09/07/2026: The quality of the food was actually good. However, the service was impersonal and without a smile which made you not feel welcome. It was not because the restaurant was busy because there were only 6 of us.
We ordered a starter as a sharing dish, it was served to one person and 1 plate, so you had to move it over, instead of serving the dish on the table with 2 plates.

04/11/2025: I'm sorry for this review, I just hope it's thought-provoking! We booked for a business lunch, but full of expectations we ordered à la carte, well as an entree we got a chickpea hummus, I was already a little disappointed..., then I ordered a single dish of ossobuco and sautéed rice with the cooking sauce but the meat was tough and the rice quite mushy, I was expecting the classic ossobuco with saffron rice, my sister ordered sea bream and my mother another fish-based dish. The plating doesn't matter, but it lacked substance and flavor, with three glasses of white wine total €106.00! I'm local and honestly I'm not encouraged to return again. Sorry.

02/08/2026: The pizza was good and the lady on duty was really kind.
22/07/2026: I ordered a business menu, ordering only a main course with water, a side dish, and coffee.
The wait for service was endless, and my main course (grilled swordfish) was burned and the piece was really small (embarrassing).
In the end, my bill was 12 euros.... I was speechless, shocked. I won't be back.

14/06/2025: A historic restaurant in the center of Valmadrera. I used to come here as a kid for pizza parties with the soccer team. Management has changed, but I'm pleased to see the wood-fired oven has been maintained. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was excellent, friendly, and unobtrusive, from the moment we arrived until the end. A varied selection of appetizers, first and second courses (meat and seafood), a small vegetarian section, and pizzas. I wouldn't recommend it to those accustomed to sophisticated, chic fare. A simple, family-run restaurant with delicious dishes. I'll be back to try the pizza.

05/04/2025: Location spettacolare e servizio di alto livello. Cucina al top con alcuni piatti da stella Michelin, uno su tutti l'antipasto di lago a base di lavarello. Trovato per caso è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Consigliato per una serata speciale, da passare in relax totale senza badare troppo al conto finale, comunque proporzionato
