20/01/2025: Attracted by this corner on the lake, we decided to have lunch on Sunday. The boy and girl present were very kind and helpful. But on food, we're not quite there.

29/09/2024: Nos alojamos en el Florence Hotel por 5 noches y terminamos utilizando el restaurante Florencia 3 veces porque el restaurante era muy bueno. La comida es fantástica! Y seleccionado de un menú bastante conciso. La calidad de los ingredientes es tan fresca y la cocina y la presentación es fácilmente lo que se encuentra en un restaurante de alta gama. El personal es amable, informado y muy profesional en ese trabajo dirigido por Marco el gerente que se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable. 07/09/2024: Hermoso restaurante en Bellagio. Desafortunadamente estaba lloviendo durante nuestra reserva en este restaurante. El personal era brillante y nos trasladaron dentro en el comedor formal, que era hermoso. La comida era increíble y todo el personal era excepcional en este lugar - muy amable y profesional. Muy recomendable!

18/03/2025: Negative experience. We went this morning. We waited a long time to order at the table. 2 people arrived, sat down and immediately ordered. Then I got angry and so we ordered too. There are 2 of us. The terrible brioche lasts upon payment, pointed out but nothing, I'm just sorry. I don't recommend it, if you pass through those parts avoid it

08/03/2025: Pessima esperienza. Siamo arrivati con un lieve ritardo, avvisando in anticipo, ma siamo stati trattati con scortesia fin dal primo momento. Il servizio è stato terribile: i camerieri scortesi e poco professionali, e mentre stavamo ancora mangiando hanno iniziato a sparecchiare, come se volessero mandarci via in fretta. Il cibo? Un disastro. Le polpette erano di qualità discutibile e hanno causato malessere a uno dei commensali, che ha addirittura vomitato dopo averle mangiate. Il resto delle portate nulla di che, con sapori poco curati e ingredienti di scarsa qualità. L’unica cosa degna di nota è stata la focaccia servita come pane, ma di certo non basta per giustificare un’esperienza così negativa. Sconsigliato sotto ogni aspetto: cibo scadente, servizio pessimo e accoglienza inesistente. Non ci torneremo mai più.

18/03/2025: I was just passing through and decided to stop for breakfast. I ate a small lobster tail with lemon cream. I ate it but with difficulty, the cream inside was not at all pleasant. Average coffee.

19/03/2025: An honest review: my Fiance and I stayed at hotel Flori (excellent) - we decided to book a night for dinner at the restaurant as we may have heard the chef was well known. We normally do not do reviews like this, but be warned, food was extremely underwhelming and extremely expensive. We had a bottle of wine, two mains, and one appetizer. The pasta was extremely undercooked, appetizer was stale and so was the bread, and the whole time, the servers watched and circled our table like hawks. Our bill had come out to 200 euros before our gratuity and they had also added their own gratuity to the bill - so double check your receipts. My Fiance did not check and tipped them atleast 20-30 euros because he wanted to give the servers some service since it was a slow night - our fault for not checking but the servers should have the decency to say a something. It was a disappointing experience, go at your own risk.

04/04/2025: Resto très cozy. Personnel adorable et chaleureux et disponible pour la clientèle. Rapport qualité prix abordable. Je vous recommande très fortement ce resto si vous allez à Cômo en Italie.

21/03/2025: I strongly advise against it. If you are looking for an all you can eat this is the last place to go, but let's start with order. First of all you cannot order more than 3 dishes at a time per person, there are several waitresses in the room but you can only order from those who have an iPad. The result is that to have 6 dishes we waited more than an hour between one course and the next, every time we asked the waitresses to order we were bounced because we had to ask the waitress with the iPad, obviously these waitresses are very busy between the tables and so a lot of time is wasted. Furthermore the courses are brought only by the waitresses without an iPad, and this is a clear tactic of the restaurant to avoid placing a new order right away. The restaurant plays on time to avoid customers ordering more courses to have a higher profit margin. The quality of the food is average, so the waiting time is not worth it. Not failed, but very much failed.

15/03/2025: Unfortunately dishes never arrived....the dishes almost devoid of fish only rice and stress to keep calling and asking for things that never arrived....never again
