12/06/2025: The quality of the restaurant has definitely improved with the arrival of the new chef. The dishes are creative and carefully prepared, I highly recommend the tubetto and the dessert with buffalo ricotta. You can dine outside with a lake view or inside, and both options offer a great experience.

06/06/2025: Disappointing experience for the price. Later edit after restaurant reply: the mains cost around 55-60 euros, but neither the quality or the size of the portion justify this price (the fish was overcooked and the meat was undercooked). we did not even consider buying deserts, when the price is 30 euros. the restaurant is simply overpriced.

12/05/2025: Non era la prima volta che andavo in questo ristorante, normalmente lo avrei definito "senza infamia e senza lode". Dopo la cena di eri sera devo rivedere la mia opinione! Anniversario di matrimonio, ci vado con moglie e figli. Decidiamo di fare antipasto misto di pesce e grigliata mista di secondo. Il cameriere ci esorta a prendere i tagliolini al granchio "così fresco che cammina ancora". Due figli si lasciano ingolosire e li ordinano. Porzione abbondante, una bella presentazione ma del granchio c'è solo una chela striminzita... o meglio, c'è tutto il carapace ma è vuoto e nel sugo della pasta ci sono gamberetti e di granchio nemmeno l'ombra! 25,00 € a porzione per un piatto di linguine ai gamberetti.... nonostante le rimostranze al cameriere, nè le scuse nè uno sconto. Non ci tornerò mai più!

08/05/2025: Cerco un ristorante a ridosso del confine per fare un buon pasto prima di affrontare l’inferno svizzero o dopo averlo affrontato. Per ora non ho trovato nulla di adatto alle mie esigenze. Codesta vetreria l’ho provata un giorno feriale a pranzo. C’era solo un menu di due portate, un menu con un primo e uno con secondo. Prezzi da fast food. Mi è capitato ormai molte volte, soprattutto nell’Italia laboriosa in pianura padana, di sperimentare ristoranti a pranzo che offrono esclusivamente queste soluzioni a bassissimo prezzo, ma che rendono impossibile un giudizio sereno sulla qualità della cucina. Quindi tre stelle, che significa un’astensione. Meglio di un McDonald, ma non tanto di più.

27/04/2025: I had already been there in the past and it was always normal, nothing special but this time I was really disappointed, besides the fact that the place was very crowded, the pizzas were not made with fresh ingredients. I didn't like it at all, as if after dinner I even got food poisoning!

19/05/2025: Non è la prima volta che vado a cena in questo ristorante e ancora una volta si è confermato per quello che già pensavo, un'ottima soluzione. Seppur non privato, il ristorante ha un ampio parcheggio a pochi metri in una piazza panoramica. Il ristorante sembra essersi fermato negli anni 3o ed è proprio questa la sua caratteristica migliore. Una piccola stanza in stile soggiorno con camino (e una più grande in caso di compagnie numerose) compongono l'attività. Noi cerchiamo di cenare sempre nella stanza piccola per l'atmosfera che si crea. Le mie foto descriveranno meglio ciò che dico. Il cibo è ottimo, a menù fisso, ci si alza che si è completamente sazi. Diverse portate costituiscono il menù fisso tra cui un tagliere di affetatti, polenta, pasta e carni. Un piatto con 5 dolci diverse per concludere. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale, i servizi igienici piuttosto comodi. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per una cena in stile montano, per esperienza mia credo che in inverno la si goda di più. Prenotate assolutamente.
