26/01/2026: Ristorante Pizzeria Piandass in Borno was a delightful discovery: a welcoming place with a warm, informal atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The menu offers well-prepared, traditional mountain dishes in generous portions, complemented by tasty, well-topped pizzas made with a light, easily digestible dough. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and attentive to the needs of their guests, helping to make everyone feel at ease. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, especially considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. Ultimately, a place where you eat well and where you'll want to return.

28/12/2025: I recently visited PianDass in Borno with fairly high expectations, given the recommendation, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. We started with a cheese platter, which turned out to be a platter of cold cuts. While the cold cuts were good, it was still a significant mistake compared to what we ordered. The speck pizza didn't live up to expectations: the speck, instead of being added raw as is traditional, was cooked, completely altering the flavor of the dish. The main courses didn't improve the situation. The donkey stew had an excessive amount of cloves, with some unpleasant, hard fragments, making the dish difficult to appreciate. The beef tagliata, on the other hand, arrived very unevenly cooked: completely raw on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The only positive notes of the evening were the cold cuts (although they arrived by mistake) and the well-prepared French fries. Overall, the impression is of a kitchen that pays little attention to both orders and cooking methods. A real shame, because the restaurant has potential, but at the moment the experience doesn't live up to expectations.

28/08/2025: Thank you very much for a great stay. Everything was excellent. Amazing view of the lake, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Many thanks also to the hospitable staff and especially the hostess during breakfast.

08/03/2026: We had booked in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that the reservation was invalid because it was "unconfirmed." It's a shame that no one had ever asked us for confirmation or specified that it was necessary. Not recommended due to the incompetence of the staff.

01/03/2026: Probably an unlucky evening. Rigatoni terribly overcooked. Tagliolini with truffle: the amount of truffle confirms it's a poor-quality product, otherwise at that price it's impossible. Mediocre main courses. A huge disappointment given the reviews, although speaking with friends, we're not the only ones who sense a significant deterioration. Significantly expensive for the poor quality.

20/03/2026: The location is excellent, being located in the heart of Brescia's historic center. There are outdoor tables even in winter. The menu is divided into three parts: drinks, coffee, and food. The dishes are delicious and not banal. The aperitif is generous and reasonably priced, not at all excessive. Fast and professional service.

08/03/2026: Absurd, 9.22am on Sunday, croissants finished, I had ordered around 9am, after 20 minutes the waiter arrives with the cappuccino without telling me anything... terrible

18/09/2025: What a fabulous place for pizza the pizza we had were fresh and made quickly over a wood fire - friendly guy making them the owner from Cairo Egypt - we sat had a couple of cold beers and two of the best pizza in Italy - definitely recommend and we will be back - cheap for the quality

05/12/2025: A wonderful evening! The atmosphere is intimate and familiar. The manager, with his genuine warmth and friendliness, made us feel right at home, making the evening even more enjoyable. The cuisine deserves special mention: we enjoyed dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, "risotto with leek, parmesan, and white wine"—a true gem. We'll be back very soon!

23/11/2025: Homemade cuisine based on local tradition, using top-quality, certified ingredients, a family atmosphere, and excellent value. It's become our go-to for business lunches and Sunday lunches. Lorenzo, the owner, is a genuine, spontaneous person, always ready to offer the best recommendations based on the seasonality of their ingredients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

28/10/2025: A restaurant overlooking the Scaligero Castle. We had lunch for four, sharing an appetizer (very good fried gnocco and excellent hand-sliced ​​raw ham) and pizzas. Nothing exceptional, but good and well-cooked. Excellent value, especially considering the central location and the prices of other restaurants.
