29/03/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una giornata favolosa. I proprietari sono persone favolose, il cibo è di qualità ed è preparato con tanto impegno dalla favola e brava cuoca Susy. Consiglio a tutti di andarci almeno una volta. Posto adatto soprattutto a famiglie con figli.

29/03/2025: I've been there several times and had a great time!! They are all very kind and very helpful, the food is delicious, particular and placed with great care on the plates. Outside there is also an area where you can sit in the open air, another with some animals and an area where children can stay. It's a place I would recommend to everyone❤️

16/01/2025: Quiero advertirle que evite hacer reservas en este restaurante e ingresar los datos de su tarjeta de crédito. Tuve una experiencia preocupante donde, a pesar de llamar al restaurante desde nuestro hotel para informarles que no podríamos hacer nuestra reserva debido al último ferry que salió antes de nuestra hora de reserva, todavía cobraron a mi tarjeta $ 166 por no presentarse. Afortunadamente, pagué con una tarjeta Amex, y me reembolsaron, pero aún así fue una experiencia muy inquietante. También traté de contactar al restaurante para hablar con el gerente, pero el responsable, Pietro, me dijo que la gerente, María Apatria, se negó a hablar conmigo. Tenga cuidado si decide hacer una reserva aquí.

28/09/2024: Premetto che questa mia recensione si riferisce alla mia (ultima) esperienza in questa pizzeria datata 27/07/2024. Parlando della qualità della pizza: decisamente più bassa rispetto alle altre volte che l'avevo presa, in quanto è venuta bruciata in vari punti, troppo croccante e con poco condimento, dunque bocciata rispetto al passato (perché ERO cliente fisso, una volta ogni 7/10 gg). E già questo, basterebbe per giustificare 1 stella. Ma il motivo di questa mia recensione è un altro, perché può capitare a chiunque di sbagliare una volta una pizza. Ebbene, la 4 formaggi bianca in questa pizzeria costa 8.50€, avendola già presa più volte come detto nelle settimane e mesi precedenti. Quel fatidico 27/07/2024 arrivo alle 19 circa (apertura pizzeria, quindi ero solo io) per prendermela da asporto e mangiarla a casa. Nel frattempo pago, e fornisco in CONTANTI 15 euro (una banconota da 10 e una da 5) al proprietario Sig. Arturo (il quale, a differenza delle altre volte, non dice neanche il prezzo da pagare), per pagare la mia pizza di 8.50. Errore mio, perché se una cosa costa 8.50, perché devo dare 15 euro (10+5)? Non bastava dare la banconota da 10? Ripeto, errore mio, ero sovrappensiero e stanco perché avevo avuto una giornata lavorativa di quasi 11 ore. Detto questo, il sig. Arturo mi dà come resto 2.50 euro a moneta (quindi ho pagato la pizza 12.50). Lì per lì penso che nel giro di 10 giorni la pizza è aumentata di 4 euro (da 8.50 a 12.50), molto strano direi. Comunque, prendo la pizza (brutta e non venuta bene) e la mangio a casa. Un'oretta dopo circa, per curiosità, vado a vedere lo scontrino, e vedo che è riportato che la pizza è stata pagata 8.50, e non effettivamente 12.50 (15 da me forniti a cui vanno sottratti i 2.50 di resto che mi ha dato). Al che mi arrabbio, e molto. In un primo momento penso, per giustificare Arturo, che non ha visto la banconota da 5 che gli ho dato (comunque impossibile, perché quando era alla casa e gli ho dato le due banconote, le ha riposte entrambe ed ha esitato un attimo nello scegliere il resto da darmi, come sorpreso dalla mia mossa) e che mi ha dato il resto come se io gli avessi fornito solo 10 euro. In realtà, anche questa mia ipotesi è falsa, perché allora avrebbe dovuto darmi 1.50 euro di resto, e non 2.50, come invece ha fatto. Ciò significa che è stato tutto volontario e studiato. Ecco quindi configurata la "furbata" (per non adoperare altri termini molto più pesanti ma adatti). Ma non è finita qui. Perché in fondo allo scontrino è riportato "pagamento mediante bancomat". Ecco, come già ho detto sopra, il tutto è invece avvenuto con pagamento tramite contanti. Ancora a testimonianza della volontarietà e coscienza della furbata che il sig. Arturo ha fatto nei miei confronti. Il tutto, specifichiamo, per guadagnare 4 euro in più su una 4 formaggi bianca di un cliente. 4 euro. Una pizzeria storica e rinomata di Como. Mi sembra quantomeno assurdo ed inspiegabile, sempre per non adoperare altri termini. Io poi non sono ritornato a chiedere spiegazioni al sig. Arturo, scontrino alla mano, inerenti il pagamento della pizza, sia perche un'ora dopo, secondo me, non avrebbe avuto senso, sia perché per 4 euro non vado fallito (invece a qualcuno sembra che facciano più che comodo....). In conclusione, è ovvio che non tornerò mai più in questa pizzeria, sia per la storia assurda che ho appena raccontato, sia perché comunque al di là di tutto, la qualità pizza le ultime volte era veramente calata. Il sig. Arturo ha guadagnato 4 euro in più una volta, ma ha perso un cliente fisso (sono sicuro che non ci dormirà la notte sul fatto di aver perso un cliente come me), il quale diffonderà questa storia in giro e metterà una cattivissima parola sulla pizzeria e sulla persona.

01/04/2025: The chicken dish was a disgrace: two wafer-thin slices, overcooked, with an extremely sour, inedible sauce, and no side dishes. The price was far too high. Our salads were served after the main course. The pizza was large, but bland, tasting like white bread. The staff had taken our order in English. When we raised our criticism in response to the question, "Tutto Bene," suddenly none of the waiters understood English. The beer was poured significantly below the limit. The prices, including the coperto, were too high! Once and never again!

24/02/2025: Small portions, high prices, sea food and small fish in disgusting frying, the taste of old oil stays on the tongue for a long time 🤮 Totally low-class fast food 😢 Medium beer 0.4l for €5.50

06/11/2024: One star in principle because despite the specifics of the Google Maps point linked to this activity it gave constant opening hours and days without mentioning any type of restriction, it was closed. There is no point in commenting because a simple change in opening and closing times and days would be enough, even more so if it concerns long weekends or holidays. It is a question of relationship and fairness towards the customer.

07/03/2025: Order on Just it, arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and the guys were super nice, they even gave us a free pizza because they were closing and didn't want to throw it away, a gesture that was super appreciated given the amount of food that is thrown away nowadays, I would give 10 stars just for the importance that these guys give to food.

23/02/2025: The sweet lady who cashed me out was patient with me when I was ordering in English (despite the place being very chaotic due to many orders), for some things I used the translator. The young man baking and cooking in the kitchen was kind too and helped me as well! The place is clean and has a seating area with 6 tables (3 for 4 people, 3 for 2 people). I ordered takeout for both my visits. The menu is extensive and everything I ordered was delicious! The pizza kebab speciale (9 euro) was my favourite (on the photo), but really all seem to be good. I also tried pizza simpatia (9 euro) and pizza kebab (7.50 euro) (without speciale), they were amazing. The piadina kebab was good and the fries too! I kinda regret not getting focaccia nutella. Already miss this place :’)

27/10/2024: It's nice to sit outdoors right by the lake. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences twice. Both times I was charged for a drink more than what was ordered and consumed. There was only pizza. You couldn't order pasta, meat or fish in the summer of 2024, nor a salad, as far as I remember. It is a family business. The service is friendly but the offerings are inadequate and completely overpriced. I'm sorry to have to say this so clearly. The restaurant itself has the charm of a gymnasium. You will also look in vain for parking spaces. Rarely have I been so disappointed.

11/12/2024: Ottima scoperta di questo ristorante a poca distanza dal luogo di lavoro. Già ampiamente descritto nei precedenti post il locale. Preferisco soffermarmi su due particolari apparentemente banali ma che fanno la differenza tra questo Locale e altri: la rapidità del del servizio e la qualità dei prodotti. In poco meno di due ore abbiamo mangiato antipasto primo secondo e dolce che si sono susseguiti in maniera regolare consentendo il giusto riposo tra una portata e l’altra ma impedendo quelle terribili attese a cui alcuni ristoranti ti hanno abituato. Nulla da dire sulla qualità dei prodotti che, pur non essendo un grande esperto, mi sono parsi ottimi.

27/10/2024: Tris di primi e tris di secondi, squisiti. Porzioni adeguate, accostamento di ingredienti e delicatezza di sapori, abbinamento vini…. Location carina, servizio adeguato. Vivamente consigliato.

Classic method and vintage Proseccos... But dark chocolate is a true delight for connoisseurs.... Also in the Orange version... Well done Monica, welcoming and meditative environment.... Top of the range in the upper valley
