01/07/2026: What a wonderful experience!! We were so happy to have made this detour on our return trip to the province of Rome to sample the delicacies at Caffè la Crepa. Each thing was better than the next, and once again, these award-winning Italian Trattorie deserve their reputation for deliciousness, creativity, and quality at a fair price. The appetizers were all exceptional, a unique blend of flavors, whether it's the guinea fowl or the pike. Then there were the tripe dishes, so much you could eat forever—it's like a seafood salad with calamari, fresh and summery. The tortelli amari taste like an Asian dish, delicious, and the Po sturgeon is also worth a try. There were so many other things to try, but we finished with dessert: an excellent mix of sorbets (especially the fig one) and a Cremona semifreddo from Bis. Their organic espresso was also particularly good, as described on the menu. If you can, visit their shop connected to the restaurant, where you can purchase many local products as well as excellent local and national wines. May the Passport of Award-Winning Italian Trattorias continue to add stamps!!

29/06/2026: Historic restaurant from the late 19th century in the main 16th-century square of Isola Dovarese. The cuisine is excellent, as is the wine list. The service is friendly, and finally, the bill is fair. Worth a visit.

14/07/2026: The Fondaco (Matteo, Barbara, and Alberto) and their entire staff are the epitome of professionalism in the industry. Everything was simply perfect. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with the aperitif area opening onto the park, and the buffet stations strategically positioned in the shade of the tall trees that frame the park, adjacent to a grassy area. There are seats and tables arranged in various ways to accommodate the different moods of the guests (some prefer to sit, others prefer side tables). The indoor dining room—for dinner—is glass-enclosed, overlooking the park. Needless to say, it was the first thing I fell in love with. The menus are sophisticated, but it's impossible not to please everyone. Alberto's cuisine is divine. Every dish is prepared with meticulous attention to detail, and everything seems to be cooked as if it were the only dish to emerge from the kitchen, not one of 120 in the space of a few minutes. Impeccable organization. Matteo and Barbara guided us through the planning process and patiently accommodated our every request, even some whimsical ones (the enormous wedding table plan, the guest who showed up unannounced...). And that day, it was easy to trust like a parent: the Fondaco set the pace, telling us, the guests, and the rest of the staff (photographer, musicians) what to do, when, and where, making every moment a painting. I would choose the Fondaco a thousand times over.

09/06/2026: First—and certainly not last—time at this trattoria! We had a wonderful meal, the quality was top-notch, with generous portions and fast, courteous service. They were extremely knowledgeable and knowledgeable about food intolerances, and were very attentive to one of the guests, who had celiac disease. I highly recommend Trattoria La Stanga!

20/08/2025: Last night I tried this restaurant for the first time (the summer opening is in Casalbuttano at the former Osteria La Grande). There were two of us; we each had a first course and a second course shared. Everything was delicious, and the place was truly lovely. We paid €58 (with water). Highly recommended restaurant ☺️

10/06/2026: I've been coming here for many years and have always had a great experience, both for regular lunches (business or otherwise) and for special occasions (anniversaries, ceremonies, etc.). They're super organized and know how to professionally handle even the most demanding situations or off-menu requests. The outdoor garden is also lovely, perfect for enjoying appetizers and refreshments al fresco.

17/06/2026: La Pendola is a place you either love or hate, and I—humblely—love it. I spotted it immediately on Google; it was attraction at first sight. It's located in a secluded alley, just steps from the center, and the white, red, and black sign and the frosted-glass door promise you've entered another dimension. The place is small, with just a few tables, and reservations aren't possible—you have to wait your turn for the experience. The decor is dated, a bit '70s/'80s, with the pizza chefs in full view. They serve a few draft and bottled beers, but the star of the show is the PIZZA. I'm a fan of it, in all its forms. This is a flat, super-crispy pizza that overflows from the plate. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I ordered a Diamante, a combination of prosciutto and burrata. I thought I'd never finish it, but it was incredibly easy to digest. Kudos to the staff and the lovely young woman serving tables. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Cremona. Value for money, you say? No need for me to answer that.

07/06/2026: Excellent Marubini, preceded by a mixed antipasti of excellent cured meats and decent pickles. The tiramisu to finish was also decent (not ladyfingers, but plenty of mascarponico). You can choose between the air-conditioned icebox or room temperature.
