14/05/2025: A beautiful place to ski, and go bobsledding, possibility to rent equipment. There is a restaurant service on site. Parking under the cable car for 5 euros.

27/01/2026: Welcoming place with a children's play area, parking far away, we may have been unlucky but that day the menu was really limited and perhaps not very distinctive (penne with tomato sauce or pesto, lasagna, steak or fillet with potatoes or croissants)

10/11/2025: I came here after a hike in the mountains, recommended by people I met along the way. It's a very cozy place. I had the ravioli with herbs and mushrooms, then scath with Bologna and dessert, while my girlfriend had the venison stew with polenta. Everything was extremely good. I must admit, the ravioli were truly phenomenal. The children's area is also very nice. I would happily stop by again if I were passing by. The only thing is that the location on Maps needs to be adjusted because I couldn't find the place. Luckily, some locals helped us out, because those streets are a maze, as beautiful as they are.

02/01/2026: My wife and I had dinner here while staying in Perledo/Varenna. This restaurant is located way way up, but it is worth the drive! We parked and then just had a short little walk further up to the restaurant itself. The view from just outside the restaurant is incredible. Food was all home made and absolutely incredible. It is quite tiny inside (probably best to make a reservation) but this may have been one of the best meals we had throughout our stay.

No need to rush, especially on a Saturday night... I returned for dinner with friends. We ordered the coda alla vaccinara menu. Simply fabulous. Generous and superbly cooked. Well done, well done. I returned after a while. The pizza is always good, and the coda alla vaccinara menu is always top-notch.

Hat tilted, notebook at the ready, and a never-missing instinct… especially when there's mountain air and culinary mysteries. The first impression? A restaurant that plays at being a refuge… and does it well. Wood everywhere, warm lighting, and that "here we eat seriously" vibe. 🔥The crime scene: As soon as you cross the threshold, the detective realizes that here the Kite isn't just flying in name! The atmosphere immediately captivates you. Warm cabin lighting, wood creaking like an old witness, sturdy tables that seem to have heard a thousand gastronomic confessions. The scent of butter, spices, and mountain stories fills the air. A rustic yet lively atmosphere, the kind of place where Gusteau relaxes… without ever stopping to observe. 🍽️ The corpus deli: The charcuterie board arrives first, beautiful to look at, yes… but cold. So cold that the detective checked to see if he had requested a press blackout. The pizzoccheri, on the other hand, speak volumes! Flavorful, full, and cooperative. 18/01/2026: This restaurant is right in front of the town's little church. I'd heard good things about it, but only tried it today. Very friendly staff. Excellent Dishes, both appetizers and pizxoccheri, as well as pork shank with polenta. The menu isn't overwhelming, with just a few dishes (3 appetizers, 3 first courses, 3/4 second courses, and 3 desserts), a sign of quality and meticulous preparation. Outdoor seating in the summer. Recommended

03/01/2026: Subject of the low rating: spaghetti with clams. I'll describe what I found on my plate: broken spaghetti, overcooked, served watered down, not even sautéed with the clams. Clams the size of a fingernail. Flavorless. The result is depressing. At 15 euros. Extremely long wait times.

01/01/2026: Yesterday my family and I spent New Year's Eve at this restaurant and we had a really great time. From the food to the staff, they were incredibly friendly. We played bingo and received some gifts from them—a lovely initiative. At midnight, they put on a show outside with fireworks and stars for everyone, followed by a toast and panettone for everyone. It was truly a pleasure, we'll be back.

30/12/2025: Exceptional place. Stunning location. Excellent service. Superb food. From the appetizers to the main courses, all the way to the turbot in hollandaise sauce, which was a delicacy. The homemade tiramisu was mouth-watering. Truly excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: Stopped in for the first time, and we really ate really well, the service was excellent, the staff were really kind and the waitress was very nice and friendly, I recommend it, parking for trucks is no problem, I will be back on occasion.
