30/03/2026: The pastry shop is located across from Lake Como. We had a proper Italian coffee and the pastries were all exquisite. The owners provided excellent service and the view was unique.

30/04/2026: It's a shame the location is so noisy (very busy road). Otherwise, it's a family-run hotel, the restaurant is good, and the staff are friendly.
23/03/2026: We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The room was clean, and the view from the hotel was amazing. You could enjoy your breakfast and dinner surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The food was good, and the service was excellent as well.
There was nothing to complain about.
My three-year-old child was even sad at the end because he didn’t want to leave.🤗
A very nice Family mange the Hotel thank you for your hospitality and patience 😊

08/06/2026: It's absolutely terrible. There's an employee who's awful and slow, and if you order something, it takes forever to arrive. I don't even know her name. The worst thing a tourist can do is come and wander around this awful village. I don't know what they think they are.
30/05/2026: The staff was rude and rude, unsuitable for customer service.
I went with 11 friends and we were very disappointed with the service. The girls working were very rude, especially the cashier.
I'm sorry, but I will never return, and I don't recommend anyone else to go either.

14/06/2026: After aperitif: the cocktail was good, as was the food they brought, but it was a bit dull and nothing exceptional.
Then the selection of dishes/products for the aperitif was not well coordinated. And it was also quite expensive.
18/04/2026: I'm giving it one star because €10 for a Coke is unacceptable in a place like this, in a suburb near the station.
Now I understand why it was half empty on a Friday night.

31/03/2026: A rather disappointing experience at this restaurant.
The service was truly lacking. The young waitress was not at all friendly, paying little attention to the customers, which created a rather cold impression from the start. As for the food, a major disappointment: a Caesar salad (€16) served... without any presentation. I also asked for bread, which never arrived, despite several reminders. Meanwhile, the table next to us, which had the exact same dish, was properly served with bread and dressing. It's hard not to feel a lack of fairness and consideration.
This is all the more frustrating because these are basic restaurant service standards. An experience I will not repeat.
31/03/2026: We ordered drinks (two glasses of wine and a soft drink) while waiting for our food. Two men arrived with three dogs and sat at the next table. We called the waitress over to tell her we didn't want to eat next to animals, and she replied that it was normal. We asked her to charge us for the drinks because we would leave if we didn't, at which point the manager came over and threatened us if we didn't pay for the food we had been served. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service was rude and very unpleasant.

I went to this place, expecting it to be good, precisely because of these reviews. Instead, I found the food to be poor quality (preserved cured meats from bags and day-old bread). Furthermore, the platter arrived a full 30 minutes after we ordered, despite there being only a few tables. They don't have a dedicated wine menu with prices, only glasses. The wine was served in a steel glass without ice, which was warm shortly afterward. A truly terrible experience!!!
22/06/2026: I had good expectations, totally disappointing, never seen a wine shop without a wine list, only glasses. Not to mention the cutting boards produced by discounters, they are no longer there, especially a 35 euro bottle served in a steel cylinder without ice, shameful.

21/03/2026: The place has been closed and up for sale for several months.
11/03/2026: Wonderful place, my only regret is not having discovered it sooner. A real gem.
The atmosphere is very refined and intimate, you're welcomed like a guest, and the attention to the food is beyond ordinary.
The menu features dishes like "elephant ear" (which I'll definitely try again) or other traditional dishes like rice with perch, but... their signature dish is chicken (we're not talking about chickens from intensive farms, but local ones), and we also enjoyed trying the pasta with clams and bottarga.
The quality-price ratio is strongly influenced by the quality.
It's quickly becoming one of the places I'll recommend to friends and acquaintances to make a good impression. Congratulations!
