28/04/2025: Ho festeggiato in questo ristorante il mio compleanno in compagnia di amici e mi sono trovata molto bene! Il cibo, il personale e il servizio sono stati ottimi così come la possibilità che mi è stata data di avere la torta personalizzata al posto dei dessert previsti nel menù. Molto bella anche la terrazza con vista dove abbiamo pranzato!

25/05/2025: Unsafe experience and strongly do not recommend. There was a fire at 4am and the alarm went off, the hotel was evacuated and there was no response by management or emergency services. Multiple calls were made to the owner who did not show up. It took almost 20 minutes until someone was able to contact hotel management on WhatsApp since they would not answer the phone. The owner then says “someone smoked in their room, don’t worry about it” without providing any evidence there was no fire. And it took over a hour to turn off the alarm. Reading past reviews this appears to be a known safety issue and happens repeatedly. Once again this hotel is not safe regarding fires and I strongly recommend avoiding.

16/05/2025: We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Marta and staff were extremely nice and helpful. They greeted us at the door and made sure our every need was taken care of. She went above and beyond to explain everything in a clear and concise manner. We even wanted to stay an extra night since we had such a great experience even though oringally we were going to move to another hotel at Bellagio. Marta contacted the other hotel and arranged our refund even though it was pass the deadline, set us up, and made everything easy for us. Finally on the last day, they offered to pack breakfast for us to go as we had to take an early train. Would highly recommend, thank you for a great experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

29/05/2025: Lovely place in the centre of Bellagio, I ate a mountain sandwich, bresaola, rocket and parmesan flakes, really good 😋 friendly and helpful staff I highly recommend ♥️♥️♥️ really good

29/05/2025: An excellent lunch with a salad 🥗 called MEZZA LUNA .. with mushrooms and bresaola.. flakes of parmesan cheese.. dressing to taste😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.. coca cola.. and a nice tiramisu.. J’adore ❤️🥳😍 and the girls are really kind and very nice 😊😇☺️

21/05/2025: A little loud, but a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service, delicious meat, and tiramisu. But the highlight for me was definitely the beer! I would recommend it to everyone :)

18/05/2025: Very very good, only with one meat dish we noticed that it was full of fat and when we reported it they wanted to bring another dish to fix it, when we said we didn't want another dish the owner deducted the order of this dish from our bill. Another problem with the hamburger that had the meat a little raw, but when we reported it they quickly brought another hamburger cooked perfectly. Even though there were these two problems all the other dishes we ordered were excellent. I give 5 stars because the reaction of the staff in front of the problem must also be evaluated, in this case excellent reaction.

11/06/2025: Very good pizza, lasagna bolognese and risotto with mushrooms. The burger was also good. A place with a beautiful view of Lake Como. We spent 4 days nearby and this was our favorite bistro☺️

03/05/2025: Truly unforgettable experience! The restaurant has an exceptional setting, with attention to every detail and with a view of the lake that leaves you speechless. The staff were impeccable, special thanks to Faisal who was very kind and super professional throughout the evening. We were greeted with great kindness and were seated at a table with a spectacular view of the lake. During dinner there was also live music, which made the atmosphere even more magical. We ate very well, well prepared and really tasty dishes. It is a place that I absolutely recommend, perfect for a special evening. I recommend going before dark to make the most of the view and the unique atmosphere of the place. Super recommended!

12/05/2025: We came to this restaurant for lunch on a Monday. We immediately realized that there was no professional in the kitchen. What was served was not risotto but dry rice with saffron without much taste. We reported this to the chef de service who simply replied that the chef was off today. For the prices charged, one can expect that a good quality risotto will be served. It's a real shame but the guests don't come like that anymore.

17/11/2024: The last time I ate there was at Easter and then it closed for renovation but it's November and it doesn't open... why? Can we find out when it reopens?

18/02/2025: Premetto che sono andata a mangiare in questo ristorante solo una volta nel 2024 ma vedendo continue recensioni positive mi sento in dovere di raccontare la mia esperienza perché io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa a cena. Vedendo foto e recensioni, oltre che i prezzi elevati, ci aspettavamo di mangiare davvero bene o perlomeno meglio di come si mangia a casa. Invece abbiamo concluso che le recensioni non erano affidabili. Piatti con materie prime e abbinamenti che sembrano ricercati ma poi non rispecchiano le aspettative. Piatti non buoni e soprattutto costosi. Abbiamo quasi sempre lasciato i piatti mezzi pieni. Unico piatto mangiabile il dolce. Mi dispiace veramente scrivere recensioni negative infatti solitamente evito ma in questo caso ci sono veramente troppi commenti positivi che non condivido e forviano chi va a provare il ristorante. Mise en place e arredi molto belli, moderni, fini ed eleganti. Sarebbero perfetti per una cena romantica… senza mangiare

31/05/2025: Friendly staff, speaking French, shaded terrace sheltered from the road or with a view of the lake. Very good pizza, pasta too. The service was a little slow, (knowing that there were 10 of us!) but the setting kept us waiting without any problem. The prices are reasonable.

31/05/2025: We came for a drink. But the service was super friendly that we also decided to order food. Amazing view of the lake. Service when above and beyond. She literally pulled the heavy umbrella for us, that we would have shade from the 30'c weather.

19/05/2025: L'Osteria dell'Alpe is one of those rare places that feels like home from the moment you walk in, thanks to the warm, attentive service from the whole team—especially Anna, who seemed to read our minds when it came to food and wine. We've returned five times already, making it a must-stop every time we pass from Switzerland to Lago di Como to enjoy their delicious local cuisine made with fresh, mountain-sourced ingredients like cheese and salami. It’s so special that my father even traveled from Hungary just to savor their famous Fiorentina and polenta—an unforgettable meal in a truly welcoming setting.

25/04/2025: Die bestellten Speisen waren von einer sehr schlechten Qualität und äußerst lieblos angerichtet. Als Gast hat man das Gefühl man stört obwohl das Restaurant kaum besucht war. Toiletten sehr schmutzig.Restaurant lebt wohl von seiner schönen Lage am See.

08/03/2025: Am 7. März durch Zufall diese nette, etwas versteckt am See liegende Restaurant gefunden. Die direkt am See, in der Sonne liegende Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht, läd zum verweilen ein. Eine ausgewogene Speisekarte mit, trotz der nahen Schweiz, normalen Preisen. Die von uns bestellten Gerichte waren alle von sehr guter Qualität. Ein super freundliches Personal rundete den Aufenthalt ab. Einzigster Kritikpunkt; die sanitären Einrichtung könnte besser sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder,
