Wonderful experience! Aside from the food, which he talked about later, the owner is truly a wonderful person! He knows how to recommend everything! From the food to the wine pairings! Even though it was summer, I had a wonderful risotto with red wine, scamorza, and sausage, as did the one the person I was with with the cheek! Go there!

A truly quaint and unique place, yet welcoming and pleasant. We tried the "girarisotti" menu with 12 risottos, an original experience and definitely worth trying for lovers of this dish. The risottos were all very good, with different and interesting flavors. The only thing I would have preferred would have been a more relaxed service: with four risottos per course, the service was a bit slow, and it would have been more enjoyable to enjoy them at a more leisurely pace. My only negative point concerns the last few risottos, which were truly heavy. It would have been ideal to better balance the alternation between lighter and richer options, because by the end, it was difficult to finish them all, even though they were truly delicious. Overall, however, a recommended experience, especially for those looking for something different from the usual restaurant.

I had a delightful dinner at this rustic restaurant. I had delicious sciatt as an appetizer and enjoyed some excellent risottos. I tried the one with pancetta, chestnuts, and crescenza cheese, and the one with Barbera and sausage. Both were FABULOUS in flavor and generous portions! Finally, I finished with a caramel panna cotta, light and pleasant after the abundant rice. You won't leave this place empty-handed. The restaurant also offers a risotto tour option, for groups or during the non-summer months. It consists of a sampling of 12 risottos, served in blocks of 4 at a time with a short break between each. The menu includes many types of risotto, with vegetables, meat, or fish, a few main courses, and homemade desserts, so they vary based on availability. There's also a good selection of wines, perfect for pairing with the rice dishes. The staff is truly courteous and attentive. If you love risotto, I recommend stopping by. I'll definitely have to come back to try their risotto selection.

We had dinner for the risotto. It costs €25 per person, and to accompany it, we chose a platter of cured meats accompanied by fried gnocco. The gnocco wasn't very generous, and we pointed this out to the staff in the dining room, who soon brought us another dish to accompany the cured meats. It was very good. The risotto offers 12 variations divided into four courses, all very good, and you can ask for seconds! You'll definitely leave feeling full if you ask for seconds. Truly satisfied! We'll definitely be back!

We order four risottos, one of which has a hair in it. They remake the risotto, which clearly arrived about twenty minutes after the other diners had finished theirs. It can happen, but a small discount for what happened would have been appreciated. When I booked, I had asked for a table in the rustic section, and they said, "Of course." In fact, that wasn't the case; I was told they had forgotten to mark it. The risottos were good, but the courtesy and attentiveness were lacking.
