21/09/2025: Unfortunately, I found a soap wrapper on the bidet that was very dirty, including feces splashes. There was no mini-fridge, not even a bottle of water at the entrance. The balconies of the connecting rooms made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. There was not even a Schuko outlet in the room, and the shower had hair. I understand the structure is not new, but I didn't like it. The guy at the entrance was friendly.

12/09/2025: Just had the value menu - absolutely delicious and fantastic value for money! Service was friendly and welcoming. Selected the local wine, Benaco Bresciano Rosso, and was not disappointed. Meal for two with wine was £65. Location is next to the main road but it did not spoil our experience.

12/09/2025: I had a wonderful dining experience at the lakeside restaurant. The refined dishes, carefully presented, delighted my palate. The staff was always courteous and helpful, ensuring impeccable service. The atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. 12/10/2025: The place isn't very well-maintained. I'll be brief: the seafood spaghetti was edible, but we weren't satisfied. Dining there wasn't a good choice.

28/09/2025: The mixed fried fish evening was a success: good fish, generous portions, and friendly, fast service. The tiramisu was very delicious.

03/09/2025: An unassuming bar with a great beachfront location, friendly staff, and great value for money. We ate here three times, and the pizzas and pasta, in particular, were incredibly delicious. In terms of ambiance, you have to be aware that it's more of a beach bar than a restaurant, and for that, it's absolutely fantastic. Best regards to the team.

29/09/2025: Piadina is quite tasty, good for a light lunch. Limonita is homemade and not sweetened. Gelato is relatively cheap, the sorbet is creamy. Club Kave espresso is robust and strong. Overall a nice meal and nice view of the piazza.

21/08/2025: I'm sorry, but I'm forced to edit my review due to two incidents that occurred yesterday afternoon and this evening, namely the lack of service. I should point out that I'm not the one who should be asking the bartenders to serve me, but rather they should be asking what I'd like brought to my table. Furthermore, the internet connection in both dining rooms isn't very good, so the app where you can order with a QR code isn't working. I finally managed to get it to work, but even then, no one served me. Even though I'd ordered through the app, I got up and went to another place.

26/08/2024: The location of the restaurant/bar is the venue's trump card. Overlooking the picturesque beach of Toscolano, 2 steps from the lake. The panoramic terrace offers a vision that alone is worth everything. Clean and welcoming place. Average traditional menu which is specifically designed to better satisfy the numerous German tourists and those of other nationalities... however nothing to say, well cooked. In the peak months it is best to book in advance to have a table on the terrace. Kind and attentive staff. Average prices for the place (Garda is certainly not a "cheap" location)

10/09/2025: The room had an unbearable chlorine smell. The source of the smell was likely a wall next to the bed, where we found extensive mold growth (possibly treated with chlorine). Furthermore, the room didn't even come close to the rooms advertised on the website. The rest of the hotel facilities also didn't resemble the one on the website. We reported the room's deficiencies to reception, whereupon the gentleman responded very rudely and without any apology. We were offered a different room, but since we had lost all trust in this hotel, we decided to leave immediately. The hotel stopped responding to emails requesting a price reduction. Neither the condition of the hotel itself (especially the rooms) nor the way it handled problems like these is worthy of a 4-star hotel. This is unlikely to be an isolated incident, as can be seen from other reviews. Nevertheless, the hotel appears to continue to (knowingly) allocate the specifically affected rooms to other guests without remedying the defects (harmful mold, etc.).
