11/08/2024: I was really impressed by the La Crepa restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste typical traditional products with 0 km ingredients. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food.

06/08/2024: Sono tornato in questo ristorante dopo molti anni e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal “salto”di qualità mantenendo piatti della tradizione contadina. Ottima carta dei vini, con la possibilità di abbinare un bicchiere ad ogni piatto.

13/07/2024: Rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time, impeccable service and a menu known above all for its incredible risottos! At the start of the meal you can help yourself to a buffet full of cooked and raw vegetables and the innkeeper will then offer you the various first courses. We had a risotto with seasonal vegetables and black truffle, delicious, and an equally delicious provolone risotto. I can not wait to come back!

I see from the excellent reviews that the level of the restaurant remains constantly high, certainly thanks to the ability of the managers, exquisite people also in dealing with guests... And I use the term guest, because as a rule, restaurants treat you like a customer. Not here, you feel like a guest! Excellent quality of the dishes offered, from the raw materials to the care in presenting them. A place to return to!

04/08/2024: I give 5 stars to Locanda di Fabio and Vale, something I rarely do because I believe that perfection does not exist and there is always room for improvement, but Fabio deserves them all. It was a real surprise, capable of arousing unique emotions at every course. The venue is elegant but minimal, a perfect combination that creates a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The owner, truly helpful, stands out for his passion and competence, always ready to explain each dish with details that enrich the culinary experience. Each course is a real journey for the taste buds: it is the first time that in a restaurant I have not found any defects in any dish and that every bite gives me positive sensations. The prices are adequate and allow you to return often, a great advantage compared to other places of equal quality. The presentation of the dishes and the culinary technique are decidedly superior to many more renowned restaurants in the area. Among the specialties, the Melburne trout and plin are spectacular, but the octopus also deserves a special mention. The care in preparation and the use of the highest quality raw materials really make the difference. In conclusion, the Locanda di Fabio e Vale is a place that I highly recommend for those looking for a highly experienced gastronomic experience enjoying refined dishes both in terms of raw materials and technique.

14/07/2024: I always really appreciate such willing guys! Certainly raw materials sought among the excellence, I'm sorry about the "Milf" (Fabio will understand the scope I'm referring to). A place where you can go on a tasting journey a couple of times a year! If I have to make two notes, I would add a couple of fine Proseccos to the wine list, and I would add a split to go down a few degrees in the room, unfortunately the July climate doesn't help. Last thing, a couple of choices in desserts for those who are lactose intolerant, a tart made with lactose-free material would be enough. We will definitely be back!!!! Well done!!

04/08/2024: Sono stato a pranzo nella saletta in cui c'è un bel camino. Abbiamo ordinato: una serie di antipasti tutti buoni, come primo piatto ho mangiato una buonissima trippa in brodo e di secondo un'ottima faraona cotta alla creta.

06/07/2024: Trattoria con la T maiuscola, locale antico ben tenuto che racchiude anni passati che non ci sono più,molto accogliente, ampia scelta del menù, piatti tipici genuini e gustosissimi di alta qualità, e porzioni abbondanti, per non parlare della fantastica faraona alla creta che è davvero qualcosa di spaziale , il personale accogliente e gentile ti fa sentire a casa tua, per me che odio i ristoranti stellati ma amo le trattorie di questo genere è il massimo, non vedo l'ora di ritornarci .

29/04/2024: A beautiful discovery in the center of Crema. We had already heard a lot about chef Michele Minchillo but we had not yet had the opportunity to try his cuisine. Excellent dinner, discovery of new flavors and very particular and completely spot-on combinations, very careful plating and noteworthy crockery. Super easy, refined and chic location. The only "sore" note (even if it is not the most appropriate term) is the service, which is not in line with the cuisine. The girls on the staff were all very kind but a little "immature" for being in a starred restaurant. Even at the time of the bill we were "liquidated" with an "everything was fine with dinner"?! When my husband answered "yes" they placed the bill in front of him and that was it. We would also have appreciated a greeting to the chef who usually leaves the kitchen at the end of the evening.

21/07/2024: We had 2 weddings here and we had a really good time in both. Excellent and plentiful food. Matteo and his staff are attentive to everything and available not only for the bride and groom but also for us guests.
