20/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato domenica in famiglia, 8 persone, siamo stati bene, molto bene! Personalmente ho scelto il menu degustazione pesce cotto (si può avere anche crudo e cotto) tutte portate ottime particolari al gusto e bellissima la presentazione..gentile lo chef, molto bravi i ragazzi che servono, se c’è qualche piccola mancanza di qualcuno, c’è un altro che interviene…eccezionale lo spaghettone con tartare di scampo..

29/01/2025: A nice surprise! Even though it was a lunch with friends on an ordinary Saturday, chef Marco Rossi delighted us with excellent dishes, specifically fish-based. The octopus and potatoes were truly excellent, perhaps the best I have tasted in many years. Beautiful view, nice menu, excellent service, excellent cellar. Cost adequate for the general quality but in my opinion decidedly lower than other similar restaurants. Must try! January 29, 2025 Review update. We returned for lunch and once again great pleasure in everything from the food to the hospitality. I recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

19/02/2025: Fantastic place. I was passing through but I found a passionate manager with whom we discussed beers and typical dishes. Even though I'm from Varese, I have to admit that I envy this tavern from the people of Como. I will definitely be back, great beers and exceptional service

16/10/2024: Informal place where you can drink a beer and nibble on something, or eat a real dish. Prices in line with the average of Como centre, an average 7 euros, a pinsa from 10 euros upwards (the margherita). In my opinion a little expensive, but I repeat, on average with Como prices now. I didn't like that we had a first round of beers and they brought us a platter, then two more rounds of beers but not even any chips...so. We had to order something to eat

Questo ristorante si distingue non solo per la qualità eccezionale dei suoi piatti, ma anche per l’attenzione alla materia prima, trattata con maestria e rispetto. La cucina Il menù è un omaggio alla stagionalità e alla tradizione, con un tocco di modernità che esalta i sapori senza mai stravolgerli. Le materie prime sono selezionate con cura maniacale: verdure freschissime,pesce che sembra arrivare direttamente dal mare al piatto. Ogni portata è un equilibrio perfetto tra sapore, consistenza e presentazione. I dolci, poi, sono la ciliegina sulla torta: delicati e irresistibili. L’ambiente Il contrasto tra la raffinatezza della cucina e lo stile dell’ambiente crea un contrasto tutto suo. Il locale è caratterizzato da un arredo retrò che trasuda nostalgia degli anni ‘60 . Mobili in legno scuro, tovaglie bordo’ come le tende ,quadri che sembrano provenire da un mercatino d’epoca contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera intima e familiare. Tuttavia, questa scelta potrebbe non piacere a chi cerca un ambiente più moderno e minimalista. Conclusione Questo ristorante è la scelta ideale per chi mette la qualità del cibo al primo posto e apprezza l’autenticità. L’ambiente retrò potrebbe non essere per tutti, ma contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza ancora più memorabile. Consigliato per una cena rilassante, dove i sapori genuini e la passione per la cucina sono i veri protagonisti.

16/02/2025: Nice location, we took a seafood pizza where most of the shells of the mussels and clams were empty, a classic sliced ​​on a bed of rocket and baked potatoes, all good, for dessert a panna cotta and cannoli cake, high prices for a simple plating, a very low passing grade, menu list with restaurant prices with refined dishes (see like a restaurant in the Bulgarian area) and this is not the place, very friendly but too much service hurry, a little break between one course and the other wouldn't be bad, a little too much canteen on that side. Worth seeing again anyway

12/01/2025: A splendid, tucked away location off the beaten path, reveals a beautifully shaded, naturally rustic setting and most importantly, a genuinely delightful dining gem in Porlezza. The service is warm, welcoming and friendly, the food is freshly prepared, presented enticingly and fabulously flavorful. Overall a completely enjoyable and memorable Italian experience, unconditionally recommended!

16/02/2025: Disappointing experience: mediocre quality at an exaggerated price I went to this restaurant for a special dinner and chose the 7-course tasting menu, convinced that I would have a gastronomic experience worthy of the asking price. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The dishes were simple and lacked creativity in flavours. I expected a refined balance and a technique capable of surprising, but instead I found myself eating dishes that I could have found in any average restaurant on the lake, without any justification for the disproportionate cost. To accompany dinner, we took a bottle of sparkling wine, the price of which was justified (around 40). On the advice of the owner, we added two glasses of (I'm pretty sure) Nebbiolo di Traversa, paid €36, a figure decidedly disproportionate compared to the perceived quality and real cost of the bottle. What's more, the bottle they came from was already open. To complete the bill, two bottles of sparkling water for €12, another detail that makes you think. I would like to point out that I am a winemaker and I have drunk many bottles. I know how to recognize when a wine has a justified price and when customers are being taken advantage of. And in this case, the mark-up on the glasses was decidedly out of proportion. Note of merit on the glass dedicated to Nebbiolo, a blown Italesse. For the sparkling wine, a Bormioli printed with the restaurant's silk-screen printing. The service, courteous and attentive, did not make up for the disappointment of the cuisine. The final bill was excessive compared to the quality of the experience. It's not enough to serve well to justify certain prices: at these levels we demand substance, not just aesthetics. Unfortunately, an experience that I will not repeat and that I do not recommend to those looking for a real tasting experience with a good quality-price ratio on the lake. Total €310

19/02/2025: Bravo! Un endroit merveilleux! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Tout est parfait: le personnel, les plats, les pizzas, les boissons et les desserts! Produits frais, du fait maison. La qualité est excellente et les prix sont très corrects! L'accueil est très bien, la déco est super! A voir et à goûter!!!

20/01/2025: I had the opportunity to have lunch in this place for the first time with some colleagues Among the proposals for the Wednesday working lunch there is also the hamburger, which I chose. I was very satisfied especially with the high quality of the ingredients. Even colleagues, who preferred traditional dishes such as cazuola with polenta, were very happy with their choice. Particularly appreciated was the service, quick and friendly. I will certainly have the opportunity to return to appreciate the chef's other proposals.

17/01/2025: Risotto with fried perch fillets, very good and appreciated by the whole table. The starters are the classic 90s ones. Mixed starter with lake fish, risotto with perch, dessert, coffee and wine, around 40 euros each. The ladies in the table management service are very quick and kind.
