in the room after just one day, which is a plus, for breakfast, a bit of everything: cereals, jams, honey, all in disposable packaging, bread, fresh croissants and fresh you can eat enough coffee, everyone will find something for themselves, we didn't eat dinner so I can't give my opinion on whether they are tasty, the hotel has an elevator which is also a plus, overall I recommend this place

03/05/2025: The hotel is located directly on Lake Como. The rooms are simply furnished, but nothing is damaged and very clean. There's nothing to complain about at breakfast either, there's enough choice and something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! There is also a free parking lot at the hotel.

19/05/2025: The room has a lake view, very beautiful, clean, the pillows and blankets are warm and comfortable. The restaurant has a very nice view as well. The breakfast is very good quality. The staff is very helpful and service-minded. It is a safe hotel.

15/05/2025: So, excellent quality/price, the quantities are a little scarce. Excellent polenta with rabbit, good braised meat, good cold cuts platter, good ice cream, only the papardele weren't great... We spent 2 €65 for a first course, 2 second courses, 1 liter of wine and 1 liter of water and an ice cream. Beautiful view of the flowery meadow and mountain!

13/04/2025: Ambiente elegante e bell'atmosfera. Ristorante che serve principalmente carne ma ha anche proposte di pesce.Piatto ben presentati, curati e molto molto buoni. Una bella carta dei vini,il proprietario Stefano ci ha spiegato il vino scelto ed è stato molto interessante saperne di più di quello che si beve o si mangia.Il ragazzo che ci ha serviti era molto preparato,attento e pronto a tutte le nostre richieste. Siamo stati molto bene e ci torneremo presto! Ha anche dei tavoli all'aperto.. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto onesto. Siamo tornati a casa molto soddisfatti.

11/04/2025: Tasty ice cream. At an attractive price, we get a really large portion and a wide range of flavors (I tested half of them and each one was great). The service was also nice. It's worth stopping by when you're in the area.

16/05/2025: The place is nice, or rather it is very nice on the outside but rather simple on the inside. The service was rather slow, maybe we were unlucky as there was a group celebrating a communion (or confirmation I don't remember exactly), but we were at a table behind the counter so a bit "isolated" and not very considered. The thing that surprised me negatively were the prices, in my opinion too high, also in the menu there was no mention of the fixed menus that are published on the site, so I don't understand if the site is not updated or if those menus are only offered on certain days. Some dishes were finished or different from those proposed on the menu and this change/absence was communicated to us only after we had ordered, the waiters should know before taking an order if a dish is finished or is different from the one on the menu. Maybe I would return only to have the possibility of eating outside but at the prices of the fixed menu, the a la carte menu is too expensive.

18/05/2025: Everything was delicious! We had appetizers with polenta alone, snails and then lamb as a second course. Absolutely recommended.
