Profesional, apasionado mostrado a través de cada pequeño detalle, comida brillante en el ambiente perfecto. Los propietarios son genuina y sinceramente amable y encantadora gente que simplemente ama su trabajo! En general y una experiencia increíble que no se puede perder si se encuentra en la zona de Como.

Devo tornare x ristorante...le premesse sono buone😉 ah...rapp qualità prezzo ottimo... Come promesso sono tornato per provare anche il ristorante e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto...spaghetti frutti di mare eccellenti al cartoccio...insomma val la pena venire a fare un giro sin da Milano per trovare cortesia simpatia qualità e....perche no...prezzi giusti. Bravi Febbraio 2021...Oramai sono anni che sono un affezionato Cliente. 19/08/2025: We ordered two kebabs for takeout. They were delivered in a pizza box that barely closed. The side was left open, resulting in cold kebabs. The biggest disappointment was that there was barely any meat inside, not even a hint of aroma. Lots of salad. Unfortunately, we hadn't read the negative reviews about the kebab beforehand, which turned out to be all correct.

01/10/2025: I came to have coffee there with my family and we sat for an hour for them to come to take our order. We sat for an hour waiting for the order to be taken. Finally, we got up after we got fed up with their service towards us, which was the opposite with foreigners.

24/09/2025: My experience at this café on the second floor was unfortunately bad. We entered and the outdoor seating overlooking the lake was all empty, but the Indian waiter refused to let us in claiming it was booked even though we asked him more than three times. His manners were very bad, so we had to sit inside at the entrance. Our seating was uncomfortable because of the waiters' annoyance and bad treatment from the time we sat down and it was empty until we left. No one used it. This made me leave the place with a very bad impression because the Indian waiter was letting foreigners in and not us because we are Arabs.

18/09/2025: Al Veluu came as a highly recommended restaurant and it was such a disappointment. My bf and I came here for our first night of vacation dinner, it’s important to note, we’re 26. When we first arrived the server gave us our menus and quickly took our orders, I found it strange that they didn’t offer specials with such a limited menu, but no big deal. We ordered filet for dinner for 2, “cooked table-side” (according to the menu) for $100. The waiter told us we “probably wouldn’t like the mustard sauce” and offered us a red wine sauce instead, great, so we thought. About 20 minutes after we were sat another older American couple (probably late 40s) was sat next to us and we overheard the waiter listing a round of specials. Initially just disappointed we didn’t hear them, we assumed the server forgot (happens!). They also ordered the steak dinner for two. When our steaks came out, i was surprised they weren’t cooked tableside as the menu said, but they were decent and we were modestly happy with them. However, when the older American couples steaks began to be actually cooked table side, we were VERY confused. For one, why were theirs cooked table side and ours weren’t? And then we saw their steaks. The size and quality difference in the cuts of meat we were offered was night and day. While we were served small/thinner (6oz) serlions, they were served HUGE thick filets. At this point we were SO CONFUSED and should have said something but we had finished our meal, been there for 2 hours and wanted dessert and to leave. The tiramisu was fantastic. Finally, they offered to call us a cab which we accepted, except we wouldn’t have if we knew it would take over an hour to arrive and we watched 4 other tables get priority and their cabs were called after ours, picked them up first. Again, could have been down to situation except we were all staying in the same hotel .5 a mile away. My bf and I felt like the staff saw a young couple and assumed we either didn’t have money or didn’t know what to expect of a high class restaurant experience. Either way - it was clear our experience was incredibly different from those around us.

17/08/2025: Fantastic lunch, with quality ingredients and excellent cooking. Delicious ice cream. All this combined with a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful staff. Must try.

02/06/2025: We had two cocktails, no appetizers were offered. The non-alcoholic cocktail was basically a mix of two fruit juices, while the alcoholic cocktail was not bad. The bar seemed to be in a hurry to close by noon.
