Belotti Roberto - Osteria Con Cucina In Ome

Lost in the beautiful Franciacorta region, we decided to treat ourselves to lunch in Ome, and our choice couldn't be any other than Trattoria Belotti. How did it go? Spoiler alert: excellent. 🏠 LOCATION | A trattoria from another era, with a huge front courtyard and an authentic interior that has remained unchanged over time. The atmosphere is authentic, and the constant coming and going of people confirms its historic character. 🚶‍♂️ STAFF | Our server (I assume the owner's wife) was kind and super helpful, giving us excellent advice on what to choose that day. 👨‍🍳 CUISINE | Brescia-Bergamo cuisine with traditional dishes: we chose the classic cured meats appetizer and casoncelli with cheese and meat. Delicious, freshly made, and so good we wanted a thousand more. 💶 BILL | Prices are around €25 per person for an appetizer, first course, water, and coffee. I'd say it's excellent for what's on offer and the average price around. Recommended!

What a wonderful evening! It truly felt like EVERYTHING was homemade – from their own animals, which were clearly raised with love and, as a result, arrived on the guests' plates incredibly tender and delicious after slaughter, to the wine, and of course the pasta – everything was absolutely delicious! Add to that the incredibly friendly atmosphere in this family-run establishment, where you feel cared for and completely at ease! We'll definitely be back again tonight! 😃😃
