An enormous added value is Enrico, the owner, who puts incredible passion into what he does. It's clear how much he cares about his work and his customers: always kind, helpful, and with a smile. I've never eaten such a good piadina. All the ingredients are exquisite, especially the dough.

The piadina dough is undoubtedly among the best in Brescia. It's a shame about the excessive use of sauces, which end up covering the flavors and weighing down a dish that, by its very nature, should be light and balanced. I tasted two piadinas: the first, made with ingredients I chose, featured prawns, but I found them completely submerged in the cocktail sauce, which negated their delicacy. The second, the "Articioc," was topped with a sort of artichoke mayonnaise, also rather overpowering.
