30/08/2025: Easily the best restaurant in bellagio. The most knowledgeable and allergy friendly servers in my entire trip in Italy. Easily finding options to accommodate egg and nut allergies. All of the food was extremely flavourful particularly the grilled laverello. As good as Bellagio gets in price, service and taste.

Profesional, apasionado mostrado a través de cada pequeño detalle, comida brillante en el ambiente perfecto. Los propietarios son genuina y sinceramente amable y encantadora gente que simplemente ama su trabajo! En general y una experiencia increíble que no se puede perder si se encuentra en la zona de Como.

21/08/2025: Disastrous experience. Rude staff and no children's menu. You CANNOT charge a child under 2 for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce €15, and a €3 cover charge. 3 people for a total of €93 for just 3 entrees. Never again.

04/07/2025: It is necessary to go during the week or out of season because on Sundays and in summer the atmosphere, service and food are much worse than the usual standard.

06/07/2025: Absolutely delicious pastries! For €1.50 each, we sampled the entire display case – definitely try them 🤩 The coffee is delicious too. Take-away is also available.

12/03/2025: The best pizza there is. The General has now become our must at least once a week. Pizzas of all types and more. Soft and with ingredients that are not missing. Fresh and quality ingredients. Try it to believe it.

26/08/2025: Fantastic location, good gelato, and reasonable prices for the place. Friendly staff. The bathroom management needs to be reconsidered; it's horrible...

19/08/2025: Excellent location, a must-have; it was the only bar open early. Very high prices, but we're in Bellagio during high season. Unfortunately, the coffee and cappuccino were barely drinkable; I've never had such a bad coffee. The croissants were nothing more than ordinary. Even the gum I bought at the counter was old. A response to my polite "thank you and have a nice day" would have been appreciated. Not to be repeated.

18/08/2025: Third time at this restaurant, always so friendly. Four of us came, service was fast and with a smile, and the pizzas, mamamia, are a must-try! Don't change a thing!👍

02/09/2025: We had a great experience at the Ristorante. Service was very attentive of our needs with a small baby. They provided a high chair and many little attentions throughout the meal, like a free plate of snacks to accompany our drinks (on top of the usual service of bread/cover). The terrace was very romantic with views on the lake. The food itself was pretty good - just don’t expect Michelin star cooking. The prices were also very fair, especially when compared to D-Lounge next door (where we paid almost twice the price for a meal of lesser quality than Vapore). Overall, we thought this was the better choice to dine in Faggeto Lario.

19/08/2025: Attentive service and a beautiful view accompanied a creatively prepared dinner.

12/08/2025: Unfortunately very disappointing: the cream of the appetizer had already dried at the edges, the mains tried to be fancy and special but were honestly just really bad. Some parts seemed just microwaved, the fish smelled very strangely and the veggies were super bland. In addition, there’s so many flashing fairy lights in the room which is quite exhausting to see the blinking the entire time.

08/08/2025: The appetizer was OK, the main course was not good at all. Bitter and sour at the same time. The shrimp were mushy, the tempura batter was very fried and sour... You don't need a college degree to eat noodles and bread. Ask for everything individually (salt and pepper). Very young staff, well mixed. All in all, a very expensive decision. Too bad... For sooooooo many euros, we had expected a lot more. Better to eat on the other side of the lake; they have to make an effort and like to pamper their guests.
