28/04/2026: Excellent ice cream and among other things I found my favorite flavor (licorice), which is usually not found in holiday resorts.

08/05/2025: Delicious pizza, pleasant atmosphere in an intimate setting.

20/04/2025: I'd been to this place under the previous management, and it wasn't bad. I decided to try the new management for Easter lunch, and the experience was terrible. Everything was seriously lacking, from the terrible service (interminable waits, except for one table that apparently had inexplicably preferential service) to the shameful food quality. It was as if the new management had just moved into the kitchen the day before yesterday. The place is still old and poorly maintained. Absolutely avoid.

11/09/2025: overcooked spaghetti, small portions, some flour instead of parmesan, French fries made from defrosted semi-finished products, piña colada without ice and decorations. There were four of us, we all ordered different dishes and the only thing that tasted good was grilled vegetables. For the same money you can find a better restaurant and enjoy real Italian cuisine. Their only big plus is the location and fast service.

06/09/2025: I would say that my experience is not positive...in fact disappointing at best...I asked for 1 courgette brie and there wasn't any...ok I can understand...but asking for 1 mushroom p and a pizza like that arrives no way...there was no mushroom p...it really had nothing to throw away

18/05/2026: Food was not great. I got the steak, spaghetti, and salad entree. Steak was cooked fine, had 0 taste and lots of fat. Spaghetti was somehow worse then homemade American spaghetti. Salad was like 3 slices of lettuce, a lemon, and a tomato.👎 In addition, I also got a chocolate lava cake (it has a much different name). It wasn't fresh at all I think and overall the total was not worth £41. I do not recommend.

13/05/2026: Seriously the worst food I've had in Italy so far. We got lasagna, two pasta dishes, and a pizza. You could immediately tell it was all frozen. Even the frozen food from Lidl in Germany tasted fresher. My lasagna was still completely cold and raw in the middle. The cook reheated it, but that was incredibly disrespectful. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

20/11/2025: Never go to this café, the service is the worst you can imagine. The man behind the counter is an unpleasant person who looks at customers with contempt and disdain from head to toe. With this kind of attitude, it's better not to work with the public. I will never return. I hope my experience will be useful for other people to avoid going there as well.

04/10/2025: A grumpy waiter initially turned my wife away, assuming she was a passerby and not a guest. Then I gestured from a distance by raising my hand to indicate I wanted to pay. His response: raise my hand...? I then gestured that I wanted to pay. His response... the same gesture again. Finally, he gestured for me to pay inside. I walked in and was given a rude, backhanded scolding, after which I calmly told him to behave himself. What a rude, sociable person. The woman behind the bar was polite and polite!

03/05/2026: In Italy's historic and renowned towns, like Sirmione, there should be mandatory regulations to protect product quality and guarantee their provenance. You can't have an aperitif with packaged products, and besides, you have to insist because we only brought chips. Terrible.

30/04/2026: How can they serve pizza with pre-made dough in Italy? This food is awful... like a stand in Kolobrzeg selling microwaved food from a grocery store.

03/05/2026: Terribly expensive place, prices for ice cream at the table are 100% higher than takeaway.

19/04/2026: We went there today after lunch, and aside from the questionable quality of the ice cream, it's absurd that a business doesn't have a phone number to contact them because we forgot something at the bar. I'm giving it up for lost now, but this is absurd.

04/05/2026: We wanted a small takeaway cup of ice cream, the usual two scoops, but at this place you're forced to buy a huge cup worth five scoops at crazy prices! Rude staff, unwilling to accommodate customers' needs. Clearly, this is the classic place to rip off tourists! I'll never go there again!

04/05/2026: If I could give -10 stars, I would! Terrible, very sweet, and nauseating ice cream. Crazy, exaggerated prices for ice cream. The price list is not displayed, and is not visible. It's a complete scam! They didn't even give us a receipt. The very clever and well-trained staff, who don't want to issue a receipt, distracts customers with the excuse of giving change from the machine. We had a couple of ice cream tubs, which we paid like gold, and since there were free tables outside, we sat down to eat the ice cream (I think it was the minimum amount due, given the very high bill). At this point, the waitress came to kick us out, and in a very rude and impolite manner, she asked us to get up because the tables were reserved 'only' for aperitifs (at 4 PM). Stay away from this place if you don't want to ruin your day with nerves and waste your money!

16/05/2026: BEWARE OF SCAMS! You ask for the smallest ice cream, they say yes, show you the tub, and then they give you the tub and end up charging you €10. Not recommended at all. They act deliberately to deceive you and charge you more. Scam, fraud, rip-off!!! Tourist trap.

14/05/2026: Dear people visiting Sirmione, don't come to this ice cream shop or whatever it is. I'm on a school trip with my class and I wanted to buy some ice cream. They immediately attract tourists by asking if they want to try a flavor from a spoon. If you say yes, they'll most likely let you in and order an ice cream. I did, and I got a two-flavor cone, paying a whopping €10. A friend of mine got a one-flavor cone, paying a whopping €3. A TOURIST SCAM!! DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRICK!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BECOME POOR!!! Best regards, your best friend :)

19/11/2025: A truly wonderful experience in Sirmione! The place is beautiful and well-organized, giving you a unique feeling from the very first moment. What I loved most was the attention to detail and the lemon flavors present in almost everything—a refreshing and distinctive touch that makes the experience different and delicious. The service is excellent, the staff are very professional, and the atmosphere is delightful. It's definitely a place worth visiting again and again. I highly recommend it! 🍋✨

26/10/2025: They seem to be organized to charge you the price of the "maxi" cones, which cost double the price of the "mini" cones (for two flavors, €10 instead of €5). The price sign is misleading (all the prices for the "mini" cones are listed at the top, where the "mini" wording isn't noticeable unless you look carefully, and only at the bottom are the much higher prices for the "maxi" cones). The staff lets you choose from the cones displayed on the counter (covered in chocolate, caramel, etc., or not), without telling you that they are all "maxi" and that there are also "mini" cones that aren't displayed on the counter, but rather hidden in the background. You only notice this when it's too late (in my case, the ice cream was already made, and more importantly, I had already handed over a €20 note and, to my surprise, received only €10 in change). Reading the other reviews, it seems like a well-thought-out, systematic approach. I wonder how long they've been doing this shameful thing for! It deserves a lawsuit!
