I did the risotto tour and they were all excellent and cooked to perfection.

Discovered by chance after a trip; rustic but elegant setting, excellent food, obviously specializing in risotto. We also had some appetizers, which were also excellent. A great find! Recommended.

Lots of risottos. I chose the giroriso, but being vegetarian, I only tried three, despite having warned them. The bill was higher than expected. We returned after a few years; the selection of vegetarian risottos has increased, thank goodness.

The risotto selection was excellent, the only flaw being that the tables were perhaps too close together, at least in some areas of the restaurant.

Very good risottos 😋 Nothing to say about the cooking, but obviously that's subjective. I recommend booking.

I was at the restaurant again. After previously ordering for four people, we were immediately greeted by the waiter as soon as we arrived. After a few minutes, he began bringing us our appetizers. I must say, both in terms of quantity and quality, they were top-notch. The risottos arrived after about 20 minutes, which was perfectly adequate for four risottos. We ordered three types: osso buco (previously ordered), mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, and gorgonzola, plus another ingredient. The quality was excellent here as well, quite the opposite. I was especially surprised by the owner's attitude, who, unlike what I had expected, was truly kind and helpful. For this reason, I felt forced to update my previous review. Negative notes: the internal temperature (cold) and a slightly high noise level.

A beautiful rustic setting with exposed brick (I love it). We had the risotto tour, 12 samples, all very good. The rice was well cooked, some of which are pictured. The service had a few flaws, but nothing serious. Recommended to everyone, we will definitely be back.

A rustic restaurant, suitable for large groups. The risottos are good, considering the large quantities they cook each evening. Cons: the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable; the wine list only lists the grape variety, without specifying its origin, vintage, or producer. We ordered a €25 bottle, generically labeled "Sauvignon DOC," and were served a Sauvignon that was neither DOC nor IGT, bottled in Erba!
