15/09/2025: The staff was very nice and it truly has a beautiful location. The food however, I’m not sure where to start. This was the worst tasting food Ive ever had in a restaurant. We actually paid to leave and they were nice enough to discount us. Again, they are very nice but for food, this is the last place you should choose. Ive never experienced something like this before, truly horrible.

03/12/2025: A historic restaurant, also appreciated for its wide selection of gluten-free dishes. The restaurant is quite large, with two dining rooms. Parking is limited, but there's a large municipal parking lot nearby. Recommended.

18/11/2025: Excellent! I would give the hotel 5 stars, definitely not 3. Everything is top-notch! From the reception to the restaurant! The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, the bed is crisp and rustling white! The mattress and pillows are soft. The spa and wellness area has a very comfortable jacuzzi, a sauna with a moderate heat, and delicious lemongrass tea. Breakfast includes omelets, sausages, red fish, and, of course, fruit and sweets, nuts, and the best coffee. Everything in the cafe is delicious and very fast. The restaurant serves exquisite and delicious dinners, with a stunning view of the lake! In short, I've never seen or been to better food!

06/11/2025: We went there on the recommendation of an acquaintance, and I must say we had a great time. The staff was truly kind and attentive to every request, explaining the dishes in detail with a very pleasant cordiality. Highly recommended, even for large groups.

18/10/2025: Staying for one night, great welcome: Spacious room and everything was very clean and quiet. At breakfast, we were greeted by a charming, smiling, and attentive lady. She made our experience wonderful, even drawing on our lattes 👌🏼 Awesome! I highly recommend it!

22/09/2025: Kind and polite owners and staff, impeccable service and delicious food! Additionally, the restaurant (hotel) offers 2 halls suitable for group/company events. The venue is strategically positioned between Como, Lecco, Milan and Bergamo, which offers excellent logistical connections to main North Italian arteries and 3 airports.

07/12/2025: I can't rate the restaurant because it was closed. The place is beautiful from the outside. I passed by on one of my bike rides after a good snowfall. The landscape is surreal and wonderful. At Sighignola there is also a ski lift which, in the months with good snowfall, is also great for having fun with the kids, skiing and private lessons. Highly recommended, but not very big.

21/11/2025: We arrived at noon after visiting the Balcony of Italy, three minutes up the road. Beautiful location, just what you'd expect from a mountain hut: plenty of parking and plenty of seating. A warm welcome and simple, polite, and attentive service. I've seen better photos of the dishes I was served. The fried porcini mushrooms weren't great in my case, but still good and not overly greasy. Pizzoccheri were amazing, truly expertly made. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was a little less so... the pasta was very well cooked, but the ragù was a little bland and lacking, especially compared to some photos I've seen in other reviews. A quart of red wine on tap was good, along with water, coffee, and a shared tiramisu. The cream was very good, and the ladyfingers were barely soaked in the coffee, much to my wife's delight, but not so much mine 😁 All for €46. The price of the individual dishes is a bit high in my opinion, but they're the only ones there, so I'd say they were fair compared to what they could have done. Next time we'll definitely make sure to visit the Balcony of Italy again around noon 😋
