The restaurant is bright and welcoming, with a splendid view of the lake, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The service is quick and courteous, ideal for those short on time but still wanting a quality meal. The value for money is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. 04/11/2025: At the entrance there is a person who, with the face of someone who knows that you are forced to give in, waits for you and makes selections, that is, if you stop to eat you can go to the terrace, practically the entrance is not free..... don't worry, 50 meters away there is another terrace absolutely free and equally beautiful where you can and if you want, also have a nice aperitif or lunch

28/10/2025: We went to the famous Terrazza del Brivido. We waited half an hour to be seated, even though there were free tables. We ordered a prosecco and a small beer. The prosecco was still, with no bubbles... I assume it had been open for a while. The view was definitely wonderful. I don't think we'll be back.

27/01/2026: Beautiful view, but very disappointing food and high prices! The staff were friendly, but it was cold. It was late December, the front door was wide open, and customers kept opening the windows at will. The skewer wasn't a real skewer, but rather a roast. The baked potatoes seemed more like boiled potatoes, and the carbonara was tasteless. It had strands of raw, undercooked egg white, and the guanciale was roughly chopped and hadn't been properly melted.

23/02/2026: Extremely low quality/price ratio. For a "single dish" of 7 tortelli, 2 slices of cotechino, a spoonful of lentils and a spoonful of ready-made mashed potatoes, a water and a coffee, I paid €27.20. That's double what any restaurant would charge for a business lunch and is basically the price those two complete dishes should be sold for on any given evening. It's definitely a place I won't be returning to.

Ricomilla is an excellent choice for those looking for a good, hearty meal at a fair price.

04/10/2025: Disappointing Experience at Crivello Unfortunately, my visit to Crivello was anything but pleasant. I ordered a portion of baked potatoes that tasted like they'd been reheated and cooked at least three days earlier: dry, flavorless, and decidedly unappealing. Finding nothing to my liking on the menu, I settled for the large portion of vegetables... and that's when the disaster began. The caponata was so soaked in oil that it was inedible. The pumpkin, cooked directly in balsamic vinegar, was black and visually unappetizing, with a pungent aftertaste that was more reminiscent of alcohol than condiment. The cauliflower with breadcrumbs? Obscene. I tried a small piece and immediately regretted it: the flavor lingered in my mouth for hours. For a dozen or so potato pieces and a small bag of bread, I spent a whopping 17 euros. A price decidedly disproportionate to the quality and quantity of the food served. I won't be returning. And I don't recommend it.

22/01/2026: A 1990s-style location with two small rooms and a large hall with a wooden ceiling. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the fixed business menu. €12.50, including drinks and coffee. I had orecchiette with tomato sauce, beef bites and peas, and meatballs with tomato sauce and a side of boiled vegetables. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to return for dinner to try their very inviting fish menu. Highly recommended.
